In an internal combustion engine, the camshaft is a revolving cylindrical shaft that regulates the injection of vaporized fuel. As the pistons move in a reciprocating motion, the movement is turned into rotational energy by the crankshaft. Internal combustion engines, on the other hand, rely on camshafts to precisely timing their fuel injections. There are many cams on the camshaft, and they are utilized to open the valves either directly or through pushrods. It is necessary to have a direct connection between the crankshaft and camshaft in order to time the opening of values. Many different materials may be used to make an engine camshaft. Camshaft materials vary depending on the grade and kind of engine that is being built. Chilled cast iron is utilized in the majority of mass manufactured autos. Child cast iron is not only inexpensive, but it is also highly long-lasting and trustworthy. This is due to the fact that cold treatment enhances the metal's strength and hardness. This article examines and synthesizes the findings of a variety of researchers who have been working on cam shafts in an effort to discover the optimal outcome.

As health facilities and living standards have improved, the average life expectancy has increased dramatically, leading to a sharp increase in the number of elderly people. Savings play a vital role in the life of every senior because the future is unpredictable. Saving is therefore essential to meet future needs. This is only possible if they invest their money in land, gold and securities or keep the money in the form of deposits in banks. The aim of this paper is to study the factors that influence the investment behavior of retirees towards various investment avenues and also to identify the association between annual income and investment percentage. The study is based on primary data and collected from 120 respondents residing in Bangalore. For analyzing the data Chi-square and Correlation are the tools used. It is clear that retired employees are preferring Government/Public sector for investment which gives a slow or smooth and permanent return on investment with low risk. Employees with higher years of service are older in age and they are less aware of latest investment avenues and hesitate to take risky investment, they have to be properly educated about various latest investment avenues available.

Nowadays parking has become an expensive resource in almost all majorities in the world, and its limited availability is the concurrent cause of urban traffic congestion and air pollution. The common method of ending a parking space is manual where the driver usually and a space on the street through luck and experience. The situation is such that on any given working day approximately 40% of the roads in urban India is taken up for just parking the cars. The problem has been further exacerbated by the fact that nowadays even people from the low-income group are able to own cars. Particularly in the cities and the big towns, there is a problem where the supply demand ratio makes parking a problem for parking space providers, the motorists or both. This paper describes in detail how such a system can be implemented. It does not make use of any sophisticated devices or gadgets thereby ensuring it is economical to implement at a larger scale too! The prime aim of this research is to develop an application that allows the user to book a parking slot for him using his smart-phone and also make the payment online using internet banking. In order to book a parking lot, the only thing that the user needs to do is one-time registration and verification on the mobile application. Based on the current location of the user, the app provides all the nearest parking slots available. Then the user can pick the default shortest parking as provided by the app or pick any other custom location of interest. The user is expected to reach the allotted slot before time runs out and scan the QR code corresponding to the slot which was selected (as mentioned earlier). In case the user fails to reach the spot in time then either the user needs to book the slot again or the user is liable to pay an extra amount as fine to use the same slot. Once the QR code is successfully scanned the user can park his vehicle.

The demonetization resulted in a massive increase in digital payments. Government initiatives such as Digital India, as well as growing use of mobile and internet, are paving the way for exponential development in the use of digital payment. This shift to digital payments results in increased transaction transparency, which strengthens the country's economy. Many developments have occurred in the payment system in recent days, such as the introduction of digital wallets, UPI, and BHIM apps to facilitate the transition to digital payments. The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the positive impact on consumers. The current article examines the amount of customer acceptance of different digital payment solutions. While demographic factors such as age, gender, and income are important in determining this choice, we find persuasive evidence that a person's view of digital payment methods is influenced by her belief in the overall payments framework and banking system in general. We discovered that the degree to which previous experience with online fraud discourages the use of digital payments varies depending on the objective of the transaction.

Essential oils are fragrant concentrated extracts from plants that are very volatile and have a wide range of applications. In this study, chemometric approaches were integrated with quick, easy-to-use attenuated total reflection Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) to validate essential oils' taxonomy and purity. Based on plant botanical family and concentration, principal component analysis (PCA) divided 30 essential oil samples into three categories. The first group had highly concentrated Asteraceae oils, the second group contained highly concentrated Lamiaceae oils, and the third group contained three highly concentrated essential oils from various botanical families as well as commercial-grade essential oils. Despite their comparable spectral patterns or botanical family, commercial-grade oil samples did not cluster with the matching concentrated oil samples. The most important spectral bands that can be utilized as marker bands for discriminating between distinct botanical plant family groupings are infrared (IR) bands that correspond to carbonyl, vinyl, methyl, and methylene group vibrations, according to a loading plot. The results of PCA were confirmed by hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). ATR-FTIR spectroscopy paired with chemometric algorithms provides a non-destructive and direct method for chemotaxonomic classification and purity assessment of medicinal and aromatic essential oils.

Life satisfaction is a core construct within the framework of women empowerment. The present study was designed to investigate the role of employment status and emotional intelligence (EI) in life satisfaction of Indian Women. It was expected that the delineation of the predictive role of these two variables for life satisfaction would be helpful for future intervention programs. The study adopted a 2 (employed versus unemployed ) x 2 (low EI versus high EI) factorial design where employed and unemployed women were separately divided into low EI and high EI subgroups on the basis of median split of EI scores. Apart from the test of EI, all the participants were individually administered the life satisfaction subscale of the standardised test of Utkal Happiness Scale. The analysis of variance supported both the hypotheses. Employed women exhibited higher life satisfaction than unemployed women. Women with high EI showed greater life satisfaction than women with low EI.

As of today, children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are becoming an increasingly common occurrence in our schools and society. Consequently, this increases the need to develop assistive devices for ASD children. This paper shows the development of a system designed to facilitate learning in ASD children. This Arduino- based game is equipped with common components such as touch sensor, MP3 player and LEDs to increase replicability. A research was done based on the Early Intervention module to develop a game that could help improve cognitive skill of ASD children. Early Interventions for children with ASD has proven to be effective in reducing ASD symptoms. With the advancement of technology, a wide range of auto- mated tools are now used to teach children with autism. One of the widely used therapies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) training that focuses on improving a wide range of behaviours like communication, adaptive learning skills, social skills and a variety of motor skills. Thus, the objective of this arti- cle is to design and develop a gaming application for autistic children for improving their cognitive skills The cognitive development (in terms of gaming scores) of a child over the time can be stored and analyzed using this application. A light-weighted evaluation study was carried out; and found that the proposed gaming application is usable, e?ective and useful for autistic kids to improve their cognitive skills.

When comparing online and in-person courses, most students find that online courses are less successful than in-person sessions. Only a few studies have looked at the impact of online classes on elementary and secondary school pupils, and even fewer have examined the "gold standard" technique of comparing the outcomes of students who were randomly assigned to online or physical classrooms. Jessica Happen of the American Institutes for Research and the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research promptly allocated students who failed second semester Algebra I to face-to-face or online credit recovery courses during the summer.
