Textile industry is one of the main parameter for the economic growth of nation and modernization of life. Thus, different large and medium scale industries play a key role in nations economic development both in developed and developing countries. The textile industry take the biggest share due to its ability to create a variety of job opportunities and its integration with different economic sectors both globally and locally. It is the most expanding and emerging sector.Cotton, woolen, synthetic fibers, synthetic dyes, chemical, and process water are among the major impute raw materials in this industry and all these inputs diversified the economic importance of the textile industry. Based on fibers production, the textile industries can be categorized into two major processes such as dry and wet fabric processes. In dry processing, solid wastes are mainly generated, while liquid wastes are mainly generated in wet processing steps.Wet fabric processing is including sizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dying, finishing, and printing. During fiber formation, potable water, different chemicals and dyes consumed and waste water discharge from wet processing steps depend on the operations. This process is the main source of contaminated water, which is containing of clean water, dyes, and chemicals in various wet utilization of clean water, dyes and chemicals in various wet processing unit operations. Discharge of waste water from the textile industry contains toxic pollutants such as dyes, chrome, Na0H, starch, acid, etc. therefore, the textile factories are estimating to consume much potable water and chemicals when compared to other industries and almost all effluents are mostly contaminated. An average textile industry consumes process potable water about two hundred litter per kilogram of product. Kant reported that estimation of the world bank dyeing and finishing section is near to 17-20% of industrial waste water generate.

Traumatic experiences change the course of our lives as they not only affect us physically but also emotionally and psychologically. For many years, trauma related research was centred on its negative consequences and how individuals can deal with traumatic experiences. However, recent research has come up with new findings, as it has been found that trauma holds the ability to affect us positively as well. "Post-traumatic growth" is a new construct, which has brought our attention to the fact that; traumatic experiences can bring out a fresh enlightenment towards life as an after-effect. This new found enlightenment brings many positive changes, such as new found meaningfulness towards life, establishment of deep and intimate relationship, spirituality, believing in something higher than self, appreciation for little joys of life etc. Since, the construct is still new and requires a great deal of research; the present review paper is an attempt towards unfolding the new found construct. The current paper discusses how the construct has evolved over time and the recent research trends. The present paper also discusses the advantages of the insight into post-traumatic growth, it brings, especially for positive psychologists and therapists and various ways of promoting post-traumatic growth.

19th CE Indian Literature during colonial British imperialism underwent a sea-change. Literature of all the regions particularly, 'bhasa sahitya', was deeply influenced by colonial modernity, which was a remarkable departure from existing tradition, paving the way for rejection and reconstruction in renaissance of consciousness and igniting conflicts and controversies from different angles. In this context, my paper is going to focus upon Regional Odia poetic literature of 19th CE when Radhanath Ray, like Fakir Mohan Senapati, rejected the medieval traditional 'Riti Yuga' or 'Bhanja Yuga' mode of poetry-creation, both in content and style, in his epoch-making text 'Kedar Gouri' as a model of revolutionary change. He created this tragic-romance and the fictional legend as imitation, sometimes translation, transcreation and cultural-geographical and historical equivalence, in hybridity with Ovid's "Pyramus and Thisbe" an excerpt from Metamorphosis, a magnum opus of Western culture. In retelling the story of tragic romance of Kedar- Gouri, modelled up an alien legend, the poetic talent of Radhanath has tried to fuse the alien topography, culture and history with the Odishan culture, history and landscape as a post-modern artistic pastiche or remix as though it organically belonged to the typical soil of Odisha where all readers were emotionally entangled. The tragic story of Kedar Gouri in verse narrates that the bold lovers of matchless beauty of one neighbourhood were strictly forbidden by their rival parents for their love and union. However, their intense love did not bother about the physical obstacle. Throughout day and night, they shared the whisperings of their love-tiding through the cracks of a wall that separated the two families like an iron curtain. Finally, they eloped away to a lone place of nature, where the tiger's untimely appearance aligned with Gouri's scarf falling off her shoulder as a turn of destiny, became the cause of their fatal suicide.

This abstract provides that the 1818 Treaty in Rajasthan marked a significant turning point as it led to the implementation of measures aimed at eradicating two deeply entrenched social evils in the region: infanticide and the sati system. Following the implementation of the 1818 Treaty in Rajasthan, the prohibition of infanticide and the sati system had far-reaching effects on the social and cultural fabric of the region. It brought about a significant transformation in societal norms and values. It safeguarded the rights and lives of women in the area, leading to a shift in the societal norms towards gender equality and the value of female lives. The abolition of the practice of Sati led to a newfound respect for widows and an understanding of their rights to live and contribute to society. The impact of the 1818 Treaty caused ripple effects, laying the foundation for a more equitable and humane society.

Hair loss, or alopecia, affects a significant portion of the population, with androgenic alopecia being one of the most common forms. Current treatments such as minoxidil and finasteride are effective but often come with undesirable side effects. This review explores the potential of natural compounds, especially beta-sitosterol, found in various plants like Pygeum (Prunus africanum), Nettle Root (Urtica dioica), and Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens), as alternative treatments for alopecia. These plants are known for their ability to inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, crucial in the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a key contributor to hair loss. The review highlights not only beta-sitosterol but also other beneficial phytoconstituents such as fatty acids, flavonoids, and antioxidants found in these and other plants like Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) and Black Pepper (Piper nigrum). The paper discusses the pharmacological bases of these plants in the treatment of alopecia, their efficacy, and potential mechanisms of action. It concludes with a discussion on the need for comprehensive clinical trials to confirm the effectiveness and safety of these natural remedies and suggests directions for future research focusing on optimized formulations and personalized treatments. This review underscores the promising potential of plant-based interventions to provide effective, sustainable, and less invasive treatments for hair loss.

The bond between psychology and economics has become increasingly apparent in recent decades, as scholars from both disciplines recognize the profound impact of human behaviour on economic decision-making. This interdisciplinary connection sheds light on the intricate mechanisms that underlie individual choices, market dynamics, and policy effectiveness. This paper offers a concise overview of the symbiotic relationship between psychology and economics, highlighting key theoretical frameworks, empirical findings, and practical implications. Initially, we elucidate the theoretical foundations of this bond, emphasizing seminal works such as prospect theory, behavioural economics, and neuroeconomics. These frameworks depart from the traditional economic assumption of rationality, instead acknowledging the role of cognitive biases, emotions, and social influences in shaping economic behaviour. By integrating insights from psychology, economists can construct more realistic models that better capture human decision-making processes. Subsequently, we delve into empirical research that elucidates the practical implications of this interdisciplinary synergy. Studies have revealed how psychological factors influence various economic phenomena, including consumer choice, financial markets, labour markets, and public policy outcomes. For instance, behavioural experiments have demonstrated the impact of framing effects on individuals' risk preferences, while neuroeconomic investigations have elucidated the neural substrates underlying economic decision-making. Moreover, we underscore the relevance of this interdisciplinary bond for policymakers, businesses, and individuals alike. By understanding the psychological mechanisms driving economic behaviour, policymakers can design more effective interventions to promote desirable outcomes, such as savings, investment, and sustainable consumption. Similarly, businesses can leverage psychological insights to optimize marketing strategies, pricing mechanisms, and product design. Furthermore, individuals can benefit from a deeper understanding of their own cognitive biases and emotional tendencies, enabling them to make more informed financial decisions and achieve greater well-being. In conclusion, the bond between psychology and economics represents a fertile ground for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange. By integrating psychological insights into economic analysis, scholars can enrich our understanding of human behaviour in economic contexts, ultimately contributing to more robust theories, more effective policies, and improved individual welfare. This paper sets the stage for further exploration of this dynamic and evolving relationship, inviting researchers to delve deeper into its complexities and implications.

Forecasting stock market trends involves assessing a company's long-term stock value, analyzing current prices, and employing advanced neural networks. Among these networks, the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network, a type of recurrent neural network (RNN), is preferred for its ability to retain contextual information over time. In this model, each training input (x) encapsulates the previous 60 days' values, enhancing accuracy for the current y data. This approach surpasses traditional algorithms through meticulous training and evaluation across varied dataset sizes, systematically recording results. Stock value prediction is inherently complex due to interconnected market dynamics. The proposed algorithm harnesses market data by employing LSTM-based recurrent neural networks. Utilizing Stochastic Gradient Descent adjusts weights for each data point, refining the model for precise predictions. Benchmarked against existing algorithms, the system demonstrates superior accuracy, undergoing comprehensive training and evaluation with diverse datasets and presenting insightful graphical representations. By integrating innovative approaches, this method enhances prediction accuracy and outperforms contemporary algorithms. Ronald Wayne, Steve Jobs, and Steve Wozniak founded Apple Computer Company on April 1st, 1976, to develop and distribute the Apple I personal computer created by Wozniak. It was founded in 1977 by Wozniak and Jobs. The company's second computer, the Apple II, was among the first computers to be produced and went on become a best-seller. When Apple went public in 1980, it had rapid financial success. Under the name "1984", the company produced computers with innovative graphical user interfaces, including the initial Macintosh, which was introduced in a well praised commercial the same year. Power struggles between the CEO and the company's outrageous product prices were problems by 1985. While Jobs left Apple to start NeXT and took a few coworkers with him, Wozniak left the business to pursue other ventures. As the personal computer market expanded and altered in the 1990s, Apple found itself falling behind the more reasonably priced Microsoft Windows operating system's monopoly on Intel-powered PC knockoffs (often referred to as "Wintel"). In 1997, only weeks away from bankruptcy, the company bought NeXT in an effort to remedy Apple's failed platform strategy and entice Jobs back to the company. For the next 10 years, Jobs employed a range of tactics to steer Apple toward profitability. The much-lauded launch of the iMac, iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, the commencement of the "Think different" promotion and other noteworthy marketing initiatives, the creation of the retail network of Apple Stores, and the purchase of other companies to expand the company's product range were among them. After Steve Jobs resigned as CEO in 2011 due to health issues, Tim Cook assumed the role. Two months later, Jobs died. Apple became the first publicly traded American firm with a valuation of exceeding one trillion dollars in the month of August 2018, $2 trillion in the month of August 2020, and $3 trillion in January 2022. In June 2023, its worth was little over $3 trillion. The company faces criticism for its labor violations of contractors, its environmental policies, and its business ethics, including sourcing products and participating in anti-competitive activities. In spite of this, the company enjoys substantial fan devotion and a substantial fan following. Additionally, it has consistently been ranked as one of the world's top-selling brands.
