The task is to plan a functioning sun based global positioning framework which ready to follow the daylight with the guide of light ward resistor (I-DR) as information sensor to peruse the force of daylight. The sun powered global positioning framework utilizes stage as a base and it is moved by a DC motor as the stage should be moved towards the daylight to get the ideal light. The sun based global positioning framework is modified by utilizing microcontroller. Arduino UNO as a fundamental regulator. After the arrangement of the equipment and program, the following movement of the global positioning framework has been carried out to follow the sun dependent on daylight course. In this work, it is planned that the movement of the global positioning framework is relies upon the worth perused by LDR. As an end, the sun based global positioning framework can build the sun-based boards proficiency by keeping the sunlight-based boards opposite with sun's position. This system will acts on a Floating system in order to reduce the consumption of land.

The MBA is a career course. The primary goal of doing an MBA is to learn the management skills that allow us to become a good manager in life. One can not produce success stories in the management sector if he is not a successful learner. In order to reach and achieve desired goals and heights, one needs to be a strong learner to sharpen his skills in the specific area. The plan of a strong regulator for the voltage source inverter is fundamental for solid activity of circulated energy assets in future shrewd microgrids. The plan issue is trying on account of self-ruling activity ensuing to an islanding circumstance. In this article, a double circle regulator is proposed for voltage source inverter control. The external circle is intended for microgrid voltage and recurrence guideline dependent on the model prescient control methodology. This external circle creates reference inverter flows for the internal circle. The internal circle is planned utilizing a sliding-mode control methodology, and it creates the beat width balance voltage orders to direct the inverter flows. A standard space vector calculation is utilized to understand the beat width tweak voltage orders. Execution assessment of the proposed regulator is done for various stacking situations. It is shown that the proposed double circle regulator gives the predefined execution attributes of an islanded microgrid with various stacking conditions.

Undoubtedly, literature has exercised a great and unavoidable influence in the life of human beings. Employing empowered language, it deals not only with subjective or external realities but also with internal interactions of man with nature and its socio-political scenarios . The objective vision of the life is best revealed in the shape of remembrance, retrospection , introspection, presage, flashback and awful experience and in this regards , poetry serves as a better platform in exploring those spaces in human psyche which is tinged with pain, suffering , mental anguish , would and trauma . This paper sets out to throw light on how Miroslav Holub's poetry , written before the historical Prague Spring (1968) , is charged with his anxiety , terror , societal disturbance , ethical lacuna , political unrest and traumatic vision . Though at that time , Holub's distinction as a scientist and a poet is not globally recognized or established , the present paper attempts to highlight how his drawing of social , political , and moral milieu of the-then Czechoslovakia through poetic mode, is the outcome of his traumatized self-knowledge and self-understanding. In his anthologies brought out before the famous Prague Spring including 'Day Duty' (1958), 'Achilles and The Tortoise' (1960), 'Primer'(1961), 'Go and Open the Door'(1962), 'The So-Called Heart' (1963), 'Totally Unsystematic Zoology' (1963), and 'Where the Blood Flows' (1963), he presents his traumatized poetic vision. His understanding of the world around him is portrayed with necessary and precise bitter irony, knife-like witticism, mentalization, historical association, scientific disciplines, self-infliction, and mental enactments. His dealing with confused alliance between men and communism, relationship between man and nature, difficult and drastic life in terror-struck political background, claustrophobic atmosphere, shattering of peace in life, different causes of distressing in mind--- brings out emotional and psychological trauma which Holub has experienced in life mainly before the great Prague Spring . This paper would hold up the notion , above all , that Holub's traumatized vision helps in enhancing his poetic creativity to its own unique way and gaining him a reputed place in English-speaking world .

Concrete, steel and bricks are commonly used materials in construction practice, of which, bricks are most commonly used constituent. Masonry walls are commonly used in partition thereby large numbers of brick elements are required in construction of building. Since the large demand has been placed on building material industry especially in the last decade owing to the increasing population which causes a chronic shortage of building materials, the civil engineers have been challenged to convert waste to useful building and construction material. Recycling of such waste as raw material alternatives may contribute in the exhaustion of the natural resources; the conservation of not renewable resources; improvement of the population health and security preoccupation with environmental matters and reduction in waste disposal costs. In the review of utilization of those waste, this paper reviewed recycling various waste material in bricks production. This work has presented the evaluation of the compressive strength of hybrid bricks from interlocking brick making.

Employee efficiency is a vital component of a company's performance in today's dynamic global setting. High levels of stress in the workplace can have a direct negative effect on employee productivity. Stress is a common component, and people from all walks of life are subjected to it. Employers are also investigating the stress management problems that lead to workers' poor job performance. The study's main purpose was to measure stress and its effect on employee productivity. The research was carried out in Ranipet's Leather Industry. The research design chosen was a descriptive survey. Affordability a sample size of 150 was selected using convenience sampling techniques. Questionnaires were used to gather information. The findings revealed that the respondents were subjected to a variety of stressors, and the investigation revealed that stress had an effect on productivity. The majority of respondents said they work under extreme stress and that they don't feel cared about by their employers. The fact that the majority of respondents considered quitting their jobs because they believed their employers didn't care about them reflected a high level of discontent, which inevitably lowered productivity. Management should perform an overview of the organisational atmosphere and environment by evaluating why workers believe Leather Industries does not care for its employees and what they can do to improve this. It was also proposed that an Employee Assistance Program be implemented to allow for early detection and intervention of issues in order to maintain productivity levels.
