 Abstract

Digitalization is transitioning of documents and storage from a traditional paper based system to an electronic format. It reduces process time and errors, and improves transparency. It can also make an organization more competitive. In simple words 'digitalization of administration' means bringing reforms such as electronic filing and documentation and promote information sharing or deliver through information networks in administration, Digitalization will have to cater to several types of communications some are between government offices and others are between government offices and people. Digitalization being a global concept and a key economic driver in the present world has prominent impact on economic growth and employment on any nation. Digitalization can play an important role in assisting policy makers to spur economic growth and employment even in unfavorable economic conditions. Digitalization improves productivity and has a measurable effect on growth, yet it can lead to job losses. In contrast, emerging markets tends to gain more from digitalization's effect on employment than from its influence on growth. Digitalization of administration is designed to raise convenience of the people, simplify the administration and effectiveness and transparency of it through the use of information technology in the every field of administration and review of existing systems and practices. Governments can enhance services, save money and improve citizen's Quality of life by digitizing processes and making organizational changes.

 Abstract

This study investigates the residual chlorine content in the water supply and distribution systems. Chlorination is a widely used method to disinfect water and ensure its safety for consumption. However, the residual chlorine levels need to be monitored to maintain water quality standards and prevent health risks associated with both under- and over-chlorination. Comparing various RC gearbox systems in the supply of water is the goal of this study. To comprehend their influence on chlorine residuals, factors including water flow rates, pH levels, temperature, and infrastructural features are taken into account. The study analyses possible dangers to infrastructure and public health, determines what influences residual chlorine levels, and analyses the efficacy of chlorine disinfection procedures. When doing final test on consumer-supplied water, understanding the residual chlorine (RC) is essential. The World Health Organisation, also known as the WHO, states that the ideal range for RC levels is between 0.2 and 0.3 mg/L. Regarding IS-10500, the suitable level is 0.2 mg/l, while the highest permissible value is 1 mg/l. The RC number indicates that a significant amount of chlorine was transmitted, which maintains the water safe - contamination and stops diseases from developing in it, according the World Health Organization's Centres for the Prevention and Prevention of Diseases (2020). Finding out how much RC is in a city's home water supply is important, especially in view of the ongoing global debate about chlorine's possible health benefits.

 Abstract

Nowadays, transportation is an inseparable part of human life. Normal people can travel easily by utilizing facilities such as bicycles, bikes, cars, public transport, etc. Electric bicycles (e-bikes) have gained significant popularity in recent years as a sustainable and efficient mode of transportation. This abstract provides an overview of the technology, benefits, and challenges associated with electric bicycles. E-bikes incorporate an electric motor to assist riders in pedaling, offering increased speed and reduced effort compared to traditional bicycles. The integration of lithium-ion batteries allows for extended range and rechargeability. The benefits of e-bikes include reduced carbon emissions, improved health outcomes, and enhanced accessibility for individuals of varying physical abilities. However, infrastructure limitations, regulatory frameworks, and safety concerns remain. This abstract aims to highlight the growing importance of electric bicycles in the context of urban mobility and sustainable transportation solutions. The tricycle mainly consists of a PMDC motor, Battery, Charge controller, and Throttle. This paper includes all the information regarding tricycles and their main components used in it.

 Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between employee stress and its impact on productivity within the banking sector of Chennai. Through a comprehensive analysis of demographic factors, stress levels, coping strategies, and productivity outcomes, the research aims to provide valuable insights into the complexities of workplace well-being and organizational performance. Findings indicate that while gender may not significantly influence job stress, age is a determinant of stress levels among banking employees. Moreover, a negative correlation between stress frequency and productivity underscores the importance of effective stress management strategies. Furthermore, the variation in coping mechanisms based on educational qualification highlights the need for tailored interventions to support employees with diverse backgrounds. Overall, this study underscores the critical importance of addressing employee stress to foster a healthier and more productive work environment within the banking sector of Chennai.

 Abstract

Text recognition in images is a burgeoning research field focused on creating computer systems capable of automatically extracting text from images. The contemporary demand for digitizing information from paper documents necessitates effective storage and retrieval processes. Despite the simplicity of scanning documents as images, the difficulty arises when attempting to read and search the contents efficiently. Challenges such as diverse font characteristics and image quality hinder computer systems from recognizing characters during the reading process. Consequently, there is a crucial need for character recognition mechanisms to facilitate Document Image Analysis (DIA), transforming paper documents into electronic formats. The paper delves into a method for text recognition from images, aiming to enhance reader comprehension through a specific sequence of processing modules

 Abstract

ITS uses high-tech tools like sensors and data analysis to make transportation networks better, safer, and more eco-friendly. It helps manage traffic, handle accidents, and give travelers up-to-date info. As cities get busier, ITS is becoming crucial for solving transportation problems. This is about how ITS can change our daily travel by doing things like managing traffic better, fixing roads before they break, and guiding drivers on the best routes. It includes cool stuff like smart traffic lights and even a hydraulic footpath that lowers to let emergency vehicles through during busy times, helping reduce congestion. Using this idea could make cities use space better, making traffic smoother and reducing jams. But making it work would need careful planning and making sure it's safe. Finding potholes involves using tech like cameras or sensors to spot bumps in the road. The data collected helps fix roads faster and keeps drivers safe.

 Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between academic stress and mental health among high school students, considering the potential moderating effects of gender, locality, type of institution. A cross-sectional survey design was employed with a sample of 200 students from various schools. The objectives were to assess the impact of academic stress on mental health indicators (e.g., anxiety, depression, and well-being) and to examine the influence of demographic factors on this relationship. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed through correlation analysis, t-tests, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results revealed a significant negative correlation between academic stress and mental health, indicating that higher levels of academic stress were associated with poorer mental health outcomes. Additionally, gender, locality, and subject stream were found to have significant main effects on mental health, while the type of institution did not show a substantial impact. The findings highlight the need for targeted interventions and support systems to address academic stress and promote mental well-being among high school students.
