Integrating economic growth with environmental sustainability has never been as important as it is in the present times. The planet, nations, and cities are being adversely impacted by climate change which is threatening the survival of flora and fauna. Human settlements are also at risk with increasing human deaths and illnesses as a result of environmental degradation. What is worrying is the fact that low and middle-income countries are more severely impacted by pollution compared to the rich and developed nations. The environmental degradation that we see today is largely an outcome of productive activities that have and are being carried out for economic growth. Economic growth is in turn essential to support the global population with jobs, incomes, and goods and services. Therefore, environmental sustainability and economic growth are contradictory objectives since commitment to one objective means sacrificing the other. But, in the present times world economies are facing twin concerns of slowing growth and environmental degradation with governments and decision-makers at a crossroad to decide which fundamental should be given priority over the other. But since both fundamentals are equally important, a middle path with innovative strategies needs to be adopted by the developed as well as developing nations. The paper emphasises the importance of the two fundamentals-economic growth and environmental sustainability, the contradiction between the two, and the possible remedies in creating a balancing path between the two contradictory objectives.

Wherever liquid level and flow control are crucial, sectors like petrochemical, paper, waste management, and others are the most important ones. Instrumentation engineers frequently deal with process operation under erratic conditions, such as operating below or above set point, which leads to inappropriate performance of plant devices and equipment and also has an impact on product quality. The application of intelligent fuzzy logic is being studied in the coupled-tank plant system to address the aforementioned undesirable scenarios. Even in the presence of simultaneous plant nonlinearity and measurement noise, FLC is able to provide the proper control signal for the coupled-tank system in response to the specified target water level. The primary property of FLC that does not need the explicit identification of the model description or the solution to linear (or nonlinear) equations of the relevant plant dynamics is its capacity to employ merely input-output measurements of the plant in adaptation mechanisms. The FLC results are contrasted with those of the traditional PID controller.

ABSTRACT: Cancer treatment has been the major goal of the gene therapy studies over the decades. Although there is no cancer gene therapy drug in the market yet, substantial progress has been made in defining potential targets and in developing viral and nonviral gene delivery systems recently. Numerous genes have been studied as the targets for cancer gene therapy so far. Various gene therapy strategies, including suicide gene therapy, oncolytic viral therapies, antiangiogenesis, and gene therapy vaccines have been developed. The combination of gene therapy with conventional methods, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy, has further improved the efficacy. Although the preclinical and experimental studies have yielded highly encouraging results, there are still few gene therapy agents at phase III trials. In these, we will review gene transfer systems,Immunotherapy,Oncolytic agents, Target gene therapy to cancer and cancer gene therapy in clinic.

In the whole Indian sub continent Telangana State has the highest tanks. There is no village in Telangana which does not have tanks. There are some villages existing which have more than one tank in Telangana state. Here peasants and landlords, feudatories were shown great skill and interest in developing irrigation facilities. They thought donating water is a great religious and moral act. There is evidence of tanks construction prior to the Satavahana period also. During the Kakatiya period there was immense development in irrigation. They followed very scientific methods and very good building materials were used. When the rule of Asaf Jahis was started Telangana possessed a highest income generating state because of development of irrigation facilities only. Salar Jung took the inspiration of Sir Arthor cotton and made plans to develop water sources. Irrigation branch occupied a high place in the public works department. Ghanpur, Osman sagar, Himayat sagar projects were meant to protect cities from floods and save rain water also. Twin cities Hyderabad and Secunderabad both enjoyed 24 hours water facilities from nallas. There is a bonded link between development of irrigation facilities and employment. Working labor got employment through food for work. Nizam sagar, Alisagar projects played a very important key role in development of Southern Telangana region. Apart from all these Pranahita, Kaleshwaram projects were completed after new state emergence. Telangana state acts as a growth engine in water irrigation development through mission Bhagiratha and mission Kakatiya. Its aim is to make Telangana as one crore acres of Magani.

The Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)[3] Recurrent Neural Network, in particular, is the subject of this study's investigation of how machine learning algorithms might be used to forecast stock values. Accurately anticipating stock prices is difficult due to how unpredictable they are as a result of shifting supply and demand. To discover the precise attributes of a stock price, machine learning algorithms[5] can recognise trends in past data. Due to its capacity to recall data over lengthy time periods, the LSTM algorithm is particularly good for time series forecasting. Time series data analysis also benefits from LSTM's capacity to process data sequentially while preserving an internal state. The study demonstrates how stock price predictions using machine learning algorithms like LSTM may help traders and investors make wise decisions

3D animation isrevealing unknown facts about extinct species. The reconstruction in the film uses computer graphics, to recreate the evolution of the ecosystem. The computer animation technique is a helpful medium through which the evolution of planets, earth and animal life can be described visually more refined, based on our thoughts. Through animation life on earth is created and presented to the viewers with the proper description, similarly, extinction is also described with the help of animation as a result animation has touched the sphere of our lives. It clarifies the evolution and advancement of life's survival on the earth. This paper presents a theoretical framework, analysing the role of various determinants of 3D animation in revealing unknown facts about extinct species. Confirmatory factor, Analysis, and Structure Equation Modelling are used to identify the effect of various factors of animation in the reconstruction of extinct species through path analysis. It is indicated that research & reference is the most important factor influencing the reconstruction of the extinct species, followed by designing, rigging, texturing, lighting and editing. The standard estimate of research and reference is 0.649 which is higher than other factors of 3D animation responsible for revealing the unknown facts of extinct species.

Drug delivery systems (DDS) are a strategic tool for expanding markets/indications, extending product life cycles and generating opportunities. DDS make a significant contribution to global pharmaceutical sales through market segmentation, and are moving rapidly. Drug delivery systems are becoming increasingly sophisticated as pharmaceutical scientists acquire a better understanding of the physicochemical and biochemical parameters pertinent to their performance.1 Oral drug delivery has been known for decades as the most widely utilized route of administered among all the routes that have been employed for the systemic delivery of drug via various pharmaceutical products of different dosage forms. The reasons that the oral route achieved such popularity may be in part attributed to its ease of administration1. It has been reported that Dysphagia (difficulty in swallowing) is common among all age groups and more specific with pediatric, geriatric population along with institutionalized patients and patients with nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness complications. ODTs with good taste and flavor increase the acceptability of bitter drugs by various groups of population. Orally disintegrating tablets are also called as fast dissolving tablets, quick dissolving tablets, mouth dissolving tablets, fast dissolving tablets, fast dissolving tablets, rapid dissolving tablets, porous tablets, and rapimelts. However, of all the above terms, United States pharmacopoeia (USP) approved these dosage forms as ODTs. Recently, European Pharmacopoeia has used the term fast dissolving tablet for tablets that disperses readily and within 3 min in mouth before swallowing. Despite of tremendous advancements in drug delivery, the oral route remains the perfect route for the administration of therapeutic agents because the low cost of therapy, ease of administration lead to high levels of patient compliance.

Angelman syndrome is an incurable neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by severe cognitive disability, motor dysfunction, speech impairment, hyperactivity, and frequent seizures. The maternally inherited UBE3A is rendered inactive by loss of the maternally expressed gene, which results in Angelman syndrome. The most frequent mechanism is the deletion of the maternal chromosomal region 15q11-q13. Surprisingly, duplication of the same chromosomal region, which affects >1-2% of all instances of autism spectrum disorder, is one of the few identified permanent genetic defects linked to the condition. While the general brain architecture and connection of neuronal projections in AS animal models appear to be largely normal, significant functional abnormalities are found at the level of context-dependent learning, as well as the decreased hippocampus and neocortical maturation.

The motto of our project is detecting stress in IT employees using image classification and the k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The proposed system captures facial images of employees and processes them to identify signs of stress such as changes in facial expressions. The images are preprocessed and the features are extracted, the extracted features are then used to train and test a KNN classifier that can accurately classify the employees into stressed or non-stressed categories. The proposed approach was evaluated using a dataset of facial images collected from IT employees, and the results show that the KNN algorithm can effectively detect stress in IT employees with a high degree of accuracy. The proposed system can be used by employers to monitor the stress levels of their employees, leading to a healthier and more productive work environment.

When a lipid bilayer was hydrated, a self-forming enclosed lipid vesicle or liposome appeared. Liposome drug delivery methods have been crucial in the development of powerful drugs that have improved treatments. Because they share lipids with the epidermis, liposomes can also improve cutaneous medicine delivery while reducing systemic absorption. The hydration of the lipid film by hand shaking, sonication, macro-emulsification, and french-pressure cell are some of the numerous ways that liposomes can be made. Liposomes are made up of the sterols, phospholipids, sphingolipids, and polymeric compounds. Vesicle shape and lamellarity, size, and size distribution of the vesicles were used to assess the prepared liposomes. India is the land of discourse and therefore it has cherished different philosophies throughout the centuries. Buddhist philosophy emerged on the foundations of the then prevalent philosophies for example Vaisesika and Nyaya. Buddhist philosophy reached its peak at the times of Nagarjuna, Vasubandhu and Asanga while pre-existing philosophies suffered relative decline. Sankarachary revived the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta and popularise the more ancient Vedic tradition. There is a very close proximity between the Buddhist philosophy and the philosophy of Sankarachary. The present article is an effort to study and analyse this complex relationship.

Social media text analytic is the process of deriving information from text sources. Text analysis can be applied to any text-based dataset, including social media. Negative thinking is a major problem faced today by society even we are finding in social media. Negative thinking have affected the quality of life and economic growth badly. We can identify the negative thinking patterns and predict the negative thinking by detecting and analyzing the historical data. However, some negative thinking are unregistered and unsolved due to a lack of evidence. Thus, detecting negative thinking is a still challenging task. We can use social media to detect negative thinking related activities. Because social media users sometimes convey messages related to his or her surrounding environment via social media message. In this paper, we proposed a machine learning approach to detect the negative thinking and analyze it on its type. As the first step, we fetch the text messages using predefined keywords relating to the negative thinking. Then, after the Pre-processing, we applied a support vector machine- based filtering approach to eliminate the noise. And then Random forest is used for classification. Then in the final stage, we analyze and categorize the negative thinking type.
