This study suggests a Convolutional Neural Network based Computer Aided Diagnosis model for the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. It is mainly done using the three datasets for the accurate prediction and classification. Such as MIAS and DDSM dataset of the Mammography images and BUS dataset of the Ultrasound images. Five learnable layers make up the primary CNN model: one fully connected layer and four convolutional layers. With fewer parameters, the model makes it easier to automatically extract significant characteristics from breast cancer pictures, and it is a good fit for a variety of machine learning applications. The model includes several elements, such as transfer learning techniques and high-level feature learning. Extensive simulation results on breast cancer image datasets depicts that the model performs better in terms of performance metrics and training speed of the dataset. It also eliminates the need of the traditional handcraft feature selection and extraction steps. Data augmentation is the primary method used to lessen the model's overfitting and produce good results for each dataset. [2] The proposed Hybrid CNN based CAD model provides good accuracy in available three datasets and is evaluated using different performance metrics and methods. On top of that, we have used some predefined CNN Models like VGG-16, ResNet-50, Inception V3, MobileNet V2, DenseNet-169 to enhance our model's accuracy and provide faster training speed of the MIAS, DDSM and BUS datasets, respectively.

We are in the era where women are getting empowered economically, socially and politically and are able to live their lives on their own, but can a woman really be empowered without Safety and Security? Safety is the first step towards women's empowerment, but we are still far behind in providing safety to women. According to NCRB Report 2021, crime against women has increased by 15.3% from the previous year in 2021. Every girl or woman has to face inappropriate behavior towards her at least once in her life, like lewd comments, bad touching, eve teasing, molestation, etc., and such inappropriate behavior instills a fear in the mind of women that remains with them throughout their life as a woman. This fear puts a question mark on women's empowerment, which has always been a burning issue for Social Development. This Paper is based on Qualitative research and uses secondary data and discusses safety as an essential factor for women's empowerment. This paper highlights the major threats related to the safety of women, the types of security and safety that women need, the current scenario of women's safety and how it is affecting women's empowerment, and the provisions and measures adopted by the government of India.

In the realm of portfolio management, this research paper delves into the efficacy of dynamic risk allocation strategies in maximizing risk-adjusted returns. It critically examines the conventional wisdom of static asset allocation frameworks, which predominantly hinge on historical risk-return profiles. Recognizing the inherent limitations of such static approaches, particularly in the face of dynamic and swiftly shifting market landscapes, this study endeavours to unveil the potential of alternative dynamic risk allocation methodologies. These methodologies are designed to transcend the rigidity of traditional allocation strategies by actively recalibrating portfolio allocations in real-time, in response to the ever-evolving tapestry of risk factors, market volatilities, and macroeconomic dynamics. Through a comprehensive exploration of these alternative strategies, this paper aims to shed light on their adaptability and robustness in navigating the complexities of modern financial markets, ultimately paving the way for more agile and responsive portfolio management practices.

This paper presents the implementation of an Arduino Uno, RF Module, IR Sensor, Vibrator Sensor, GSM, GPS, LCD, DC Motor, L293DIC Driver, and buzzer. Bad visibility conditions which occur due to fog in winter or night time driving are the major causes of road accidents in India. The principle cause for such accidents is the unintentional ignorance of speed breakers which may be due to the driver not being able to detect them or may be due to over speeding of vehicles. This project brings an idea of a speed breaker system that helps in detecting presence of speed breakers well in advance so that such accidents can be avoided. This system makes use of a RF module that warns the person who is driving about the existence of a speed breaker in proximity, with this it assists in automatically reducing the vehicle's speed if no action is taken by the driver in time. Through Global Positioning System (GPS) the locations of speed breaker can be sent to cloud and stored for future avoidance of road mishaps.

There is an increasing demand for effective and independent solutions to deal with urgent global difficulties like fertilizer application, fish aquaculture, deforestation, and winter road management. The goal of this project is to create a Seed/Granule Spreader Mechanism for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) that will enable the application of fertilizer, salt dispersion, and aerial seeding. A hex copter platform, a sowing mechanism, and a tank to hold seeds, fertilizer, or granules are all integrated into the suggested system. The uniform dispersion of seeds over the target area is facilitated by an impeller coupled to a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor, while the flow of seeds is regulated by a servo motor-controlled flap. To guarantee the UAV operates safely and effectively, the design takes aerodynamics, payload capacity, and flying stability into account. Using automated seeding mechanisms and UAV technology, this initiative provides a sustainable, affordable, and eco-friendly way to tackle major difficulties across multiple industries.

The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 has criminalised commercial prostitution in India but this law does not talk about criminalising voluntary, paid and consensual sex work. In modern times, due to the activeness of various NGOs, due to more focus on the rights of women and due to various progressive judgements of higher courts, women have been given freedom to choose their profession. In this regard, the concerned authorities have been asked to not take any legal actions on the women who are consensually involved in the profession of sex work. In the light of various ambiguities in the modern and traditional societies and due to the changing mindsets of people, it becomes necessary to analyse the legal status of the prostitution as a profession in India and it has to be found out what steps should be taken to secure the rights of sex workers and to provide them an opportunity of rehabilitation. In this paper, it has been examined whether the act of prostitution is legalised in India or not. The legal status of paid and consensual sex work is analysed. Doctrinal method of research has been followed. Indian laws and judgements of courts have been analysed. The shortcomings and loopholes in the existing legal system have been detected. It has checked how legalisation of paid and consensual sex works will solve various existing and ongoing dilemmas in the perception of people regarding sex work as profession and how legalisation will protect people involved in paid and consensual sex work.

The automotive industry is focusing more and more on implementing sustainable methods to lessen its ecological imprint as the globe struggles with the issues posed by resource conservation and climate change. The removal of waste oil produced during regular maintenance and oil changes is one of the difficulties encountered. Waste oil has the ability to contaminate land and water, which makes it a serious environmental risk if improperly disposed. In this regard, the study investigates a novel and inventive approach that uses Peltier modules, often known as thermoelectric generators, to harness the thermal energy found in spent oil to produce power. This method's energy conversion mechanism is based on the Seebeck effect, which takes use of the voltage difference produced when two dissimilar conductors are exposed to differing temperatures.

In developing nations, load shedding a deliberate interruption of the energy supply to balance demand occurs often. Solar cells rely on sunlight to operate on the photovoltaic effect concept. Our nation receives a plenty of sunlight, which is why solar power plants were built quickly. Currently, solar energy is a popular alternative power source installed in normal middle-class homes. Batteries are used to store surplus energy produced in order to meet future demands. Nevertheless, there are a few issues with the system. These arise when the power source is completely charged as well as the PV output exceeds the load requirement. Solar energy can only be effectively used when there is load shedding. Supervision control and data acquisition, or SCADA, was created by low-developed nations and used to tailor solar field designs. A cost-effective system that is adaptable, dependable, secure, and ready for future expansion was constructed using a combination of software and hardware development techniques.
