Modern language teachers always insist upon grammatical mastery and good reading ability along with fluency in oral communication. They feel that there is a need to evolve and use an eclectic approach which incorporates almost all elements from the methods available today. But a single, universal method for teaching and learning modern languages is not that easy to arrive at. The prime aim of this paper is to provide a practical knowledge base in language teaching, with which teachers may be able to explore and develop their own methods, principles and practices.

Stop signs are the primary form of traffic control in the Country . However, they have a tendency to be much less effective than other forms of traffic control like traffic lights. This is due to their smaller size, lack of lighting, and the fact that they may become visually obscured from the road. In this paper, we offer a solution to this problem in the form of a detector. It is designed to alert a driver when they are approaching a stop sign using a voice notification system (VNS). A field test was performed in a snowy environment. The test results demonstrate that the application can detect all of the stop signs correctly, even when some of them were obstructed by the snow, which in turn greatly improves the user awareness of stop signs. Acknowledgement of traffic signs vary significantly in numerous applications, for example, in self-driving vehicle/driverless vehicle, traffic planning and traffic observation. Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) framework is a segment of Driving Assistance System (ADAS). This research work has developed a YOLOV3 model to identify the stop signs present in the image given by user. The darknet algorithm is used in the YOLOV3 model, which has a pre- trained dataset. The framework helps drivers in safe driving by providing significant data from street signs. The automobile industry has grown significantly, and some companies are aiming to build self-contained automobiles, with stop sign recognition being one of the most important elements to consider.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Osteoarthritis knee is the most common degenerative condition affecting the age greater than 40 years leading to pain, functional disability and muscle weakness. Physiotherapists have been exploring different forms of exercise intervention, like conventional exercise, resisted exercise, aerobic exercise etc. Despite the number of studies showing evidence on particular intervention towards outcome measure, evidences are still needed for proving usefulness chief pelvic stabilizer i.e. hip abductor muscle strengthening as a treatment for of OA knee patients. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of chief pelvic stabilizer i.e. hip abductor muscle strengthening exercises on functionality in patient with OA knee. INTERVENTION: 58 individuals with OA knee were included and allocated to two groups (n=29 in each group). Groups were administrated with hip abductor strengthening exercises along with Conventional therapy and Conventional therapy alone for 4 weeks (5 days per week). TUG test was used to assess changes between baseline and post intervention. II RESULTS: The experimental group (Group A) was associated with significant greater change in TUG score compare to control group (Group B). CONCLUSION: Strengthening of pelvic stabilizer increases functionality in OA knee, so it has additional beneficial effect in comparison to control group specific over functionality in OA knee. KEYWORDS: OA Knee, hip abductor strengthening, conventional exercises, TUG.

Job scheduling is state of the art problem in advanced computing system. To tackle the issue of larger Makespan and Flowtime, several techniques are being researched over. This paper works towards creation of job scheduling policy where burst time is considered for arranging the jobs in clusters. Proposed system is categorised into two phases: first phase arranges the jobs by following shortest job first scheduling. The queue thus formed is presented to round robin scheduler with time quantum that varies depending upon the burst time of job. Jobs arranged are arranged in batches of 10% of total jobs in queue. SJF scheduler considered is non premptive where RRS scheduler is premptive. Second phase executes the jobs by looking at the resource clusters. Multi-source shortest path dynamic algorithm is used for selection of job that can be assigned to the resource cluster. Once job execution is complete credits are assigned which will be from 0-10. Higher the credit more proficient is the result. Optimal result is obtained by the application of proposed system in terms of Makespan and flowtime. Simulation is conducted in MATLAB showing improvement of 6% in overall result.

In the 21st century the importance of judiciary as an institution has become important for the citizens as the becon of upholding their rights. In India the constitution guarantees the independence of the judiciary from the other organs of the government. It is the source of the interpretation of laws and the body responsible for safeguarding the fundamental rights. The Inner Conflict of Constitutionalism: Judicial Review and the 'Fundamental Structure' - India's Living Constitution: Constitution, goes about as its beacon by calling for examination any demonstration of the council or the leader from exceeding limits set for them by the Constitution. It goes about as the protector in safeguarding the major privileges of individuals, as revered in the Constitution, from encroachment by any organ of the state. It likewise balances the clashing activity of force between the middle and a state or among states, as allocated to them by the Constitution. While articulating choices under its protected command, it is normal to stay unaffected by pulls and tensions applied by different parts of the state, residents or vested parties. Autonomy of the legal executive has been held to be an essential and unavoidable element of the Constitution

Most developed nations require drug manufacturer to prove that their formulations are bioequivalent to their brand name counterparts. Bioequivalence does not mean generic drugs must be exactly the same as the brand name product, chemical differences may exist Hatch Waxman act, standardized procedures for recognition of generic drugs. Before a company can market a generic drug, it needs to file an abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) with the food and drug administration. These products cannot be entirely identical because of batch-to-batch variability and their biological nature, and they are subject to extra rules. FDA also recognizes drugs that use the same ingredients with different bioavailability and divides them into therapeutic equivalence groups. Each year, drug makers lose exclusivity for popular medicines, forcing them to constantly research and launch new drugs to stay afloat. The FDAs purpose is to promote international harmonization of technical and scientific standards for generic medicine development. According to precedence research, the global generic drugs market was worth $390.57 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach approximately $574.63 billion by 2030, attaining a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.59 percent between 2021 and 2030. Generic cost around 40 to 60 percent less, and you get the same strength, dosage and quality of medication. Generic drug approval review in Japan is conducted by the pharmaceuticals and medical devices agency (PMDA), which reviews the equivalence of the original drugs. The original drugs are given the reexamination period of 8 years at the time of approval. The applicant can apply for the generic drugs after the reexamination period of original drugs. To manufacture and market generic drugs, unlike the original drug, there is no need to conduct clinical trials to verify efficacy and safety of the active ingredients.

The effect of socio-demographic characteristics, habits, and other diseases on cancer is studied. The Pearson's Chi-square test and Likelihood Ratio Test are used. There is no association between caste, Marital Status, family history, and "Type of Cancer". In the case of habits, there is no significant association between snuff and Veg/Non-Veg with the type of cancer. The other diseases which are associated with cancer are Diabetes, Obesity, Hepatitis B and C virus infections, Vitamin B6 Deficiency and Chronic bladder inflammation. First, we discussed the effect of socio-demographic characteristics on the type of cancer using the multinomial logistic regression model. Secondly, we studied the effect of habits on the type of cancer using the multinomial logistic regression model. Finally, the study of the effects of other diseases on type of cancer using the multinomial regression model was studied. During the study, stomach cancer was taken as a reference category.

The many people are now willing to separate from joint family to nuclear family leading to changes in their social values as required when a collective society transforms to an individualistic society. As such they had to face many problems in the individualistic society. The consequence of individualism includes greater field independence, more wealth, but also greater alienation and competition. Under the above circumstances, impact on self and its development in present scenario, was tremendous one. Thus, this issue needs a systematic study for the management of human resources and for the advancement of human society. In this connection, the structure and function of urban family provided the background of this study.

The Plain English Movement refers to the efforts to make legal documents more accessible to the general public by simplifying the language used. This paper analyses the practicality of its objectives of this movement. It studies this practicality in two areas: the first being the simplification of languages used in legal statutes while the other half focus on the practicality of replacing legalese for plain English inside the courtrooms. The value of legalese which has been used for generations cannot be disregarded; but there is a need for simplifying the language used in statutes especially when the statute requires direct participation of the people. However, in courtrooms the lawyers must have utmost freedom to rely on legalese as all concerned are trained in this language. Moreover, legal terms are often built on a history of legal doctrines and case laws, so when a lawyer uses a specific term, he summons the relevancy of these doctrines and case laws to make his point. The plain English language generally lacks these legal implications and if the lawyers want to make these legal implications with the use of plain language, it often results in a vague and time consuming task. But legal language must be used with due care as the excessive use may render any document incomprehensible.
