Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) or Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC) has been developed and monitored by ISRO, India. IRNSS measurements are being affected by many residuals or biases. Differential Code Bias (DCB), is one of the main error sources to estimate the precise Total Electron Content (TEC) in the ionosphere. Differential delay biases of the dual-frequency band signals in both satellite and receiver are called satellite differential code biases (SDCBs) and receiver differential code biases (RDCBs). In this paper the combined satellite and receiver DCBs are measured. The DCB estimation of IRNSS signals is important for improving IRNSS user positioning accuracy in real-time applications.

The aim of image enhancement is to improve the interpretability or perception of information in images for human viewers, or to provide `better' input for other automated image processing techniques such as biometric based techniques that include face recognition, fingerprint matching, early detection of biological disorder like cancer etc. Image enhancement techniques can be divided into two broad categories: spatial domain techniques, which operate directly on pixels, and frequency domain techniques, which operate on the Fourier transform of an image. Frequency domain image enhancement techniques are based on modifying the Fourier transform of an image. Smoothing domain filters, sharpening domain filters, Homomorphic filters are few of them which are used for image enhancement. In the present work such filters have been designed and implemented. A comparison has been made over aforesaid frequency domain image enhancement techniques using various filters and their performances have been evaluated in terms of PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio), CNR (contrast to noise ratio), mean, variance and invariant moments. For better visual interpretation of a colour image a special technique colour image enhancement has also been successfully implemented. The results of present research work have been applied to one of the forensic science applications i.e. fingerprint matching. It has been observed that matching accuracy is improved if fingerprint image is enhanced in frequency domain before subjecting it to the matching process.

Android based PDS is a novel approach in public distribution system.Manual work based ration card system leads to various problems like corruption, black marketing etc. This drawbacks are overcome by using android based smart ration card system. Main features of this application include online purchasing , exchange button, easy to add/remove members.Android based system we propose in this paper will be more specific, accurate and in whole it increases the security of system. The system of providing basic domestic commodities on subsidy to poor families in developing countries like India is an important aspect to meet fundamental requirement of people. The existing public distribution system in Ration shops requires manual measurement of quantity and maintenance of record of transactions. Many problems are encountered by the existing system such as,1. Ration distribution to unauthenticated card holders. 2. Card holders wasting time in queues for collecting ration for hours. 3. Lots of malpractices such as hoarding, black marketing and overcharging.4. Human intervention in updating transactions and maintenance of records in ledger is difficult.

The aim of this project is to spot and evaluate the hazards in the construction projects and implement the safety measures and cotrols in order to reduce or completely eliminate them. Therefore lead health and safety of construction working person with maintaining good working environment (HSE). Survey is done to gather a good classify of opinions from competent experts working in a few construction sites for correlation between them. The study of the related literature review paperworks and my own on job experience are the elementary step in obtaining clues regarding safety of construction workers. The my practical knowledge at work site and literature reviews impart me both theoretical as well as factual attainment in regard to safety management. Safety in construction encloses all the forms of safety and measures relevant to all structural actions such as : - on the groundworks above the groundworks and below the ground. The construction works associated may be buildings, bridges, dams, towers, chimneys, and making of Boiler and so many civil and mechanical structures. Safety aspects require in following ways - Before construction b) During construction and c) Afterwards construction works. The hazards involved in the construction processes and their fall- out could be summarized as follows- Those hazards or accidents that can cause instant death ( fatal cases) . Those hazards or accidents which can cause injury or loss of limbs of the employees. Those hazards or accidents that can cause only harm of property like man-hours loss. These three mentioned level of hazards will quick or immediate ill- effects. Another kind is the time dependent effects due to environmental and other pollution effects ( like noise problem, defective light system etc.). An absence of appropriate safety measures to counter or moliffy the hideous effects of this long drawn conditioned ailment can cause severe health problems to the employees and can hurdle the profiency of the workers. Since, The productivity is directly proportional to the safety of the employees, hence safety is an essential condition in the present industrial senario, which we have to strictly implement at work place in effective and efficient manners. Therefore this report is prepared, how to provide a good health to the employees at construction site along with best working premises with their safe behaviour conducts towards safety Management.

Weep Not, Child is a poignant novel about the sways of Mau Mau mutiny on the lives of common populace. The work explores the deleterious facets of colonialism and imperialism through the life sketch of Njoroge, a young man whose yearn to join academia is packed down by the viciousness of Mau Mau insurgents and the fierce retort of white regime. Since the text exemplifies agony, grief, societal class difference and rebelliousness, Jomo Kenyatta, the first Prime Minister of Kenya personifies the dogma of nationalism. For the gullible inhabitants, Kenyatta becomes an insignia of customs and ethnicities polished by the poise of astuteness - a guardian angel, a redeemer - who will win the struggle against colonial supremacies.

The vast amount of information available on all social media platforms influences traveler's destination choice. The growth of these platforms has made it easy for travelers and destination management organizations to share content in many forms. Video content has gained faster popularity and is being researched by many. Live streaming is made possible through platforms like Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, etc., which is the latest trend in video sharing. This study is proposed to examine why travelers post videos about their travel on social media. A conceptual framework based on the social influence theory is proposed to determine the behavior of travelers who post or share travel videos online. Understanding the effects of travel videos on all social media platforms could influence any traveler to promptly decide their travel choice and make it easy for organizations to market their destination in this digital world. The three concepts of the social influence theory help in categorizing the travelers based on how they perceive the videos as they decide to share them online. Therefore, this can help travel organizations gain an understanding of how to stimulate travel video sharing in social media.
