Seasonal variation in primary productivity of a tropical freshwater fish tank in Bachhawon village at Varanasi have been studied. The trophic status of the tank was determined on the basis of primary production. Primary production was taken in to account to obtain the degree of water pollution in the present water body. Temperature and transparency play an important role in determining pond productivity. The net primary productivity value was in the range of 0.26 to 0.69 g g cal/m2/day. The rate of productivity was higher during the warmer months than in other months of the year.

Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined process of evaporation from soil surfaces and transpiration from plant tissues. Its rate is a very significant factor for supporting irrigation management decision. ET is one of the most important components of hydrologic cycle which is calculated from records of climatic data and geographical attributes of a metrological station. Reference Evapotranspiration (RET) is an important index of hydrologic budgets at different spatial scales. This can be treated as a complex process in the hydrological cycle that influences the quantity of simple RET model survey widely according to regional climate conditions. It is often an important variable in estimating Actual Evapotranspiration (AET) in rain fall- run off and ecosystem modelling. Many RET estimation methods have been developed for different types of climatic data, and the accuracy of the method varies with climatic conditions. The international commission for irrigation and drainage(ICID)and food & agriculture organization (FAO) of the united nations have proposed using the Penman- Monteith method a the standard method for estimating Reference Evapotrapiration (RET)and for evaluating other methods. The objective of the present study is to estimate daily, monthly, annual Reference Evapotranspiration(RET) and to compare different RET models with hat of standard equation Penman-Monteith to ensure the sensitivity. Sensitivity analysis is a useful and common way to study o n regional and seasonal behavior of RET in response to changes in climatic variables. The results were then calibrated with statistical variations like Root mean square error (RMSE),Mean bias error(MBE), Mean percentage error(MPE),Nashco-efficiency of Efficiency (NCE). In this study RET estimated by the Turc (R2=0.254& NCE = 89.96%) method yielded better comparison onto that of standard Penman-Monteith method.

Abstract: Jibanananda Das (1899-1954) is one of the prolific Bengali poets of Indian Literature after Rabindranath Tagore. He gave new images and fresh symbol to Bengali poetry. His early poems were greatly influenced by Mohitlal and Nazrul. But his later poems came out with original fervent. Since he was the professor of English literature, therefore European poets influenced upon him was obvious. Close reading showed how he was influenced by various European and American poets and scientific upsurge across globe. Despite being influenced, he held high the native temperament and sensibilities, and dealt them in poems with utmost Bengali nuances. His intensity to wielding poems with new available images drawn from wild setting gave a paramount height to Bengali poems. The paper tries to focus on how Jibanananda Das was influenced by foreign writers and how he acquired a unique place, with the help of his sizzling craftsmanship, among Indian poets till date.

Purpose: The present study is an attempt to analyze the gap between customers expectations and perceptions towards banking services in Wardha City. Design / methodology / approach: A research model is developed based on the literature. For the purpose of study data collected from 300 bank customers from Wardha City of Maharashtra. By using in structured questionnaire, statistical measure like Mean has been used for analyzing the data. Findings: The results reveal that the expectations of the banking customers exceeded their perceptions in all the five dimensions i.e. Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The Tangibility dimension has the highest gap scores in the expected v/s perceived level of service quality followed by Responsiveness and Empathy whereas the gap score is lowest for the dimensions Reliability and Assurance. Contribution of the study: The result of this study provides a valuable reference to the bankers in Wardha city to focus relatively more on dimensions having the highest gap scores in the expected v/s perceived level of service quality for improvement.

System is historically one of the main dimensions where people in India are socially differentiated through class, religion, region, tribe, gender, and language. Although this or other forms of differentiation exist in all human societies, it becomes a problem when one or more of these dimensions overlap each other and become the sole basis of systematic ranking and unequal access to valued resources like wealth, income, power and prestige . The Indian Caste System is considered a closed system of stratification, which means

shifts to the environment caused by humans, especially habitat fragmentation and changes in land use in India's biodiversity hotspots, are making it easier for infectious diseases to spread in wildlife. This study, assessed through a 2013 perspective, examines how the "thinning" of the human-wildlife interface promotes zoonotic spillover. We show how important the "dilution effect" is and how biodiversity loss affects host-pathogen dynamics by looking at important cases like Kyasanur Forest Disease (KFD) and the Nipah virus. By combining GIS spatial analysis with molecular diagnostics, the research shows that these diseases are a double threat to both conservation and public health. Our results indicate that the expansion of "weedy" generalist reservoirs and altered vector ranges are significant factors contributing to pathogen emergence. In conclusion, the study supports a "One Health" framework that acknowledges intact ecosystems as vital defenses against emerging infectious agents, highlighting that wildlife health is an integral aspect of India's national biosecurity and ecological integrity.
