 Abstract

This study focuses on the quality control procedures adopted in a Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant to ensure consistent production of high-quality concrete. Quality control in RMC involves monitoring raw materials, mix design, batching, transportation, and testing of fresh and hardened concrete. Various tests such as slump test, compressive strength test, and moisture content analysis were conducted. The results indicate that strict adherence to quality control practices improves concrete strength, workability, and durability. Proper QC practices also reduce material wastage and enhance overall efficiency of construction projects.

 Abstract

With the rapid digital transformation across industries, the recruitment process has significantly shifted from traditional offline methods to online platforms. Conventional hiring approaches are often time-consuming, inefficient, and limited by geographical constraints. To address these challenges, this internship project at Shorat Innovation Pvt. Ltd. focuses on the design and development of a Job Portal System that streamlines the interaction between job seekers and employers. The proposed system provides a centralized and automated platform where candidates can create profiles, upload resumes, search for job opportunities, and apply online, while employers can post job openings, manage applications, and shortlist candidates efficiently. The system is designed with a focus on usability, scalability, and data security. Advanced features such as job filtering, real-time updates, and secure authentication mechanisms enhance the overall user experience. The system architecture ensures efficient handling of multiple users and large datasets. The implementation utilizes modern web development technologies, making the platform responsive and accessible across devices. The developed system not only reduces the time and effort involved in recruitment but also improves transparency and accessibility. It serves as a practical solution for modern hiring challenges and can be further enhanced with intelligent features such as AI-based job recommendations and resume analysis.

 Abstract

In today's digital marketplace, people rarely buy anything without checking reviews first. But the problem is there are too many reviews, and not all of them are easy to interpret. This project focuses on analyzing online product reviews using data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights such as customer sentiment, common issues, and overall product perception.

 Abstract

Full Stack Development refers to the process of developing both the front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) of a web application. It involves working with multiple technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript for designing user interfaces, and server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java along with databases like MySQL or MongoDB for handling data. A full stack developer can build complete web applications from scratch, ensuring smooth communication between the user interface and the server. This approach provides efficiency, flexibility, and faster development as a single developer or team can manage all aspects of the application. Full stack development plays a crucial role in modern web applications by delivering dynamic, responsive, and scalable solutions. It is widely used in industries for creating interactive websites, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise applications.

 Abstract

Traditional enterprise task management systems often suffer from rigid user interfaces, excessive DOM rendering loads, and slow development lifecycles. This paper presents the design and implementation of an AI-Augmented Task and Project Management System engineered to optimize both the developer workflow and the end-user experience. The proposed framework utilizes AI-driven prototyping tools, specifically Whisk and Stitch, to rapidly generate responsive UI grids and accessibility-compliant color palettes within the Antigravity IDE. To address performance bottlenecks associated with massive datasets, the system implements client-side caching and an Intersection Observer-based infinite scroll mechanism, reducing dashboard rendering latency to under 200ms. Furthermore, the architecture integrates a native HTML5 drag-and-drop Kanban board and a deterministic hashing algorithm for visual week-view scheduling. Secure data transit is maintained via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and centralized RESTful API routing. Experimental deployment demonstrates significant improvements in UI performance, development speed, and overall system scalability

 Abstract

The selection of an appropriate foundation system is essential for ensuring structural stability and serviceability. This study presents a comparative evaluation of isolated, combined, and raft foundations based on Indian Standard codes such as IS 456:2000, IS 6403:1981, IS 1904:1986, and IS 2950:1981. The analysis considers key parameters including bearing capacity, settlement characteristics, stress distribution, and economic feasibility. Isolated footings are found to be suitable for structures on soils with high safe bearing capacity and well-spaced columns. Combined footings are effective in cases of closely spaced columns or boundary constraints, providing better load sharing and reduced eccentricity. Raft foundations, however, exhibit superior performance in weak or compressible soils by distributing loads over a larger area, thereby minimizing differential settlement. The study concludes that while isolated and combined footings are economical under favorable conditions, raft foundations offer enhanced structural safety and long-term performance where settlement control governs design.

 Abstract

This study evaluates the structural and performance aspects of the Sewri-Worli Elevated Corridor (SWEC), a key link in Mumbai's urban transport network. Implemented by MMRDA, SWEC is a 4-lane, 4.5 km elevated corridor connecting the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and Coastal Road. The project uses M45 grade concrete for piles, pile caps, and piers to ensure high strength and durability. Experimental tests on workability and compressive strength validate the suitability of M45 concrete for elevated infrastructure. The corridor is expected to serve 35,000-45,000 motorists daily, reduce travel time, and contribute 15-20% of MTHL traffic, offering a signal-free, fuel-efficient commute.

 Abstract

This research investigates the synergistic effect of incorporating two natural fibers--human hair (HH) and jute fiber (JF)--as strengthening agents in concrete, aiming to enhance mechanical properties while promoting sustainable waste management. Due to its high tensile strength (comparable to copper wire) and non-biodegradable nature, human hair is utilized to enhance bonding and crack control. Similarly, jute fiber is an affordable, abundant natural material that increases ductility and reduces shrinkage
