A hospital Wagon which is a smart ambulance system model that provides health monitoring of patients for remote medical professionals with fog and cloud feature. Sensor nodes records and deliver health status information to other elements of system such as hospital site. Remote decisions can be made in a medical center after receiving inputs generated inside an hospital wagon. Building a distributed real time system can handle all aspects of time critical systems and hide heterogeneity between elements and different types of data. Hospital wagons are time critical every second may save life of patients. Current wagon services have some limitations such as limited resources, lack of effective communication with doctors, latency, and poor video technology. A proposed model for telemetry system for hospital wagon system by using hardware which contains raspberry pi 3, sensors such as temperature and heart rate, fog which deployed on one machine with some bounded area and cloud which deployed on second machine. Wagon will have advanced telemetry system is onboard in an ambulance having life saving capabilities, the vital signs of the wounds (e.g. temperature, heart rate) can be measured and uploaded on fog instantly via a wireless (Wi-Fi) communication network. After one episode completed means patient can be reached to hospital then fog which having real data can upload on cloud for the future investigation. Additionally, videos taken by cameras installed in the hospital wagon can be sent to the hospital in real-time using raspberry pi. Latency issue related to cloud is minimized using cloud fog operability. In fog continually fetch the sensor value and compare with threshold value if values greater the threshold the system can send SMS notification to doctor.

This paper explores the relationship between food and human security in context of sustainable governance in India and also the impact on human security. Human security means securing livelihood, survival and dignity of an individuals. According to UN General Assembly (66/290) that human security means securing survival of an individual and strengthen their individuality by empowering livelihood. Whereas food security means that everyone has equal access of sufficient, safe and nutritious food at all times for an active and healthy life as define by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO, 1983). Though, food is also a basic human right and is also categorized as one of the basic aspects of human security and development in the report of human development (1994). Further, this paper presents the role of food security in strengthening human security as well as sustainable development. The paper also reflects the impact of food security in terms of an individual security. Thus, for more advancement in sustainable governance, any government must have to adopt a sustainable, ethical and accountable approach for human security. Many international and national organization and institution are working for human welfare. Still there has been some sorts of gap exist for example: due to population explosion, poverty and unemployment not everyone can get better quality of food and livelihood. The rate of stunting, malnutrition and hunger has been also increased after covid19 pandemic. Thus, for decimating food insecurity and poverty government must introduce sustainable policies based on sustainable and accountable approach.

Boundary disputes are sui-generis in the sense that it differs from other type of conventional disputes, such as national or international boundary disputes. In north-east India, in general, the boundary disputes are seen seldom. But with respect to Assam and Arunachal Pradesh it is seen more often because both States share many areas which have not been demarcated properly till date. The ins and outs of their boundary are still banal. The issue needs mediocrity to relegate the further traction. The need for demarcation of boundary became inexorable after Arunachal Pradesh got complete statehood. Boundary dispute can be studied in various perspectives, such as political, economic, demographic as well as geographical perspective. These perspectives/approaches can irradiate the person from different angles. The boundary dispute is classified into inter-state boundary dispute and intra-state boundary dispute. This exploratory study presents a comprehensive and conspicuous understanding of the boundary dispute as it covers the era of the Ahom period till present. The study follows the collection of data by stratified sampling method to substantiate the cause of delimitation between both the states. The result shows that there are good relations between the two in the form of trade and commerce as well as interchange of services. The only con is the feeling of hatred and relative deprivation that too by some sections. Further, the lackadaisical attitudes of some prerogatives give the sense of fallacy among people which further exacerbate the circumstance. This paper attempts to understand and analyze all the factors related to the boundary dispute and the ways to maintain peace and cordial relation between both the states, and thereby attenuate the pessimistic attitudes of the people of both the sides.

Synthetic dyes, as well as any dyeing operations, are hazardous to human health. Most of the natural dyes showed a very good fastness property in researches. The processing of textile is one of the most polluting events on earth. Small quantities of dyes are also used in colouration of paper, leather, shoe polish, wood, cane, candles, etc.. Natural dyes are dyes derived from animal or plant materials by using least amount of Chemicals . They are obtained from sources like flowers, leaves, insects, bark roots etc.; however, they are not readily available and involve an extraction process. They're made from things like flowers, leaves, insects, and bark roots, but they're hard to come by and require an extraction procedure. Plants, invertebrates, and minerals provide natural dyes and colourants. Vegetable colours are derived from plant materials such as roots, berries, bark, leaves, and wood, as well as other biological sources such as fungus. Because of the toxicity of synthetic dyes on human skin, natural dyes have become very popular in the textile business. These colours are stable in cotton, silk, and wool, as well as being highly eco-friendly to skin cells. As a result, scientists all around the globe are attempting to separate natural colours from various crops and flowers. This review is aimed for different raw materials used for the extraction of natural dyes, the extraction process for different natural dyes, and the properties of fabric dye

The main purpose of this paper is to generate eco-friendly electricity using MFC technology and then increase the same energy to a usable form for those who have not connected to a regular electricity grid. Therefore, power electronic converters are used to boost the energy from MFC because of the added advantages of their ability to store the harvested energy. These converters are diode-based which is generally used to boost the voltage, and normally these harvesters departed a lot from the poor efficiency due to diode losses. MOSFETs can be used to reduce the loss of these diodes because MOSFET has lower conduction loss; an isolated gate signal is required for the MOSFET, which tends to be floating after replacement. This paper presents harvesting energy from MFC and designing a boost converter. Design and implementation of the boost converter using MATLAB/SIMULINK. A simple boost converter has been fabricated using easily available materials to provide continuous power. Simulation and hardware results are presented to verify the functionality of the converter.

Universal Design (UD) in the simplest term means a design that is accessible to all. Universal Design's focus is on all types of users of different ages, forms and sizes, and physical abilities including children, the elderly, sick or injured people differently abled. The main aim of the universal design is to make a space usable by all rather than making user modify their behaviour to use the space. The move toward universal design has developed due to the expanding population of people with varying degrees of abilities and advancing years, their demands for recognition and their desire for independent living (Dr Inas Hosny Ibrahim Anous; 2015). This concept does not take into account everyone's ability but tries to increase the spectrum of users during the design process and it can be applied to all design professions. This paper reviews the need for applications of universal design in interior design through literature study and structured survey/Interviews of industry experts and design students. The aim is to generate awareness regarding the importance and need for Universal Design application in the Interior Design profession.

History has proven that early detection of a fire and the signaling of an appropriate alarm remain significant factors in preventing large losses due to fire. Properly installed and maintained fire detection and alarm systems can help to increase the survivability of occupants and emergency responders while decreasing property losses. Considering that the majority of cities have already installed camera-monitoring systems, this encouraged us to take advantage of the availability of these systems to develop cost-effective vision detection methods. Deep learning is an emerging concept based on artificial neural networks and has achieved exceptional results in various fields including computer vision. We plan to overcome the shortcomings of the present systems and provide an accurate and precise system to detect fires as early as possible and capable of working in various environments thereby saving innumerable lives and resources. We have made a comparative study of a general CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) model with an Adam optimizer and the pre-trained InceptionV3 model with an Adam optimizer.

In this digital era, face recognition system plays a vital role in almost every sector. Face recognition is one of the mostly used biometrics. It can used for security, authentication, identification, and has got many more advantages. Despite of having low accuracy when compared to iris recognition and fingerprint recognition, it is being widely used due to its contactless and non-invasive process. Furthermore, face recognition system can also be used for attendance marking in schools, colleges, offices, etc. This system aims to build a class attendance system which uses the concept of face recognition as existing manual attendance system is time consuming and cumbersome to maintain. Consequently, preliminary segmentation of images into regions that contain "non-face" objects and regions that may contain "face" candidates can greatly accelerate the process of human face detection. In our project we have implemented to check whether a person is hosteller or dayscholor and automatically marking attendance system for hosteller using facial detection. The system is developed for deploying an easy and a secure way of taking down attendance and security purpose for hostel students.

Long term edentulous patients pose a big hassle of loss of balance in the mandible complete dentures due to excessive resorption of because of lower edentulous ridge. It is imperative in the part of a prosthodontist to rehabilitate those patients to near everyday normal mastication. Masticatory function needs a novel coordination with muscles and oral structures. If the dental plate is placed in a very zone where the displacing forces of tongue, lips, cheeks and modulus are balanced, then the dental plate are maintained additional effectively throughout function. This zone is thought as neutral zone. If the dental plate strays outside within the neutral zone it will be unstable throughout the activities like talking, swallowing and chewing. The neutral zone technique is employed to minimize the displacing forces of the encircling structures. this is often a case report during which neutral zone impression technique was accustomed solve the matter of denture plate stability. This paper confers neutral zone technique in a functional approach to conquer the problem of instability of lower dentures and restoring the upper tooth in the anterior region to lessen the biologic activity of resorption of ridge following extraction of tooth.

Toxic effects of fungicide, MAJOR-75 were evaluated by analyzing root growth and root morphology. The higher concentration (500 ppm) of fungicide an inhibition of root growth and there was a statistically significant difference between control groups. In addition, cyto- and genotoxicity were estimated by observing cytological parameters such as the mitotic index and number of chromosome abnormalities, including chromosome breaks, stickiness, and polar deviations. The mitotic index (MI) of A. cepa meristematic cells treated with the 500 ppm of fungicide was significantly decreased in comparison to the negative control. The obtained results indicate that MAJOR-75 had the ability to cause a reduction in the seed germination percentage in the number of different phases of mitosis. The fungicide treatment in root meristem cells of A.cepa with different concentrations resulted in the reduction in morphological and mitotic frequency of root tip cells of Onion. As we know, mitotic frequency reflects cell division frequency and is used to determine the root growth ratio as a significant parameter. Regardless of which process is affected, both processes result in a reduced supply of new cells in the root meristem leading to an eventual inhibition of growth.

Deterioration of air quality is one of the major issues faced by various cities in our country. The meteriological factors, burning of fossil fuels, emissions from power plants etc interupts the flow of fresh air and results in the spread of sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide,Nitrogen dioxide, particular pollutants which is harmfull for all living organisms. So it is necessary to understand the effectiveness of air quality monitoring programs for planning air pollution control strategies by analyzing the trends in air quality regularly. In this study, the varying trends of ambient air quality were analyzed and predicted in terms of Air Quality Index (AQI) based on the database of dangerous pollutants like NO2 and RSPM that are monitored at different monitoring stations in Thrissur District,Kerala,India. Here,we uses SARIMA (Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average )model to predict the future month-wise concentration of pollutants and uses SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm to classify the pollution levels into different categories. This knowledge on air pollution levels of future months will help the public to take measures to reduce its level to a lesser than the harmful range.
