With the alarming rise in two-wheeler accidents, particularly due to non-compliance with helmet-wearing regulations, there's a pressing need for proactive safety measures. Despite government mandates, public adherence to helmet usage remains low, necessitating innovative solutions. This project aims to address this gap by developing a system that ensures helmet compliance and enhances rider safety before accidents occur. Unlike existing initiatives that focus on post-accident responses, our project prioritizes prevention by leveraging technology to enforce helmet wearing, thus mitigating the risk of severe injuries. By integrating real-time monitoring and communication capabilities, the system aims to foster a culture of proactive safety consciousness among riders, ultimately saving lives and reducing the burden of road accidents on society.

This study investigates the challenges faced by Odia medium students transitioning to English medium instruction in higher education institutions within Khordha district, Odisha. Employing a cluster sampling method, data was collected through surveys administered to 160 students from 10 colleges, ensuring balanced representation across rural/urban areas, gender, and academic streams (science, arts, commerce). Simple percentage analysis revealed significant difficulties for Odia medium students adapting to English medium teaching. Rural students, in particular, faced greater obstacles. These findings highlight the need for targeted support mechanisms to bridge the linguistic gap and ensure equitable access to quality higher education for all students.

Merger is the most common method employed by banks (or any other company) to enhance and maintain their market positions. The main objective of the paper is to examine the impact of the merger on the financial performance of SBI before and after the merger. The paper also compares the pre- and post-merger effects caused by its financial performance by the Camel approach. Secondary data is used in the paper covering the total period of eight years which includes four-year prior merger (2012-16) and four-year post-merger (2017-2021). The Camel analysis technique is used and a paired sample t-test has been conducted to check the statistical significance difference between before and after merger Camel ratios. The analysis shows that the financial performance of SBI increased after the merger and was positively impacted by merger activity.

DC-DC converters are essential to the use of elec- tric vehicles (EVs). These days, EVs need a different DC- DC converter to charge their high- and low-voltage batteries. The performance of EVs may be impacted by these variables, which have also increased output voltage ripples, switching, and device conduction losses. Furthermore, the prior multiport EV applications, converters feature a greater number of switching and energy storage components. This article suggests a multiport DC-DC converter EV charging circuit to address these problems. The suggested circuit is a single-input dual-output (SIDO) design that combines a buck converter integration with a positive output boost converter (POBCIBC). In this case, the voltage is stepped down using a buck converter and stepped up using a POBC. A basic structure made up of Cascaded Boost Super Lift Luo Converters is called the POBC. The POBCIBC design offers a number of benefits compared to the current multiport converters, such as less storage components, a compact construction, high- voltage transfer gain, proficient efficiency, decreased switching and conduction losses, and reduced output voltage ripples. By building the MATLAB/Simulpink and prototype models, the POBCIBC's performance is evaluated under various operating situations. Various output voltage levels have been created by the suggested converter according to variations in their duty cycles. The findings are displayed to demonstrate the EV application's proficient POBCIBC.

Introduction: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models has brought about a significant transformation in the way periodontists gather information, evaluate associated risks, develop different treatment alternatives, predict and diagnose dental conditions that threaten periodontal health. The main objective of this prospective study was to investigate how periodontists understand and accept the application of AI in periodontology. Materials and methods: This observational study was conducted on 273 participants grounded on questionnaire using Google Forms. These forms were pre-validated and latterly circulated among dental professionals (DP) and postgraduate students(PG's) via various social media platforms. The study comprised 15 closed-ended questions which were presented to the participants in English. These questions aimed to assess the awareness on operation of artificial intelligence in dental professionals and post-graduate students in the field of periodontology. To assay the collected data, experimenters employed the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28.0. Result: Almost all of the participants (93.0%) were aware of artificial intelligence (AI) and around 85% had an opinion that AI can simplify the effort of dental professionals. The responses of to the questionnaire are represented the table1. 44.7 % agreed that AI applications should be part of undergraduate and postgraduate dental training and 100% of them presumed that AI can aid patient management and dental assistance in the near future. Conclusion: Most dental professionals and post-graduate students had a reasonable level of understanding regarding the use of artificial intelligence in periodontics and expressed a desire to incorporate it into their periodontal disease diagnostic and treatment planning. Further efforts are needed to increase the awareness among dental professionals about the effective implementation of AI in their professional practice to facilitate individualized treatment planning for their respective patients. The integration of AI is expected to increase the likelihood of achieving favourable outcomes in DPs and PG's.

Forensic audit is defined as an investigation of evidence pertaining to a case to ascertain if it complies with predetermined standards, conducted in a way that is appropriate for the court. In his study, Cressy (2012) clarified that particular steps are taken in forensic auditing to generate evidence. Recent years have seen a number of banking collapses and scandals in India, jeopardizing the economy and shattering investor faith. There are several instances of banks failing as a result of money being siphoned off and diverted into dubious ventures that ultimately harm consumers and the banking sector. This paper aims in finding the significance of forensic audit in the banking sector by understanding the data from RBI annual reports.

Psychological well-being refers to an individual's total mental health and happiness, indicating a condition of positive emotional functioning, resilience, and a sense of fulfilment in life. It encompasses the personal perception of overall contentment, positive feelings, and successful adaptation to challenges. Psychological well-being plays a pivotal role in the academic performance of a student's career. Academic performance refers to the measurable results that reflect how an individual has successfully attained specific goals in educational settings, particularly in schools, colleges, and universities. This research aims to find out the relationship between Academic Performance and the Psychological Well-being of trainee teachers. In this research, the descriptive survey method was used to collect data. The Psychological Well-being Scale (PWBS-AA) developed by Anjum Ahmed (2021) was used to evaluate Psychological Well-being, and for academic performance, the previous year's mark sheet percentage was collected.Simple random sampling technique, the total data of 234 trainee teachers were collected from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. This study used statistical mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test and correlation coefficient to analyse the data. The results shows a significant difference in academic performance and psychological well-being of rural and urban trainee teachers, but no significant difference was found between male and female students. A significant correlation was found between academic performance and psychological well-being among Trainee teachers.

The maintenance, rehabilitation and upgrading of structural members, is one of the most important (crucial) problems in civil engineering applications. A structure is designed for a specific period and depending on the nature of the structure, its design life varies. For domestic building, this design life could be twenty-five years, whereas for a public building it could be fifty years. Deterioration in concrete structures is a major challenge faced by the infrastructure and bridge industries worldwide. The deterioration can be mainly due to environmental effects. In these effects, corrosion of steel, gradual loss of strength with aging, repeated high intensity loading, variation in temperature, freeze and thaw cycles and contact with chemical & saline water. Since replacement of such deficient elements of structures will be costly, strengthening has become the acceptable way of improving their load carrying capacity and extending their service life. One of the challenges in strengthening of concrete structures is selection of a strengthening method that will enhance the strength and serviceability of the structure.
