Any scheme of the government will have usually to be based on various appreciable circumstances which can reaches the aim of the scheme or campaign. An action plan started with an aim of promoting bank, financing, for startup ventures to boost entrepreneurship and to encourage start ups with creating of jobs is called as Startup India. The campaign was first announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address on 15th August, 2015 from the Red Fort. Besides by considering the historical and present background with future perspective of the real estate sector for shaping the way of it about future desired as government initiatives are necessary for every industry, the government has taken and taking various supporting measures. Out of which in the real estate sector The New Real Estate Act-2016 is an outstanding act which comes into force, for the positive impact for the sector. For the growth of real estate sector in Indian including residential, commercial and retail the main key drivers found are nuclear families, rapid urbanisation and rising house hold income. The sector is currently the fourth-largest sector in the country in terms of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows. It is fact that the real estate sector is directly or indirectly connected with different sectors of the economy, as any developments of the sector improves the other related sector or vice versa. In this way the real estate act becomes an opportunity to the appreciable scheme of the government i.e., Startup India campaign. Therefore, this paper attempts to look at several perspectives on the real estate act for the progress of the sector in India with reference to the Startup India campaign. For this descriptive paper the research undertaken is exploratory in nature with relevant secondary data.

In modern times when commercialization is becoming the order of the day, economic consciousness is increasing even among traditional farmers. The farmers of Dhemaji district of Assam are also reacting to the new wave of crop cultivation on commercial scale. The major finding of present study also confirms that propensity to adopt an enterprise ultimately depends upon its profitability. Therefore, the best alternative for marginal and small farmers of the study area lies in the adoption of vegetables farming and fruit farming, however production of fruit crops by small farmers is ruled out because these need high amount of capital as well as entail long gestation period. Hence, the potential option for upliftment of marginal and small farmers of the dhemaji district lies in their shift to vegetable farming.

Indian social and cultural life has two important aspects: religion and caste. Attempts have been done by many critics and researchers of caste and religion to prove barrier is created, both socially and religiously, in the life of Indian people, as castecism has been attributed to Hinduism. Caste system is such blight on Indian society which mars all our claims to reign over the world in 21st century. This system simply exploits the low caste people and women in numerous ways in the name of so called socio-cultural and religious establishments. How higher and elite class exploit the down trodden class religiously, socially as well as economically will be the aim of this paper.

The Indian sub-continent has vast water resources of perennial rivers and abundant ground water. The population is predominantly rural oriented, dependent on agriculture. In the absence of adequate surface water sources, people depend on ground water, a valuable resource and providing to be an important asset in many areas. Ground water is exploited for agriculture, domestic and other uses like industries etc. over exploitation of water resources, unplanned industrialization, urbanization and discharges of untreated waste contaminate both surface water as well as ground water sources and also unscientific use of fertilizers and pesticides aggravate the problem of contamination of water sources. A Ground Water Quality study has been carried out assess the portability of ground water in various localities in Sarrornagar Mandal Ranga Reddy district. A total of 28 samples from different bore wells were collected and analyzed for 10 parameters to determine the water quality of that area. The water quality of samples collected in the study area has been compared with drinking water quality standards as per BIS 10500(1991) and CPHEEO manual on water sample and Treatment (Third Edition, May, 1999) Ministry of Urban Development, GOI, New Delhi.

The behaviour of people belonging to different caste, class, religion and sex are totally different while casting votes. It also differs from place to place. Understanding voters behaviour can explain how and why decisions were made either by public decision-makers, which has been a central concern for political scientists, or by electorate. To interpret voting behaviour, expertise of both political science and psychology are necessary and thus the requirement of political psychology emerges. In the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the voting behaviour of the people of BTAD area in the last elections from the 2004 to 2016 considering the important political developments that have taken place in the BTAD after its formation in 2003. Voting behaviour of the people of BTAD area is not found to be static; rather it changes almost in all elections.

Now a day, Cloud Computing is not new to researchers. It is basically epoch of remote computing where one can access their personal and public resources easily from any computer through Internet. Cloud Computing is a pay-per-use consumer-provider service model. Resource Management is always a foremost problem in any computing paradigm. Due to the availability of finite resources it is very challenging for cloud providers to provide all the requested resources and that is again in time. These cloud resources must be allocated in a fair and efficient manner. Ab-initio resource assignment is a basically an initial resource assignment process, in a manner that resources are requested by application (on behalf of cloud consumers) for the first time. In this research paper, various existing algorithms on Ab-initio resource assignment are implemented and compared for further analysis and research work.

Energy is very much essential for existence of our society. It is important and urgent to find alternative source to replace conventional fuel or to reduce its continuous consumption due to their limited reservoirs and bad impact on environment so we have to find alternative source of energy. This IOT performs the function are maintenance indication of solar panel using sensor and theft prevention. The efficiency of solar panel reduces due to dust deposited on the solar panel. To overcome this problem, A sensor is placed to alert for maintenance based on the IOT Application to achieve Android Application developed for both maintenance and theft prevention. For maximum power extraction from the sun, A photovoltaic cell with MPPT (Maximum power point Tracking) system is used. This will increase the system efficiency, for this light detecting resister is used. This prototype model can also be extended to larger system also.

Grid synchronization algorithms are of great importance in the control of grid-connected power converters, as fast and accurate detection of the grid voltage parameters is crucial in order to implement stable control strategies under generic grid conditions. This paper presents a new grid synchronization method for three-phase three-wire networks, namely three-phase enhanced PLL The enhanced phase-locked loop (EPLL) is a synchronization system that has proven to provide good results in single phase synchronization systems. An EPLL is essentially an adaptive band pass filter, which is able to adjust the cutoff frequency as a function of the input signal. Its structure was later adapted for the three-phase case, in order to detect the positive-sequence vector of three-phase signals, This paper analyses the performance of the proposed synchronization method including different design issues. Moreover, the behavior of the method for synchronizing with highly unbalanced grid is proven by means of simulation demonstrating its excellent performance.

A micro grid (MG) is a local energy system consisting of a number of energy sources (e.g., wind turbine or solar panels among others), energy storage units, and loads that operate connected to the main electrical grid or autonomously. MGs provide flexibility, reduce the main electricity grid dependence, and contribute to changing large centralized production paradigm to local and distributed generation. However, such energy systems require complex management, advanced control, and optimization. Moreover, the power electronics converters have to be used to correct energy conversion and be interconnected through common control structure is necessary. Classical droop control system is often implemented in MG. It allows correct operation of parallel voltage source converters in grid connection, as well as islanded mode of operation. However, it requires complex power management algorithms, especially in islanded MGs, which balance the system and improves reliability. The novel reactive power sharing algorithm is developed, which takes into account the converters parameters as apparent power limit and maximum active power. The developed solution is verified in simulation and compared with other known reactive power control methods.

PI controller with control algorithms are used for load compensation and voltage regulation in D-STATCOM. Because of variation in dc capacitor voltage, load changes might affect the compensation. In this paper, we propose the new method of connecting the external inductor to the system. The main problems in distribution side are load variations, voltage sag, swell, unbalanced in loads, these types of problems are rectified in this paper by our proposed method. This will be proved using this proposed approach with MATLAB simulation results.

AES is one of the standard algorithm and widely used to encrypt and decrypt the data. In this paper, image encryption and decryption algorithm is implemented by using AES 128-bit core. Here, image information is converted into a hexadecimal format using MATLAB code and this plain hexadecimal data are transmitted to the FPGA via UART for encryption. Thus, the same process is al so used for Decryption. The entire AES 128-bit core is simulated and synthesized for Spartan-3E-1600E FPGA using Xilinx ISE 14.3 and implementing on FPGA. By this design we calculate Throughput and observe Memory Allocation, Timing Report, Power Distribution and Device Utilization. To achieve high security to data, less power consumption and gives low complexity architecture. It’s applicable in Defense and Research Organizations for send secure data from third party and make it easy for other Software and Hardware applications.. Results prove area utilization is less when compared to other results.

The sentiment analysis is the technique which can analyze the behavior of the user. Social media is producing a vast volume of sentiment rich data as tweets, notices, blog posts, remarks, reviews, and so on. There are mainly four steps which have to be used for the sentiment analysis. The data pre- processing is done in first step. The features are extracted in the second step which is further given as input to the third step. For the sentiment analysis, data is classified in the third step. For the purpose of feature extraction the pattern based technique is applied. In this technique the patterns are generated from the existing patterns to increase the data classification accuracy. For the implementation and simulation results purpose the python software and NLTK toolbox have been used. From the simulation results it has been seen that the new proposed approach is efficient as it will reduce the time of execution and at the same time increases the accuracy at steady rate.

Shot peening process increases the fatigue life of the part. It toughens the outer surface of the part, effectively increases the tensile strength and eliminates cracks and other imperfections. This is made possible due to the evenly spread compressive stress patterns that are developed during shot peening. The process effectively eliminates microscopic defects in the thin surface shell of the part. It is intended to reduce residual surface tensile stresses in metal parts which are subjected to repeated application of complex load patterns. Typical components that are shot peened for the purpose of improving resistance to fatigue and stress corrosion cracking are axles, springs, gears, shafting, aircraft components and structural parts. Shot peening is also used for other applications such as to close porosity in castings and to straighten or form the parts.
