Any water quality monitoring study's main goal is to assess the water quality status for specified uses. Water is one of the most valuable natural resources on the planet, and it is critical for the survival of both plant and animals. The quality of water is just as crucial as the amount. [1] Water quality index (WQI) is a useful and unique rating that depicts the total state of water quality in a single term and aids in the selection of appropriate treatment techniques to address the concerns. WQI, on the other hand, illustrates the combined impact of many water quality metrics and communicates water quality information to the public and policymakers. [2] There are a number of criteria that may be used to analyze water quality, but taking into account all of them can add to the complexity of the process. As a result, the development of a Water Quality Index (WQI) is a widely used tool for assessing water quality. The entire tale of water can be told in a single scoring number, which is determined using various ways. It is beneficial to choose a suitable therapy method to address the problem. WQI and its development methods are addressed in this study. The benefits and drawbacks of WQI are also discussed.

The main causes of air pollution in India's metropolitan areas have been linked to urbanization and industrial expansion. Air pollution has been identified as one of the most serious issues in metropolitan areas. Particulate matter is still one of the most significant sources of air pollution in cities, and both acute and chronic exposures have major health consequences. Meteorological factors play a key role in determining the presence of particulate matter. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to examine and assess machine learning models and methods that deal with a specific field, namely Particulate Matter, as well as to determine the strengths of various machine learning techniques and give background information. This study also intends to emphasize the role of input predictors in enhancing predictive accuracy and the core methodologies of machine learning and their importance in enhancing prediction performance. This study reveals that how successful it is to combine machine learning approaches with Particulate Matter prediction.

The Indian legal framework is represented by the possibility of "Fiat Justitia ruat coelum." Despite this, episodes of innocent people being arraigned and indicted are somewhat common in the United States. The hopelessness of being detained and losing one's freedom because of an unfair conviction is deteriorated by the probability that something besides the low conviction was there. People who have spent quite a while of their lives being wrongly attempted and imprisoned have essentially nothing to acquire from the result of their court procedures, regardless of whether they are excused on the benefits. They, alongside their relatives, face cultural shame, which is exacerbated by the shortfall of any lawful means or official instruments.Various countries, including a few all through the world, have sanctioned the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and joined it into their overall sets of laws. Notwithstanding the sanction of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, India has neglected to establish any homegrown regulation accommodating casualty restoration and remuneration. Despite the way that Article 21 of the Constitution ensures the right to remuneration for unlawful captures and detainments, pay is conceded at the court's watchfulness. It is thus basic to build a general set of laws that is just worried about settling these issues and, all the more significantly, forestalling future occurrences of uncalled for convictions. Subsequently, the Delhi High Court mentioned that the Law Commission of India direct a comprehensive assessment of the case. The law commission proposed the expansion of another part to the Indian Penal Code (IPC) to give an instrument to mediating grumblings of out of line indictment and for the state to repay casualties in its 277th Report, which was delivered in December 2017. Also, the report asked for the foundation of extraordinary courts to speed the finish of claims. There has been no conventional execution of the review's proposals into the resolution to date. They do, notwithstanding, give a way ahead. "Notwithstanding, counteraction is generally desirable over fix," as the maxim goes. The state should go to precaution lengths to stay away from such unjust convictions in any case. If such convictions can be stayed away from, in any case, future misfortunes, for example, can be kept away from. India, as a government assistance state, should gain steady headway in freeing those deceived by treachery.

Abstract This article offers an overview of the changing social formation of South Africa from the standardisation of apartheid in the late 1940s to the present, and its representation in the literature and Identity, reflecting the relocation of literary history of the "New" South Africa as a nation undergoing transformations, specifically in the labour situation, land struggles and the politics of the Rainbow nation. By analysing historical and literary elements, it is possible to trace the emergence of a carping identity and literature which were shaped by the experiences of the South African Indian Diaspora community. Such identity is significant and transmittal to the country as a whole, and of reasonable value in nurturing socialist consciousness for countering current challenges of racism and materialist indifference. This paper falls into two broad sections, the first deals with the history and context of South African Indian Diasporic writings; the second section deals with Diaspora identity.

1) Preamble:- In the past, during the Ramayana-Mahabharata period, the defence forces have gained a lot of importance because the reason is that if we want to expand the state with the expansion of the state in a big way, then the defence forces are very important. In today's age, children are also seen to be using more and more mobiles, so their physical fitness seems to be decreasing and the rate of getting sick is also high. Since the food is not available, the children are seeing new diseases in these people, so if the students are given physical training in the defence forces when they are in the age group of 16 to 20 years, then there can be a big physical change in them. The defence forces said that the question of self-respect arises because of the fact that country service is the biggest service presented. Today in Europe, we are seeing the beginning of the world war and in many countries, people from all walks of life are being given military training and they can be employed outside after at least two years to five years of military training, so we have been seeing strict rules in Europe that students in the age group of 16 to 20 years in our district can be employed outside. It is necessary for today's generation to create awareness about their service to the country by imparting military training as well as to improve discipline and timeliness in them as well as to make them respectable in the society. Today, in India, they see enlisting in the army as a passion, but their routine is not fixed and their type of exercise is not fixed and they are only seeing running as the main form of running, so a discipline should be instilled in them. For this, the concept is to impart this training to the students in the defence forces and instill various qualities in them.

Intermittent exotropia is the most common form of childhood exotropia with an incidence of 32.1 per 100,000 in children under 19 years of age. Onset of the deviation is believed to be in the first few years of life with a female preponderance.3 Exodevation occurs more commonly in middle east subequatorial africa and orient in united state. Study was aimed to analyzed how common is intermittent exotropia among strabismus age group 5-25 years. 75 subjects having strabismus were enrolled into the study. All the subjects were screened from tertiary eye care centre . The brief history and visual assessment along with refractive error correction for distance and near were assessed. With best corrected visual acuity orthoptic evaluation is done including sensory ,motor evaluation ,fixation ,ocular motility and patch test were done in subjects having intermittent exotropia. The maximum subjects were in age group of 20-25 years are affected in intermittent XT . 63% of subjects were males and 37 % were females are found in intermittent XT. The prevalence of intermittent exotropia among all patients of strabismus visiting tertiary eye care centre is found to be approximately one fourth(25.33%).

Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016 is a law for the resolution of Non-performing Assets. It covers all the business houses, including companies, limited liability partnerships, partnerships, proprietorship firms, and individuals. Since the law is very new, it is going through many amendments on it to make the resolution process business-friendly and straightforward. One of the recent amendments made in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is the addition of provision of the Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process. The Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process is one of the processes out of the two broad resolution processes. The Pre-packaged insolvency resolution procedure was introduced in April 2021 to solve the problem of Non-performing Assets in the MSMEs Sector. This paper will explain the whole mechanism of the Pre-packaged insolvency resolution procedure and compare the process with the other one, which is the Corporate insolvency resolution procedure. The paper will also envisage the effect of the process in the resolution of NPA in the MSMEs Sector.
