Now-a-days, pollution is the biggest drawback facing our planet. The pollution may be in any aspects like, air -pollution, noise pollution, thermal pollution. Pollution damages our physical health, ozone layer and hence affecting living being and environment. Thus, we must always notice an answer to that, for a healthy future. Hence efforts are require to manage air pollution. In plan of our project is to use sensors which senses the locomote of pollution. When the variation of pollution crosses the limit, the individuals encircled by the realm gets notified by associate alert message of raise in pollution. So individuals manage the pollution by taking some privileges like limiting vehicles that are inflicting additional pollution in particular area for some days till the pollution gets controlled. Therefore, we will save several cities from being polluted.

CTHRC1 gene have a role in vascular calcification of carotid artery lesions. In-vitro and in-vivo studies have been carried out to confirm its connection to cancers especially with esophageal adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. We used a variety of computational methods to find nsSNPs that are harmful to the structure and/or function of the CTHRC1 protein and may be causing this disease. Computational analysis was performed by different in silico tools including PROVEAN, Poly-Phen-2, I-Mutant, PhD-SNP. Results of our study indicated that 12 SNPs which are found to be highly deleterious: N162D, R146Q, G67R, S142R, N190S, I172T, W214R, R235C, R156G, R235H, S219L and C149Y. This is the first systematic research to use in silico methods to evaluate CTHRC1gene variants, so it will be extremely useful when planning large-scale studies and designing precision medicines.

Increasing use of vehicles in everyday life puts people's lives at risk due to the high probability of traffic accidents. This is probably due to a lack of real-time information gathering and communication. This paper describes an IoT-based vehicle automatic accident detection and rescue system that detects accidents and communicates information to rescue teams. The methods include GSM/GPRS module which is used to establish communication between the web server and the vehicle's hardware devices, and the GPS module is used to track the location. Vibration sensors are used to detect accidents. The idea was developed around fetching real-time data from hardware devices using sensors, simultaneously storing data on a web server, and sending notifications to rescue teams via SMS, web applications, or Android mobile applications.

Abstract Premature labour is also called preterm labour. Labour that begins before 37 weeks gestation is considered preterm. Risk factors include premature rupture of membranes, uterine abnormalities, infection, cervical incompetence, previous preterm birth, multifetal pregnancy and foetal or placental abnormalities. Management typically antibiotics, tocolytics and corticosteroids. Bed rest and hydration are commonly used initially. The earlier a baby is born, they have more higher risk of certain health problems including lung problems, autism, hearing loss and intellectual disabilities.

milk is a multineutrient fluid and it is the primary source of nutrient for human. It consist of 80% of proteins. The protein in the milk is classified into casein and whey protein. Milk proteins consist of 80% of casein and 20% whey protein. The function of casein is to provide energy to human body. The name of casein is related to the family of phosphoproteins. These proteins are commonly found in the mammalian milk. This study deals with the precipitation of casein from the various milk sample such as cow milk, goat milk, buffalo milk, human milk, sheep milk and also the samples that availed from the market. The technique of precipitation of casein is used to predict the protein content in the milk sample.

This Paper investigates the enhancement of heat transfer coefficient of a Nanofluid Containing Nanoparticles Al2O3 with a Particle size of 20?nm. Effects of temperature and concentration of nanoparticles on heat transfer coefficient in a tube in tube type heat exchanger with parallel and counter flow are investigated. Experimental results show a considerable increase in heat transfer coefficient. Also, it has been observed that the heat transfer coefficient increases for counter flow as compare to parallel flow.

Phishing attack is the simplest way to obtain sensitivity information from innocent users. The aim of the phishers is to acquire critical data like username, password, and bank account details. The proposed system mainly focuses on detecting and preventing the phishing websites. A Web crawler is used to detect the websites. Detected phishing sites are added to the blacklist. The blacklist contains only fake websites. Web Crawling focuses on obtaining the links of the web page. Usually, a phishing website can be easily identified by its URL by its HTML code. Here the check website page makes users to be aware of phishing website and avoid users to become victim of such attacks. This software is very helpful for users to identify and prevent the phishing websites. For this purpose, we are developing a phishing website detection system.

This study is about Adoption of digital payment methods (such as internet banking, mobile wallet money, and credit/debit cards)in small retail storeswhich have increased in the developing world, and is a cornerstone for financial inclusion initiatives in developing countries .Digital payment usage has pervaded to levels of transactions for online shopping to level of street vendor. Retailers are able to implement infrastructure to transact digitally (such as bank accounts and smart phones), fees on digital platforms are affordable, and small scale retailers are sufficiently literate to be able to use digital payment systems. Using a quantitative methodology this study, investigated the challenges faced by these small retail stores. This study intends to determine the factor influencing the overall adoption of digital payment, the factors considered are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, risk, subjective norms, self-efficacy, facilitating condition, behavioural intentions, behavioural control are identified in the study. The data has been collected from 150 respondents of retail store owners in Chennai. Convenient sampling technique was employed in collecting samples. Percentage Analysis, Anova Analysis, Correlation Analysis, chi square Test Analysis, have been utilised to interpret data. From the analysis we came to know that the tenure of usage and years of business does play a vital role in making decision and is the reason to adopt the digital payment method. There is high correlation between behavioural intension and perceived behavioural control. Hence convenience and customer demand are the primary reason to adopt digital payment in retail stores, yet there is a very low concern about fear of being cheated and security of transaction in digital platform by retailers in Chennai

In a nutshell what our app propose to do is take image from user, run machine learning algorithms on it to get an estimate of size(length, breadth)of Pothole, and geo location of the Pothole. In order to calculate the size(length, breadth)of Pothole we use Foot of user as a benchmark and divide entire image into virtual tiles of same size and on that basis give an estimate of Pothole size. The benefit of this app is that it provides local authorities with the location and the severity of the potholes which they can repair and ultimately will result in a more safer and enjoyable driving experience

Before Covid 19 the children were free bird as they can breathe in a free air. So therefore education was also running smooth, children went to school without fear. But in the third month of the year of 2020 the noble corona virus attacked the world. Due to the spread of the virus the entire world has got affected. The affection has so huge that it affect to the education of the children. As the entire world got lockdown, due to which no one understands thought about the children and their dreams of aspirations. The children even do not know what going around the world. The children are mostly busy in their own world. The objective of the study is to know the actual condition of the sufferer and how they are continue their education. The method of the study is depending on secondary source of data and existing literature survey. The study revealed that most of the children are detached from their regular studies, no curricular activities. Most of the primary school children spending times with drawing and TV watching and upper level student are involve with mobile games and television. So, they are got irritation with a small thing. This situation is affecting their brains and their knowledge power. So it is high time to think for the children education system. The private school took initiative regarding the E-learning studies and examination. The study suggested that Government school should take initiative to start the on-line classes and examination process. To improve the better education system both private and government school should be given online assessment as project form to the student. They will prepared it at home and send it to the respective teachers through mail. This process is introducing the teaching learning method in the school level
