Tourism refers to the actions of individuals who go to places and remain there for leisure, business, or other reasons for a period of no more than one year. Tourism, as a component of the service industry, has emerged as a significant source of revenue. Tourism in India has grown rapidly during the last decade. Over the years, specialty kinds of tourism have also arisen; one of these niche tourism markets is Dark Tourism. Dark tourism has been defined as travel to locations historically connected with death and misery. People are drawn to dark places for their historical significance rather than their relationship with death and pain. This type of tourism is sometimes known as "Grief Tourism" or "Black Tourism." In this situation, each traveller has a distinct reason for taking the trip; some of the reasons could be remembering the tragedy and its effects, being interested in the human psychology, being nostalgic, wanting to pay tribute to deceased loved ones, and so on. Dark Tourism in India is not widely known, yet there are numerous locations that fall into this category. Bhangarh Fort Rajasthan, Kuldhara Rajasthan, Jallianwala Bagh Amritsar, Dumas Beach Gujarat, Three Kings Church Goa, Skeleton Lake Uttarakhand, Shaniwar Wada Pune, Cellular Jail Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and other sites are well suited for this tourism.

Newly setup restaurant management face difficulty in knowing that which menu items are most in demand by consumers with the large sales data in hand which usually uses manual methods or feedback forms/verbal feedback to get the most loved menu item by people. This creates an issue such that sometimes customers cannot order the favourite order because some of the menus cannot be made available due to shortage of some raw materials. Apriori algorithm is one algorithm that searches frequent itemset by using the association rule technique. Based on the results of implementing the association rule method using Apriori algorithm to find the linkages between the level of sales menu item ordered at restaurant. With this association rule, it is expected to help the restaurant owners to find out the which menus are most in demand by consumers, so a system can be used to restock the raw material required for most demanding menu item using data mining association rule Apriori algorithm using.

Since ancient times, spices have played an important part in Indian food and people's daily lives. Spices include active phytochemicals that have a comprehensive influence on human health. Spices are also high in antibacterial and antioxidant compounds that have bioactive properties. Medicinal herbs and spices continue to play an essential role in the treatment of human ailments. The goal of this investigation was to see if clove has any antibacterial effect against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, specifically Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus epidermidis, using aqueous, 70% ethanol, and 70% chloroform extracts. The antibacterial activity of clove extract was investigated using the agar well diffusion method, with amoxicillin serving as a positive control. When tested against pathogenic bacterial strains, aqueous extract showed the best inhibitory action against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, whereas ethanol extract had the best inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus epidermidis. Clove extracts in distilled water, ethanol, and chloroform were also tested for phytochemical content. Qualitative phytochemical examination of both spice extracts confirms the presence of many phytochemicals such as alkaloids, steroids, phlobatannins, saponins, tannins, cardiac glycosides, phenolic compounds, carbohydrates, terpenoids, resins, and anthraquinones. Clove has antibacterial action against microorganisms and can be used to prevent drug-resistant microbial illness. Because the spices contain many components that are essential for good health, they were tested for phytochemical ingredients and appeared to have the potential to function as a source of beneficial pharmaceuticals as well as to improve the health status of customers. The present study's findings are encouraging, since clove showed antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus epidermidis infections.

Management of Bhaganadara (Anal fistula) often remains a challenge for both general and colorectal surgeons due to high incidents of its recurrence rate. Sushruta was very well known to this fact that the disease is notorious and very difficult to deal with and that is why he kept it under the heading of Ashtamahagada. As far as its pathogenesis is concerned, it originates as a result of anal gland infection present between anal sphincters which drain via ducts into the anal sinuses at the level of pectinate line. If the outlet of the gland gets obstructed, the abscess forms which eventually extends to the skin surface and drains from the external opening developed in the skin. The tract thus formed refers to as fistula in ano. In the present article, recent advancement in ayurvedic and modern medical science for Bhagandara (anal fistula) treatment is discussed.

Surgical site infections (SSIs) are a significant public health concern. In surgical infections, anaerobic bacteria are known to be major pathogens. Aerobes predominated over anaerobes in previous studies of bacteria detected in postoperative wounds. However, the epidemiology of SSI and the microorganisms that cause it are poorly understood, especially in eastern Nepal. As a result, the goal of this systematic review and meta-analysis has to assess the prevalence of anaerobic bacteria and associated variables in persons with post-operative wound infections in eastern Nepal. Pub Med, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Nepal Journals Online and Allied Health Literature for studies that reported the prevalence of postoperative anaerobic bacterial infections in people with SSI worldwide from January 1, 2000 to March 31, 2020. The 2 test on Cochran's Q statistic are used to assess heterogeneity, and H and I 2 statistics are used to quantify it. A random effect meta-analysis methodology is used to pool the prevalence data. To identify sources of heterogeneity in prevalence estimates, subgroup and Meta regression analyses are conducted. These works are described using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) as a guideline. Since this study is based on published data, it does not require ethical approval. This systematic review and meta-analysis is intended to serve as a basis for determining the burden of anaerobic bacteria in SSIs for identifying data gaps and for guiding future investigations in Nepal.
