Nowadays, everyone is using internet services to communicate. Millions of folks and, many organizations communicate with one another using internet services every day. In conjunction with these developments, the number of attacks as well as attackers over the internet is increasing exponentially day by day. Though there are some techniques, based on signature, which are used to forestall these attacks, but they are unsuccessful against zero-day (unrecognized earlier) attacks. The technique based on detection is an alternative technique to forestall networks attacks, and also has the power to detect zero-day attacks. A secure machine-controlled anomaly detection system is more practical procedure to help in network analysis. An anomaly detection systems (ADS) examine the network flow and focuses on detecting uncommon network behaviour, and classify them into attacks. In this paper, we planned to implement an anomaly detection method using Nave Bayes, Decision Tree (ID3), ensemble learning and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), and compare their efficiencies. A subset of attributes (significant) is chosen from the primitive set of attributes using random forest regressor technique, and then, the chosen set of significant features are used to train different types of classifiers.

Generating electricity is present there is a shortage of fossil fuel, oil, gas etc. Burning of these fuels causes environmental problem like radio activity pollution, global warming etc. So that these (coal, oil, gas) are the limiting resources hence resulting new technology is needed for electricity generation, by using thermoelectric generators to generate power as a most promising technology and environmental free and several advantage in production. Thermoelectric generator can convert directly thermal (heat) energy into electrical energy. In this TEG there are no moving parts and it cannot be produced any waste during power production hence it is consider as green technology. Thermoelectric power generator convert direct waste heat in to generate electricity by this it eliminated emission so we can believe this green technology. Thermoelectric power generation offer a potential application in the direct exchange of waste-heat energy directly into electric power can too improve the overall efficiencies of energy conversion system. Heat source which is need for this conversion is less when contrast to conventional method.

ABSTRACT In-vitro studies were carried out on Aspergillus niger, an indigenous strain, to determine the most optimize conditions for high xylanase production. The selected strain was boosted for xylanase enzyme production in czapeks dox broth medium using different carbon and nitrogen sources. Maximum enzyme activity was detected when xylan was used as carbon source and yeast extract was used as nitrogen source. Shake culture conditions, 1.0% NaCl, higher inoculums dose and 06 days of incubation were observed with high xylanase production. Submerged condition was found superior over solid-state condition; however, wheat bran substrate yielded more xylanase over others. Optimum pH and temperature for xylanase activity were found to be 7.0 and 28oC. The enzyme was produced and extracted under optimized conditions and compared with values of before optimization. It was then purified and characterized for stability at different temperatures and pH. A high amount of xylanase was formed under optimized conditions and was found stable up to 45oC temperature and at pH 8.0.

In health care networks, Internet of Things connects the patients with doctors and nurses through various devices effectively. The Wireless Body Area Networks play a vital role in the health care networks unlike most existing methods. WBAN communication is the method of transmitting information between WBAN- gateways and the medical centers. In this method, a gateway is assigned for a single patient and various medical packets are aggregated at each gateway. Their medical conditions are immediately reported to the base station with different priority levels based on their emergency. The base station forms the uplink WBAN transmissions by forming a queuing system which specifies the medical-grade Quality of Service requirements depending upon the priority of medical importance. The natural device intelligence of smart gateways in IoT-based networks designs an efficient and truthful mechanism to prevent gateways from misreporting the priority levels of medical packets. By incentivizing the base station, it manages the transmission scheduling in the desired manner by guaranteeing all gateways to honestly report the actual priority levels of the packets. Both theoretical and simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can meet all the requirements in terms of packet transmission.

Current situation is the best example entailing the pros and cons of working being virtually present. Every sector apart from hospitality and tourism which is facing complete shut ,all the other sectors including education is accessible on virtual platform. The concept of virtual workplace is where an employee works in a different situation away from his office, manager and his colleagues.IBM has managed to save millions of rupees after going for an infrastructural change and making its employee work on virtual platform. The system is unique in its own way where it offers full-time flexibility and a low stress job. It also has its own list of disadvantages. Employees often feel isolated, lack of trust, difficult to be motivated and even they fear of career limits. The management other than to be focussed more on savings time and cost must acknowledge the existence of virtual teams. Some preventive steps from the management can boost the enthusiasm and integrity within the virtual team

Abstract: Tribal communities around the world are grappling with major socio-economic change. They are on the cusp of the crisis in sustainable development. Tribal society is marginalized and is therefore easily transformed. Deprivation of land and forests are the oppression that these people experience. Inclusive growth is high-priority. Generation of productive and gainful employment for the tribes is crucial for inclusive growth. Scheduled Tribes (STs) of Maharashtra are the most marginalized. They have become disadvantaged and vulnerable as a result of invasion of their territories since the era of colonisation. Urbanization and commercialization have threatened the livelihood of the tribal communities. They struggle for survival in remote and inaccessible location. The issue of tribal work participation and unemployment is related to number of factors. As a result, tribal families regularly migrate in search of work. Tribes therefore are accultured marginal workers in most of the regions in Maharashtra. Rural tourism has a potential to provide employment opportunities to this marginalized section of the society. The paper is showcasing the success story of Korkus of Semadoh. The main objective of this paper is to find out the role of rural tourism in providing employment opportunities and its impact on tribal society of Semadoh. Data is been collected from field visit, personal interviews and secondary sources. Main finding and research exploration brings forth that rural tourism could effectuate the issue of unemployment of tribal community.

The aim of this paper was to bring out the beneficial properties present in petals of hibiscus flowers and their fortification in fruit juice. One of the flowers of Indian Subcontinent is Hibiscus rosa sinensis which is rich in antioxidants, anthocyanins, flavonoids. Main coloring pigment is anthocyanin which is proved to cure cancer, lower down cholesterol level and clear the digestive tract. Freshly plucked hibiscus flowers were taken and their petals were removed by hand. Petals were put in a tray drier for drying at 51.8C. After drying they were crushed into fine pieces manually.100 grams of powdered leaves were obtained. Anthocyanin being water soluble, the powder was boiled in water at 80C.The anthocyanin pigment was extracted in liquid form. It was mixed with lime juice and polyphenol content was measured by gallic acid equivalent method. Final product obtained showed 13 times increase in polyphenol content compared to commercially available fruit juice. Hence the above juice can be used as an effective health drink for human consumption and protect the body from free radical damage.

Induced mutagenesis has bean used to create desired genetic variability, the base of crop improvement. Induced genetic variability in crop plants is a important resource from which plant breeders can select and combine different desired characteristics to produce best crop plants. The desirable characters which have been bred through induced mutations. In present investigation the physiological effects on seed germination as well as seedling height on 7th day after sowing were investigated. Gradual reduction in seed germination and seedling height was recorded with increase in concentration /dose of mutagens. Majority of the mutagenic treatments caused decrease in seed germination, seedling height and survival pf plants at maturity. While pollen sterility increased with increasing dose/conc. of mutagens.

ABSTRACT An environmentally benign cost effective method was reported for green synthesis of Ag-Ni bimetallic nanoparticles by using Aerva Lanata leaf extract. The phyto molecules present in the extract are acting as reducing agents, stabilizing and capping agents for the biosynthesized nano particles. The characterization studies were done by UV-VIS , FTIR spectroscopies , SEM, XRD, EDX and HRTEM analyses. These nanoparticles were further applied as photocatalysts for degradation of Malachite Green dye by irradiation under sunlight. From this present study on bimetallic Ag-Ni nanoparticles synthesized from Areva lanata leaf extract, the optimum conditions found in the degradation of malachite green dye is pH 8, weight of catalyst 30 mg, dye concentration of 10 ppm and contact time of 120 minutes. A maximum photodegradation of ~ 85-89% could be obtained under these optimum conditions.

The innovation of technology and having fast internet make information to distribute over the planet easily and economically. this is often made people worry about privacy and works. Steganography may be a technique that forestalls unauthorized users to possess access to big data. The steganography provides methods that users can hide and blend their information with other information that make them difficult to acknowledge by attackers. In this, we review some techniques of steganography spatial and frequency domains. Also, we explain the kinds of steganography host documents. It also can pose serious problems due to it difficult to detect. Network surveillance and monitoring systems won't flag messages or files that contain steganographic data. and that we also see some applications, pros, and cons of steganography.
