In order to provide more security to the vehicle and make better communication between vehicle and owners, we transfer the normal EVs to smart EVs. The normal E- Vehicles are like a long haul. So our aim is to make smart E-Vehicle. For making the smart E-Vehicles we use some sensors. Nowadays the vehicles theft is increasing so prevent the vehicles from the theft we use GPS. The use of a GPS is finding the E-vehicles location. The second thing is also the safety ness of the vehicles that is to prevent the vehicle from unauthorized person for this we use finger print sensor. The use of the sensor is the authorized person only can operate the vehicle. Suppose when unauthorized person touches the vehicle means safety alarm will be ringing. And the next thing is saving the battery for better utilizing of battery level we use LDR. Its wellbeing and effective administration has been given significantly more consideration that is the reason we utilize these sensors This savvy is help to improve the capacity of dealing with ongoing keen security viably by utilizing cutting edge implies.

Thermophiles can be found in almost any ecological niche from fresh and salt water to terrestrial and extreme environments, including metal-contaminated habitats. Most of the strains are able to produce extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) mainly of polysaccharidic nature which serve as biosorbing agents by accumulating nutrients from the surrounding environment and also play a crucial role in biosorption of heavy metals. Structural and compositional characterization of new spp. of Streptococcus thermophilus isolated from hot water spring under stressed and normal conditions were analysed. The structural spectroscopic information was considered together with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometric (ICP-MS) analytical data on the content of the heavy metal cations (Co2+, Cu2+, Cr2+, Fe2+ Zn2+) in the bacterial cells. As bacteria was able to uptake all the five heavy metals from the culture media in significant amount, the metabolic changes in the bacterium was considerably differentiated by IR spectra. Spectra revealed that chemical compounds of various functional groups were involved during accumulation of these heavy metals.

Members of the family Coronaviridae cause a broad spectrum of animal and human diseases. Until 2003, coronaviruses attracted little interest beyond causing mild upper respiratory tract infections. This changed dramatically in 2003 with the zoonotic SARS-CoV (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus) and the more recent emergence of MERS-CoV (Middle East respiratory syndrome Coronavirus) has confirmed the coronaviruses as significant causes of severe respiratory disease. SARS-CoV is thought to be an animal virus from an as-yet-uncertain animal reservoir, perhaps bats, that spread to other animals (civet cats) and first infected humans in the Guangdong province of southern China in 2002(WHO 2020) and spread to five continents through air travel routes, infecting 8,098 people and causing 774 deaths. Since 2012, MERS-CoV has been emerged in the Arabian Peninsula and was exported to 27 countries including Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Islamic Republic of Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Yemen (WHO 2019). Total of ~2,494 individuals and claiming 858 lives were reported due to the infection of MERS-CoV. SARS-CoV-2 is associated with an on-going outbreak of atypical pneumonia (Covid-2019) that has affected over 209 countries and territories around the world and two international conveyances the Diamond Princess Cruise ship harboured in Yokohama, Japan, and the Holland America's MS Zaandam cruise ship. Up to 14, 46, 981 people affected of which 1, 055,207 active cases and 83,090 deaths are declared 08 April 2020. On January 30th 2020, the World Health Organization declared the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic as a public health emergency of international concern.

Leptospirosis, a zoonosis with a worldwide distribution is an acute febrile illness caused by spirochetes of the pathogenic Leptospira interrogans. The antileptospioral screening of the synthesized 1, 4 dihydropyridine derivatives against Leptospiral grippotyphosa organism were carried out. Motility of the spirochetes were examined by micro dilution method under 20X dark field microscopy with two hours interval. The reduction in the motility of the organisms and the arrest of the growth of the organism indicates the leptospiral activity of the compounds. Among the synthesized compounds (CR1 - CR5) compound CR5 showed decrease in the motility at higher concentration, where as compound CR2 was found to inhibit the motility at higher concentration after 4 hrs.

Nowadays, everyone is using internet services to communicate. Millions of folks and, many organizations communicate with one another using internet services every day. In conjunction with these developments, the number of attacks as well as attackers over the internet is increasing exponentially day by day. Though there are some techniques, based on signature, which are used to forestall these attacks, but they are unsuccessful against zero-day (unrecognized earlier) attacks. The technique based on detection is an alternative technique to forestall networks attacks, and also has the power to detect zero-day attacks. A secure machine-controlled anomaly detection system is more practical procedure to help in network analysis. An anomaly detection systems (ADS) examine the network flow and focuses on detecting uncommon network behaviour, and classify them into attacks. In this paper, we planned to implement an anomaly detection method using Nave Bayes, Decision Tree (ID3), ensemble learning and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), and compare their efficiencies. A subset of attributes (significant) is chosen from the primitive set of attributes using random forest regressor technique, and then, the chosen set of significant features are used to train different types of classifiers.

Generating electricity is present there is a shortage of fossil fuel, oil, gas etc. Burning of these fuels causes environmental problem like radio activity pollution, global warming etc. So that these (coal, oil, gas) are the limiting resources hence resulting new technology is needed for electricity generation, by using thermoelectric generators to generate power as a most promising technology and environmental free and several advantage in production. Thermoelectric generator can convert directly thermal (heat) energy into electrical energy. In this TEG there are no moving parts and it cannot be produced any waste during power production hence it is consider as green technology. Thermoelectric power generator convert direct waste heat in to generate electricity by this it eliminated emission so we can believe this green technology. Thermoelectric power generation offer a potential application in the direct exchange of waste-heat energy directly into electric power can too improve the overall efficiencies of energy conversion system. Heat source which is need for this conversion is less when contrast to conventional method.

ABSTRACT In-vitro studies were carried out on Aspergillus niger, an indigenous strain, to determine the most optimize conditions for high xylanase production. The selected strain was boosted for xylanase enzyme production in czapeks dox broth medium using different carbon and nitrogen sources. Maximum enzyme activity was detected when xylan was used as carbon source and yeast extract was used as nitrogen source. Shake culture conditions, 1.0% NaCl, higher inoculums dose and 06 days of incubation were observed with high xylanase production. Submerged condition was found superior over solid-state condition; however, wheat bran substrate yielded more xylanase over others. Optimum pH and temperature for xylanase activity were found to be 7.0 and 28oC. The enzyme was produced and extracted under optimized conditions and compared with values of before optimization. It was then purified and characterized for stability at different temperatures and pH. A high amount of xylanase was formed under optimized conditions and was found stable up to 45oC temperature and at pH 8.0.

In health care networks, Internet of Things connects the patients with doctors and nurses through various devices effectively. The Wireless Body Area Networks play a vital role in the health care networks unlike most existing methods. WBAN communication is the method of transmitting information between WBAN- gateways and the medical centers. In this method, a gateway is assigned for a single patient and various medical packets are aggregated at each gateway. Their medical conditions are immediately reported to the base station with different priority levels based on their emergency. The base station forms the uplink WBAN transmissions by forming a queuing system which specifies the medical-grade Quality of Service requirements depending upon the priority of medical importance. The natural device intelligence of smart gateways in IoT-based networks designs an efficient and truthful mechanism to prevent gateways from misreporting the priority levels of medical packets. By incentivizing the base station, it manages the transmission scheduling in the desired manner by guaranteeing all gateways to honestly report the actual priority levels of the packets. Both theoretical and simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can meet all the requirements in terms of packet transmission.
