Bronchial asthma is a chronic, reversible inflammatory illness of the airways. It causes frequent episodes of coughing, tightness in the chest, breathlessness, and wheezing, especially in the early morning or night. The Greek term for Asthma means "noisy breathing that we first see." According to Ayurveda, bronchial asthma and Tamaka Shwasa may be related. It is an illness caused by the Kapha and Vatadoshas predominant and a Pranavaha Srotas disease. In this illness, Kapha obstructs Vata's movement, causing it to spread in all directions, vitiate Prana's channels, and result in Shwasa. Nowadays number of patients increases due to the their improper lifestyle, post covid health status, addiction, climate change due to globle warming and pollution.so we need to focus this disease management thoroughly .In our IPD, a case study was carried out to determine the efficacy of Yashtimadhu Phant with Nirgundi Taila as an adjuvant therapy. Clinically ,there was significant improvement in patient symptoms and health after treatment. There is significant improved respiratory rate, PFER, number of episodes.

This study explores the transformation of Surpanakha's character in contemporary mythic fiction, examining how modern reinterpretations challenge traditional narratives within Hindu mythology. Historically depicted as a demoness in the Ramayana, Surpanakha has been recast in recent literary works as a complex figure whose portrayal sheds light on modern attitudes towards gender and morality. By analyzing Lanka's Princess by Kavita Kane, who has been instrumental in redefining previously marginalized female characters, this research investigates the shift from a one-dimensional villain to a multifaceted woman endowed with agency and depth. The study concludes by asserting that the transformative depiction of Surpanakha in mythic fiction is not only a literary exploration but also a cultural commentary that challenges readers to reconsider established moral judgments and gender dynamics. Through the lens of mythic reinterpretation, authors are able to articulate and question the foundational narratives of Indian mythology, proposing a more inclusive and equitable understanding of its characters.

In the present scenario, talent management has become a considerable matter for a discussion. It is referred as one of the central elements of managerial discourse and innovative organizational practices. Overall, talent management practice begins with attracting, recruiting, assessing, developing, rewarding, and retaining highly skilled employees. Talent management is an important aspect of HR and both about managing people. HR is more focused on administration on the other hand; talent management is particularly focused on helping and improving the talent management of the workforce. They are two different approaches to managing the people and both are necessary for growth and development. With the hope of gaining and sustaining a competitive advantage, organizations need to be competitive in the global marketplace and should have accessed with newer technologies. Nowadays, sustaining and building a talent is a biggest challenge all over the world. This paper is an attempt to study a systematic and comprehensive literature review. Several online recruitment platforms, social media and employer branding and diversity and inclusions in digital talent acquisition. To achieve this objective of study various web sources such as Google scholar, ProQuest and case studies were accessed and reviewed. Further other relevant content, articles, journals, and conceptual studies on the topic were researched. This paper also looks at the causes behind this digital transformation, the latest technological trends in HR that are adopted by the organizations and the advantages and impact of digitalization on talent management.

Multiparticulate drug delivery systems called microspheres are designed to deliver drugs to specific sites at a predetermined rate, enhance bioavailability, and achieve controlled or sustained drug administration. Polymeric waxy materials or other protective materials like natural, semi-synthetic, and synthetic polymers are used to make them. Microspheres are made of proteins or synthetic polymers and are characterised by their free-flowing, 1-1000 ?m particle size. The variety of methods available for creating microspheres offers a multitude of choices for managing drug delivery and optimising the medicinal effectiveness of a particular medication. When compared to traditional dose forms, these administration methods have many benefits, such as increased patient compliance, decreased toxicity, and enhanced efficacy. These kinds of systems frequently employ macromolecules as medication carriers. In the current review, several kinds of microspheres, preparation techniques, applications, and efficiency evaluation parameters are highlighted.

If any country wants to develop, developing the banking sector is an indispensable condition. India is currently the most populous country in the world. Now it was very inconvenient for the banks to provide banking services to this growing population through traditional methods and another problem was that there were not enough profitability opportunities for banks in the remote areas of the villages, so Banks did not like to invest within the villages so the villagers had to suffer a lot to access the banking facilities. To remove these problem, banks introduced new facilities which are internet banking and mobile banking. The inception of internet banking traces back to the late 20th century the early stage of online banking began with the development of telecommunication network and the internet and India embraced internet banking in the early 2000's, marking of significant milestone in the country's banking sector and mobile banking has its roots in the late 1990's and early 2000's when banks started experimenting with providing basic services through mobile phones. The Kothari punch in the preamble to is constitution has stated that the future of India is being shaped in its classrooms. For this reason if we want to know how successful internet banking and mobile banking has been or how successful it can be, the first need to know how much student accept mobile banking and internet banking. Hence the present paper has studied the detailed information about a study of students acceptance for E-Banking and mobile banking in Surat. Cumin is a flavouring and antioxidant ingredient. In addition to these benefits, it treats diarrhoea, spasms, stomach problems, and inflammation while also having antibacterial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and sedative effects.Nowadays, natural medications are used to treat most common ailments and nutritional deficiencies. Any herbal medicine's effectiveness depends on how well the therapeutically active ingredient is delivered at an effective level. However, whether applied topically or taken orally, their bioavailability is severely limited.Phytosomes are advanced herbal preparations that have the phytoactive components that are derived from herbs and can convert the hydrophilic to the lipophilic state of the cell membrane. They can be made into tablets, gels, creams, suspensions, and other pharmaceutical forms. Phytosomes are now a great alternative for treating many ailments.By making a highly lipophilic medication more hydrophilic, cumin phytosomes dramatically improve absorption and bioavailability; this makes the phytosome technique perfect for drug delivery.

The Nirav Modi case, a high-profile financial scandal that rocked India's banking sector, involved fraudulent transactions worth billions of rupees. Nirav Modi, a prominent diamond jeweller, and his companies colluded with officials from the Punjab National Bank (PNB) to obtain fraudulent letters of undertaking (LoUs), enabling them to borrow funds from overseas branches of other Indian banks. These LoUs were used to secure credit from international banks without adequate collateral, resulting in a massive debt burden on PNB. The scam, which came to light in early 2018, exposed systemic loopholes in India's banking system and raised questions about regulatory oversight. Nirav Modi fled India before the scandal broke and took up residence in the United Kingdom, where he was arrested in March 2019. Legal proceedings for his extradition to India followed, with ongoing efforts to bring him back to face trial. The case prompted widespread public outrage and led to increased scrutiny of corporate governance practices and banking regulations in India. It also highlighted the need for stronger measures to prevent fraud and protect the interests of stakeholders in the financial system.

With the rapid growth of medical costs, the control of medical expenses has been be coming an important task of Health Insurance Department. Traditional medical insurance settlement is paid on a per-service basis, which leads to lots of unreasonable expenses. To cope with this problem, the single-disease payment mechanism has been widely used in recent years. However, the single-disease payment also has a risk of fraud. The in surance industry is a collection of service companies that provide protection services to customers with agreements and agreements from several parties involved. The conven tional mechanism of the insurance claim process has the potential to cause fraud and a high risk that will harm the parties involved. On the other hand, block chain is a technol ogy that one of its features is to provide a ledger where insurance companies can transfer insurance claims to an immutable ledger and help eliminate sources of fraud that are common in the insurance industry. The aim of this research is to help reduce fraud and risk for the insurance industry in general. In this work, proposal of a framework to iden tify fraud of medical insurance based on consortium blockchain and machine learning, which can recognize suspicious medical records automatically to ensure valid implemen tation on single-disease payment and lighten the work of medical insurance auditors. An explainable model is designed to evaluate the reasonability of disease code for Medicare reimbursement by predicting the probability of a disease according to the chief complaint of a patient. Storage and management process of medical records based on consortium blockchain to ensure the security, immutability, traceability, and auditability of the data is also presented

Multi-sensor image fusion techniques combine two or more geometrically registered images of the same scene into a single image that is more easily interpreted than any of the originals. Resolution of the PAN sensor is higher than that of the MS sensor. In addition, a high resolution MS image has a data volume significantly greater than that of a bundled high resolution PAN image and low resolution MS image. Considering these limitations, it is clear that development of an efficient image fusion technique is the best solution for providing high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution remote sensing images. An ideal fusion process should preserves the original spectral characteristics and add spatial characteristics to the image r . In this paper, we review the popular and state-of-the-art fusion methods in different levels especially in the pixel level.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to assess the role of agmatine as a novel neurotransmitter in the CNS and its other important actions in the body. The CNS, being the most injury-susceptible part of the mammalian body, has been observed to protect neurons from damage. Agmatine plays a vital role in neurological diseases. Previous studies have found that agmatine is related to the regulation of nitric oxide synthesis, relief from chronic pain, cerebral edema, and glucose regulation. It binds with imidazoline-binding sites and ?2-adrenoreceptors and blocks N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors via voltage and concentration-dependent mechanisms, as well as other ligand-gated cationic channels including nicotinic and 5-HT3 receptors. In this review, we will focus on the pharmacological role of agmatine, establishing it as a novel neurotransmitter.

The significance of intrusion detection systems (IDS) in network security and the need for accurate and effective detection methods are emphasised by research on the subject. Research emphasises the use of statistical methods in host-based systems, web-based data mining systems, and modern intrusion detection systems such as firewalls. It offers a thorough synopsis and evaluation of the body of knowledge about this topic. Using web-based data mining and machine learning algorithms--such as Rough Set Theory and Support Vector Machine--as well as an optimised framework and a two-layer mechanism, the article investigates intrusion detection systems. Effective feature selection and representation are the foundation of machine learning-based intrusion detection systems (IDS). For feature extraction, anomaly detection, abuse detection, and hybrid models, new approaches are required. It's also necessary to have domain adaptability, interpretable models, visualisation, and strong defensive mechanisms. Compared to conventional techniques, the suggested learning-based intrusion detection system may identify network traffic patterns more precisely, minimizing false positives and logging network activity. Although it can be flexible and scalable to many kinds of attacks and network circumstances, it could have issues with interpretability, resource needs, and possible hostile manipulation vulnerabilities.
