Human being is social by nature and it lived in society. The formation of society differ themselves from the other species of the nature. The society leads a systematic life with some rules and regulations. The concept of rights, liberty, power, authority etc. gradually evolved in the society as the time passes. The rights are those essential conditions of life without which man cannot be at his best. The rights are innate and inherent in all individuals irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, sex, etc. since the rights are integrally and inextricably interwoven with human beings, consequently, these are called human rights. Though the international concept of human rights has its origin in the twentieth century yet the western idea of rights can be traced back to the ancient Greek period. Plato, Aristotle was the champions of natural rights. The exponents of social contract theory Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau developed the ideas of right to life, individual liberty and freedom as well as the concept of general will. In the middle ages the notions of supernaturalism and absolute monarchy were prevalent which restricted the rights of man. Man became a mere onlooker whose destiny was controlled both by ecclesiastical masters and the monarch together. Since liberalism stood as a reaction to the authoritarianism and absolutism of both the church and monarchy, therefore, it emphasized on freedom of man in all spheres of life. It worked on the principle of laissez faire where state considered as necessary evil. It minimizes the state function and maximizes individual liberty and restricted state interference on individuals. The concept of free market and open competition prevailed. However the Marxists oppose the notion and argued that rights are possible only in a communist society.

This paper is intended to represent a mini version of a Self-driving car with IoT and AI using Raspberry Pi and Arduino UNO. The high-resolution 8-megapixel Pi camera provides the necessary information. Raspberry Pi analyses and acquires data samples and will train in R-Pi using neural networks and machine learning algorithms that lead to lane and traffic detection, lanes and traffic lights and cars alternate accordingly. In addition to these properties the car will be overtaking with the appropriate LED indications on coming across any obstacles.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a frighten disease outbreak that has affected more than one hundred and eighty countries worldwide. While vaccines are supplied throughout the world, there is still a need to follow some mandatory rules, including social distance to be maintained during daily activities such as supermarket shopping. In this project, a shopping trolley is proposed as a solution to avoid item scanning at cashiers and long queues at payment counters. This innovation leads, such that the risk of attacked to COVID-19 can be reduced. This is done by integrating a shopping trolley with Raspberry Pi, Web Server using PHP. Radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is attached on products in supermarket and automatically read by RFID reader whenever they are placed in a shopping trolley. As the customer adds things one by one it is detected by the RFID module and the price according to that will be displayed. At the end of shopping the customer will press the total button, which when pressed adds all the product along with their price and gives the total bill. In this process Social distance is maintained by alerting with buzzer sound using Ultrasonic Sensor.

Nageswara temple is one of the most ancient temples at Kumbakonam. Regarding its origin many mythological and traditional accounts are woven around it. The architectural style of the main shrine proves that it belongs to the early Chola period. Other than the central shrine, the structural embellishments seem to had been added later in order to expand the infrastructure of the temple. In this article the sculptures of the temple, particularly the portrait may be said to be the best among the extent of the early Chola images. Miniature bas- reliefs depicting the scenes of Bhagavata Puranas and Ramayana are the exquisite features of this temple.

Indian total foreign exchange reserve stands at around 634.28 billion, the biggest contributor to this reserve is foreign currency assets followed by the gold, SDR, and reserve with the international Monetary Fund. Foreign exchange reserves are assets held on reserve by a central bank in foreign currencies. These reserves are used to back liabilities and influence monetary policy. It includes any foreign money held by a central bank, such as the U.S.federal reserve bank. The rising forex reserve is seen as an element of comfort for the government and the reserve bank of India by helping it manage its external and internal financial issues. The surging rising reserve help to cover its import bill and also aid the rupee to strengthen against the dollar. The foremost advantage of the forex serves is in meeting the international financial obligations including sovereign and commercial debts, financing of imports. It helps in boosting the confidence of the market in the ability of a country to meet its external obligations. Taking this note this becomes vital to know the importance of components of foreign exchange reserve and its trend and growth of components and its performance in contributing to the rise in foreign exchange reserve with the use of Descriptive statistics along with trend and growth analysis and it can be concluded as components are the major contributors in rising and maintaining forex in country.

In this paper we discuss about the mathematical model for balancing chemical equations. In this paper the chemical equations were balanced by representing the chemical equation into systems of linear equations. Particularly the gauss elimination method is used to solve the system of linear equations. This method is possible to handle any chemical reaction with given reactants and products.

Product quality certification is used by industries to sell or advertise their products. The quality of wine is assessed by a human specialist, which is a time-consuming the process that makes it quite expensive. Several machine learning techniques have already been applied to evaluate wine qualities such as quality and class on wine quality datasets. The quality of wine is determined not only by the amount of alcohol in it but also by many traits, which change through time and therefore refine the wine's quality. It is critical to establish the wine's quality and categorize it into several categories based on a quality assessment. This study employs a variety of machine learning algorithms to predict wine quality. This research gives a comparison of fundamental and technical analysis based on many characteristics. This research compares and contrasts several prediction algorithms used to predict wine quality. Technical analysis such as time series analysis and machine learning algorithms like Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Ada Boost Classifier, and Gradient Boosting Classifier are examples of these methodologies. With the use of visualization, several techniques are evaluated based on methodologies, datasets, and efficiency.

Mangas are getting more popular as time goes on, thanks to the convenience with which they can be accessed through online entertainment. Many mangas have grown in popularity to the point where they now outsell western comics, which have set the bar for sales in the last decade. As a result of the rising demand for localization of these works, publishers have pushed for mangas to be translated into multiple languages for easier consumption and therefore greater sales. Cleaning manga panels and, if required, redrawing panels are the initial steps in the translation process. The Japanese text in the image is translated, and then the translated text is in-painted back into the cleaned image. To have the manga translated, numerous competent individuals with skills in picture editing and translation are necessary. The goal of this article is to present an automated system for translating manga that will identify, translate, and in-paint the translated text. This will cut the number of man-hours and staff needed to complete the task while also integrating everything together into a single functional framework.
