Leukemia is a type of malignancy blood cancer occurring in both adults and children due to a rapid development of abnormal white blood cells. In the diagnostic process, abnormal white blood cells (blast cells) play an important role for hematologists. Whereas the treatment is usually allocated based on the leukemia types and subtypes which depending upon the morphological features of the cell under microscope. Thus, the blast cells segmentation is the first step for diagnostic process. Generally, this paper aims to develop a methodology to detect and localize acute leukemia blast cells based on image processing techniques using peripheral blood smear images. To achieve this aim, the blast cells were localized by removing other blood components and then the region of interest was segmented into sub-images. The problem of overlapped cells was also addressed for better classification. This stage was accomplished by using various image processing techniques such as; color transformation, threshold algorithm, mathematical morphological operations, and watershed segmentation. The k-means clustering and mathematical subtraction operation were used to further segment the blast cell into its nucleus and cytoplasm, respectively. Based on the Image Segmentation Quality Scores, the proposed algorithm in this study was able to segment the blast cell region and its nucleus with a high level of accuracy of 97% and 94%, respectively. The proposed segmentation algorithm achieved an overall accuracy of 96% and 93% to discriminate between acute leukemia and normal cell region and their nucleus region, respectively.

As an emerging technology various researches are going on in Vehicular ad hoc networks which helps in development of smart cities across the world and while doing this various issues are exploring in it like Clustering/Platooning concept, routing strategies, security issue while exchange of information among vehicles. In this paper, various issue in vehicular Ad hoc networks are discussed and its solution with the help of Machine learning. If machine learning concepts are used to handle issues in vehicular ad hoc networks, it can give a new way to Smart Transportation system

The future of the power industry heavily relies on the use of modern electric grids integrated with information and communication technology (ICT). Such grids are commonly known as smart grids. The advantage of using smart grids is that they provide a better quality of service in terms of better resource and asset management, detecting faults in the system, efficient energy consumption by reducing the demand and supply gap, and peak load reduction. Information examination has effectively been applied broadly in the force area to offer different types of assistance, for example, income assurance, and information perception. Be that as it may, there are as yet numerous zones which can be profited by utilizing information logical procedures. One such region is the interest reaction the executives in the savvy matrix climate where information investigation can be successful to deal with the general burden on the framework. The substances associated with the shrewd framework contain power age units, transmission and dispersion units, and end-clients. The end-clients may have a place with the various areas, for example, business, private and transportation. The utilization information identified with these clients can be examined to offer numerous subordinate types of assistance in the brilliant lattice and to improve the general nature of administration for the clients. Remembering this, the significant focal point of this paper is on information examination in the brilliant network climate alongside the interest reaction the executives of the associated loads.

Pterocarpus marsupim Roxb belongs to the family fabaceaeis commly known as red Indian kino tree. This forest endangered medicinal tree has restricted distribution to southern parts of india. Pterocarpus marsupium is medium to large sized deciduous tree and can reach upto the height of 30m In nature Pterocarpus marsupim has a very restricted distribution and does not propagate well in nature due to which this tree species is declining in the wild and therefore it has been placed in the red data book. In order to conserve and sustainable use of this endangered species a lot of research efforts are been made on Pterocarpus marsupium in the field of micropropagation, phytochemistry and pharmacology.

ABSTRACT: Thyroid disease is very common, with an estimated 20 million people in the United States having some form of thyroid disease and research studies emphasizing that approximately 43 million people in India suffer from thyroid disease. The thyroid gland is a small organ found earlier in the neck. It is shaped like a butterfly. Thyroid problems is a abnormal production of thyroid hormones. This research paper based on the prediction of thyroid disease using Decision Tree and Artificial Neural Network. This paper explains to see the separation of the best way. As a result, the operation will be completed in both segregation modes and their accuracy will be compared with the confusion matrix. It has been concluded that ANN provides better accuracy than other decision tree classifier.

Cervical cancer develops in a woman's cervix (the entrance to the uterus from the vagina). Almost all cervical cancer cases (99%) are linked to infection with high-risk human papillomaviruses (HPV), an extremely common virus transmitted through sexual contact. Although most infections with HPV resolve spontaneously and cause no symptoms, persistent infection can cause cervical cancer in women. Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women. In 2018, an estimated 570 000 women were diagnosed with cervical cancer worldwide and about 311 000 women died from the disease. In a study report in India 122,844 women suffered with cervical cancer & 67,477 patients died. In India About 432.2millions of women under the age of 15 years old suffering from developing cancer1.
