 Abstract

The clients who were diagnosed to have diabetic neuropathy pain were gathered and seated in mallapalli village in Tiruppattur distict. A brief introduction of self and explanation of the purpose of the study was given. The clients were allotted into experimental and control group using simple random sampling technique by lottery method. At first demographic details were obtained through questionnaire for 5 minutes. It took10 minutes to assess the pretest level of neuropathy pain using Galer neuropathy pain scale. The researcher faced difficulty in explaining the components of the pain scale in the regional language. The control group were underwent the hospital routine whereas the experimental group were subjected to the contrast bath in addition to hospital routine. Clients in the experimental group were taken into the intervention in one by one for the contrast bath. The investigator used 2 basins with water (one for hot water and one for cold water). The temperature of hot water was 100-105 degree F and for cold water 60-70 degree F. the clients foot was immersed fully in hot water basin for 3 minutes followed by cold water basin for 1 minute. Then it was repeated for 5 times with the total duration of 20 minutes. The temperature of the water was maintained constant throughout the procedure by frequently adding hot or cold water. Immediately after the intervention, within 5-10 minutes, post test level of neuropathy pain was assessed using Galer neuropathy pain scale which took 5 minutes. The clients in the control group were asked to report to the diabetic outpatient department after hospital routine for assessing post test level of neuropathy pain using Galer neuropathy pain scale. It took 5 minutes for each person. Then the clients were taught about contrast bath and were encouraged to practice it frequently at home.

 Abstract

An IoT-based railway track crack and object detection system is an innovative solution for ensuring the safety and security of railway systems. The system uses a combination of sensors and cameras that are installed along the railway track to monitor it for any signs of damage or obstructions. The sensors can detect vibrations and changes in the track, which can indicate the presence of a crack or other type of damage. The cameras can capture images and video of the track, such as fallen branches, debris, or even people or animals. Once the system detects an issue, it can send an alert to the railway operators or maintenance personnel, allowing them to quickly address the problem before it causes any accidents or delays. An IoT-based railway track crack and object detection system can greatly improve the safety and efficiency of railway operations.

 Abstract

This paper describes design of solar powered charging station for charging of electric vehicle that solves the key downside of fuel and pollution. Electric vehicles have now hit the road worldwide and are slowly growing in numbers. Apart from environmental benefits electric vehicles have also proven helpful in reducing cost of travel by replacing fuel by electricity which is way cheaper. Well here we develop an EV charging system that solves with a unique innovative solution. This EV charging of vehicles without any wires, no need of stop for charging, vehicle charges while moving, solar power for keeping the charging system going, no external power supply needed. The system makes use of a solar panel, battery, regulator circuitry, copper coils to develop the system. The system demonstrates how electric vehicles can be charged while moving on the road, eliminating the need to stop for charging. Thus the system demonstrates a solar powered wireless charging system for electric vehicles that can be integrated in the road.

 Abstract

Signals from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) are susceptible to manipulation since they are relatively weak once they reach the earth's surface. As a result, signal jamming and spoofing have an impact on fixed site sites such as military bases, government buildings, and other areas. Due to its ability to counter possible jamming and spoofing, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) anti-jamming systems have recently received a lot of attention. So, a compact, wideband, antenna Array that has high isolation and low mutual coupling is needed for GNSS antijamming applications. Five identical Right Hand Circularly Polarized (RHCP) single feed rectangular patch antennas make up the array. The proposed antenna array is designed in CST STUDIO SUITE. The proposed array maintains an excellent mutual coupling performance of < -25dB while offering a wide frequency bandwidth of 250MHZ (1.5-1.75GHZ). A return loss of -32.7274dB is achieved which provides good impedance matching.

 Abstract

Electronic commerce or e-commerce includes the service and good exchange through electronic support like the Internet. It plays a crucial role in today's business and users' experience. Also, e-commerce platforms produce a vast amount of information. The ultimate goal of the project is to involve AI(Recommendation System and Voice based searching) with E-commerce based systems. The system aims to provide Voice based Image Search technology for searching the required materials from the collection. The recommendation system categorizes all the images present in the database and compares with the input images and provides best solutions to the users. Voice-based conversational recommenders offer a natural way to improve recommendation quality by asking the user for missing information. Recommender systems (RS) are designed to eliminate the information overload problem in today's e-commerce platforms and other data-centric online services. They help users explore and exploit the system's information environment utilizing implicit and explicit data from internal e-commerce systems and user interactions. Today's product catalogs include pictures to provide visual detail at a glance. This approach can effectively convert potential buyers into customers. Since most e-commerce stores use product images to promote, arouse users' visual desires and encourage them to buy products, this paper develops an image-based RS using deep learning techniques. In traditional commerce and business, people have been notified and encouraged about purchasing products and services through their friends, news, and marketers. By growing the use of e-commerce and the advancement of its related technologies, the use of RS has great importance due to its benefits.

 Abstract

Tagore and Premchand, the two great literary stalwarts, have portrayed women in their works mostly in their traditional roles, but keeping pace with the temper of the new age, they have also visualized them in strong and even rebellious roles. In their writings both reflect a tremendous sympathy and understanding towards the plight of women which was quite an unfamiliar trend for most work of that period. However, unlike radical feminists they do not vouch for complete liberation of woman rather consider male supervision as an integral part of the overall development of woman's personality. In the present paper an attempt will be made to compare both the writers on the basis of their views about ideal womanhood.

 Abstract

Jawaharlal Nehru was a pioneer freedom fighter, outstanding writer, wonderful orator, historian, and architect of modern India. Nehru's thinking is basically humanist. He had full faith in the dignity and worth of man. Nehru ji had full faith in truth and non-violence. He was a great patriot and nationalist. He inspired to walk on the path of balanced restraint and ideal nationalism. Nehru was a humanist thinker, in the context of the nation, the human values that inspired him to become a nationalist, the same values also made him a supporter of internationalism to protect the interests of the entire race. Nehru ji was a great democratic person, he had full faith in the democratic process and his entire thinking was imbued with his deep devotion to the ideal of democracy. Democratic socialism was an extension of his democratic ideas. Nehru ji had full faith in the public welfare state. Poverty and backwardness had no place in the welfare state that Nehru wanted for India. Jawaharlal Nehru was a strong supporter of socialism. Socialism is necessary to make democracy successful and real. Jawaharlal Nehru studied Indian history very minutely and came to the conclusion that India had lost its ancient glory due to dissension and communalism. Nehru ji considered the state as an essential institution, he believed that the universal development of man can be possible only in the state. In democracy, man gets complete freedom for his universal development. Nehru ji was considered as the messenger of peace and the priest of peace. With the aim of promoting world peace, he propounded the principle of Panchsheel. Nehru ji always wanted that India should not come under the pressure of any country and India should have an independent identity in the world. The principle of Panchsheel was one of the main objectives of Nehru's foreign policy, which included five important peace-principles such as maintaining national sovereignty and non-interference in the affairs of other nations. Nehru promoted non-alignment in which India would not support the policies of any faction and would maintain its independent foreign policy. He always tried for world peace, for this he also presented the principle of Panchsheel. Nehru ji was a practical person, so he did not jump into the politics of Cold War after the Second World War, but kept getting help from both the countries for the development of India.

 Abstract

Since ancient times, herbal remedies have been the most important type of medicine in all societies. Various plant extracts have been found to exhibit a wide range of biological activity, including immunomodulator activity, hepatoprotective activity, antilipidemic action, and so on. Plant extracts have high in vitro bioactivity but low in vivo in animal models. The primary reasons for the poor bioactivity of herbal extracts are that the bioactive components of these herbs have multiring molecular structures that cannot be permeated into the blood by simple passive diffusion, and the bioactive phytoconstituents are mostly water soluble, resulting in their lack of lipid dissolubility. To address this issue, pharmaceutical researchers devised a unique lipid-based drug delivery system that is favourable in delivering the herbal medication at the site of action, reducing adverse effects while increasing absorption and bioavailability. The integration of standardised herbal extracts into phospholipids to generate a lipidfriendly complex called a herbosome is one delivery technique proposed to increase the in vivo solubility and thus bioavailability of ineffectively dissolvable herbal medications. The current study's goal is to accumulate all herbosome-related data that will be useful to academics.

 Abstract

There are certain circumstances encountered occasionally where a notice is needed to be urgently displayed on a screen. The station master or announcer does not need to manually type each announcement message onto the screen in busy facilities like railway stations. Therefore, the user here suggests a creative android-based notice display system that enables users to display notices Without manually entering them in. Here, the announcer or administrator can read out the message using an Android phone; it is then wirelessly transmitted and shown on the screen. Here, messages are displayed on an LCD screen to illustrate the concept. A microcontroller from the ATMEGA328P family is connected to the LCD. Additionally, the user uses a Bluetooth receiver to receive the messages that the android transmits, decode them, and then pass them to the microcontroller for additional processing. The message is then shown on the LCD screen by the microcontroller. Through the use of a transformer, a 12 V supply powers the complete circuit. This cutting-edge technique can be utilised in many locations, such as train stations, schools, universities, and offices, to immediately show emergency announcements on screens by voicing out the message rather than typing it in each time. As a result, voice-based notice board projects are quite helpful in a variety of organizations.

 Abstract

Product reviews and ratings are frequently used by consumers to determine which products to trust. Reviews can affect the profile of a business or a brand. The business must investigate consumer responses to its items. Popular reviews, however, are challenging to organize and track. In social media, many public viewpoints are difficult to manually process. The next step is to develop a mechanism for automatically categorizing favorable and negative public feedback. Customers will be able to see how the product performs in terms of consistency, efficiency, and guidance, which will provide prospective buyers a better knowledge of the product. The applicability of web assessments from suppliers in order to fulfill client requirements by evaluating beneficial input is one such unfulfilled possibility. Good and bad reviews are important in determining customer demands and gathering product feedback from customers. Sentiment Analysis is a type of computer analysis that collects contextual information from text. A large number of internet mobile phone ratings are studied in this study. We divided the text into positive and negative categories, as well as feelings of disappointment, expectation, disgust, trepidation, delight, regret, surprise, and confidence. This clearly defined category of feedback aids in a comprehensive evaluation of the product, allowing consumers to make better decisions.

 Abstract

Weeds are the plants, which grow where they are not wanted. Weeds are competitive and adaptable to all the adverse environment. Allelopathy concerns the effects of one plant on another due to chemicals released by them, or the breakdown products of their metabolites. The allelochemicals are produced by all kinds of plants and plant parts although roots and leaves are mainly responsible for their production and release. Allelopathic effect of 3% aqueous extracts of fresh above ground and below ground part of Asphodelus tenuifolius Cav. were studied on seed germination and seedling growth of mustard (Brassica campestris L.). Seeds were allowed to grow in petri-dishes containing 3% aqueous extracts of fresh above ground and below ground part of Asphodelus tenuifolius. The result indicated that seed germination and seedling growth was suppressed by both above ground and below ground part of Asphodelus tenuifolius.

 Abstract

Pharmaceutical manufacturers need to validate their cleaning method to make certain compliance with cGMP regulations. Minimizing equipment downtime has the capability to affect the performance and economics of pharmaceutical production. The important motive of cleaning validation is to show the effectiveness and consistency of cleaning in a given pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to prevent cross contamination and adulteration of drug products with different active factors like unintended compounds or microbiological contamination, leads to prevent numerous critical issues and also useful in related studies like packaging factor cleaning validation. So, it is vital to validate the cleaning techniques to make certain safety, efficacy, quality of the subsequent batches of drug product and regulatory requirements in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) product manufacture. The benefits because of cleaning validation are compliance with federal regulations, identification and correction of capacity problems, previously unsuspected that can compromise the safety and efficacy of drug products. Validation is one of the important steps in achieving and maintaining the quality of the final product. If each step of production process is validated we can assure that the final product Is of the first-rate quality. Validation of the individual steps of the techniques is referred to as the process validation. Different dosage forms have distinctive validation protocols.

 Abstract

The diagnosis and management of breast cancer are undergoing a paradigm shift from a one-size-fits-all approach to an era of personalized medicine. Sophisticated diagnostics, including molecular imaging and genomic expression profiles, enable improved tumor characterization. These diagnostics, combined with newer surgical techniques and radiation therapies, result in a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to minimizing recurrence and reducing treatment-associated morbidity. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, including screening, staging, and multidisciplinary management.

 Abstract

This paper is highlighted To Comparative Study Of Obese And Non-Obese College Men In The Functional Capacity of Their Cardio-Pulmonary System. The cardio-pulmonary (C.P) index, which employs seven parameters, namely:- pulse rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, vital capacity, maximum expiratory pressure, maximum breath holding time and the age, provides invaluable information concurring endurance of heart and lungs, by estimating the functional capacity of cardio-vascular and pulmonary system with the availability of above C.P. index, an attempt has been made to find the functional capacity of cardio-pulmonary system in obese and non-obese (Lean and Average) college men to enable the physical education teachers to prepare appropriate programme for obese and non-obese students according to their need. The cardio-pulmonary index (adynamic) indicates the cardio-pulmonary efficiency of an individual in pre-exercise condition. It could be observed from the result that the lean and average groups did not differ significantly, where as lean and average groups were found significantly better than obese groups in their cardio-pulmonary efficiency.
