Academic Stress is a pervasive phenomenon experienced by students across educational settings, characterized by the pressures, demands, and challenges inherent in the pursuit of academic goals. This research paper explores the nuanced interplay between Academic Stress and coping strategies, shedding light on the mechanisms through which students navigate the rigours of academia while striving to maintain their well-being and academic performance. The study employed quantitative research where 130 students were chosen randomly from B.Tech and was screened by using The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and coping strategy scale by Holahan and Moos. The results indicated that the mean score for Academic Stress was 20.60 (SD = 129), and the mean score for coping strategies was 35.13 (SD = 129). There was a negative correlation between Academic Stress and Coping Strategies. The study also shows that females have higher Copying Strategies than males, the males tend to face higher Academic Stress even because of external factors The study relied on self-reported data, which can be susceptible to bias. The small sample size limits the generalizability of the findings

Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), a subset of AI that generates new content such as text, images, and audio, has recently made significant advances, with key developments including Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) -3/4, Large Language Model Meta AI (LLaMA), and Pathways Language Mode. These models, trained on large datasets to detect patterns and context inside language, have proven beneficial for difficult jobs for humans, providing efficiency, accuracy, and uniqueness. This research project uses OpenAI's GPT model to provide personalised applications like as document summarization, question answering, and numerical data analysis. Users may submit documents in a variety of formats and obtain a summary, as well as ask questions to extract responses. This function has several uses, ranging from students summarising educational materials to attorneys summarising court data. Users may also run data analysis procedures on CSV files containing numerical data, which is important for summarising financial information. As technology advances, the potential applications of generative AI models grow, influencing industries such as entertainment and healthcare. These models' versatility makes them useful tools for problem solvers in a variety of sectors. The fast development of huge language models and generative AI in recent years has been astonishing, with OpenAI's release of ChatGPT in 2022 pushing these technologies to the forefront. This paper studies the characteristics and applications of big language models, generative AI, and the features of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). A software programme capable of interactive conversations in the context of specific papers is developed and tested, resulting in an application that is equivalent to commercial solutions. This programme can summarise large papers into simple, succinct English and provide accurate answers to proposed queries. Future optimisation efforts can concentrate on reducing reaction time and comparing the utilisation of various language models.

Holistic Assessment demonstrates one of the many reasons a value-based education is worth considering. It orients students to become lifelong learners. It emphasizes the focus on deeper learning instead of simply imparting concrete knowledge and textbook material. Holistic Assessment recognizes that educating a child goes beyond academics by promoting the growth of all areas of human development, including intellectual, emotional, social, and moral arenas. The future ji of students are shaped primarily by teachers through the use of holistic assessments, learning, and other teaching methods. Reflection on one's actions and how they might affect the local and global community is a skill that is taught to students.

In today's interconnected world, effective communication is fundamental. For the deaf and mute community, communicating with those who don't understand sign language is challenging. To bridge this gap, we propose a web app translating sign language into spoken or written language and vice versa. Users capture gestures with a camera, and our system, powered by TensorFlow and advanced image processing, converts them into coherent text. Supporting various sign languages and spoken languages, it enables real-time two-way communication. This innovative solution fosters inclusivity by empowering meaningful interactions between the deaf and mute community and the general population, promoting understanding and integration..

Counterfeiting of products poses significant challenges across various industries, leading to economic losses, compromised consumer safety, and brand reputation damage. Traditional methods of product authentication often fall short in effectively combating this issue due to their limitations in traceability and transparency. In response, emerging technologies like blockchain offer a promising solution by providing a decentralized, immutable ledger for recording transactions securely. This paper proposes a novel approach for fake product identification utilizing blockchain technology. The proposed system employs blockchain to create a transparent and tamper-proof record of the product life cycle, from manufacturing to distribution and eventual sale. Each product is assigned a unique digital identity, recorded on the blockchain along with relevant information such as production details, supply chain journey, and authentication checkpoints. Smart contracts are utilized to automate verification processes, enabling seamless tracking and authentication at every stage of the product's journey. Furthermore, the system integrates various authentication mechanisms, such as QR codes, NFC tags, or RFID chips, to facilitate easy and secure verification by consumers and stakeholders. These physical identifiers are linked to the corresponding digital records on the blockchain, allowing instant validation of product authenticity using a smartphone or dedicated scanning device. In conclusion, the integration of blockchain technology for fake product identification represents a promising approach to address the growing threat of counterfeiting. By establishing a decentralized and transparent ecosystem, this solution offers a robust mechanism for ensuring product authenticity, thereby benefiting consumers, businesses, and society as a whole.

ABSTRACT Background: Asthma is a broad term used to refer a disorder of the respiratory system that leads to episodic difficulty in breathing. It leads to airway hyper responsiveness, obstruction, hyper production of mucus and remodeling of airway walls. Bronchial asthma is a recurrent but reversible obstruction of the airways. Asthma is a major cause of disability and health resource utilization, and reduces quality of life. This is partly caused by asthma exacerbations, which have a huge impact on patients and their families. Over the last 25 years, the increase in asthma prevalence is due to the changes in our environmental or lifestyle modification. Aim: To assess the prescribing pattern and medication adherence in asthmatic patients and evaluate their quality of life. Objectives: o To assess the prescribing pattern in asthmatic patients . o To investigate the medication adherence in asthmatic patients . o To evaluate the quality of life of selected population . Materials and Methods: The prospective observational study was carried out in 10 patients with asthma in Cosmopolitan Hospital, Trivandrum. The study was conducted after getting informed consent from the patient. Proforma was used for collecting the demographic details of the patient and patient counselling was given to them using PILs.The prescription pattern, medication adherence and quality of life of subjects was assessed. The details of the drugs prescribed were noted down. Medication adherencewas assessed using AAMQ [Adherence to Asthma Medication Questionnaire] and quality of life was assessed using AQLQ [ Asthma Quality of life questionnaire with standardized Activities]questionnaires both before and after counselling(follow up done after 2 weeks) and essential details were documented . Result: During the study 10 asthma patients were included for the study who satisfied the inclusion criteria. The prescription was analyzed and found that the mostly prescribed drugs were Leukotriene Antagonists, Corticosteroids, Methyl Xanthines and Beta-Agonists.The mostly given therapy is anti- asthmatic drug combinations rather than monotherapy. Out of 24 drugs prescribed 15 were prescribed with oral dosage form and rest via inhalational route. In the study we have seen a significant improvement in medication adherence and quality of life in patients after receiving proper counselling. Conclusion: It was concluded that the mostly prescribed anti-asthmatic drug is leukotriene antagonists and the patients diagnosed with asthma mostly received oral therapy than by inhalation. There is significant improvement in medication adherence and QOL after proper counselling given to the subjects.
