Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science which focuses on the use of data and algorithms to imitate the way that humans learn, gradually improving its accuracy. Customer segmentation is the process of dividing customers into groups based on common characteristics so companies can market to each group effectively and appropriately. In business-to-business marketing, a company might segment customers according to a wide range of factors. Creating a software application for customer segmentation for segmenting new customers into the right group for an automobile company, so the company can adopt the specific proven marketing strategy to each of them and be more successful in the business using classification algorithm.

Our country's main business is agriculture. The majority of people reside in rural regions and rely solely on agricultural products for their livelihood. The quality and yield of agricultural goods will decline in any plant that has the disease. Research and illness detection are therefore crucial. For disease to be successfully controlled and inhibited for practical cultivation and food preservation, genuine crop disease exposure and identification are essential. For farmers to succeed, early illness detection and diagnosis are essential.

In the days of the Internet, millions of users are using billions of websites in every fraction of seconds. The performance of each and every website depends upon some crucial factors. These factors are called web-metrics. It is crucial to evaluate them for better performance, security etc. These web-metrics consist of web-page load time, number of redirections, total number of pages, First Contentful Paint(FCP), Largest Contentful paint(LCP), Speed Index, DOM size, QLS etc. By evaluating these features we can understand how a website will perform during user usage. Also by evaluating them we can make necessary changes to improve the performance of the website. A huge amount of study is already going on by various researchers. In our paper we made a comparative study by using machine learning models like linear regression, SVM, Random Forest. Also we proposed a model by imposing an ensemble learning method with ML models which can predict the website's load time. Our model can also be able to give information about other web-metrics by evaluating this predicted web-page load time and the corresponding website URL. Our proposed model is directly trained by extracting web-metrics from the input URL. This hybrid model can be used by developers, Administrators to optimize and improve the performance of the corresponding website. Our proposed model is achieving a highly accurate(98%) predicted load time for websites and can successfully predict the other parameters of web-metrics. Also the proposed model is highly flexible to add or remove other web-metrics.

The use of robotics technology in counter-terrorism and military operations has become increasingly prominent in recent years. With the development of vehicle automation, sophisticated machines such as unmanned ground vehicles have emerged as efficient and effective tools to aid soldiers in the battlefield. This project proposes the design and implementation of a Combat Soldier Assistance Rover for missions such as border patrol, surveillance, and active combat. Equipped with an automatic weapon, landmine detector, and robotic arm, the rover can inspect suspicious objects and detect and track human movement using computer vision. The remote operator can control the rover wirelessly and receive live video feeds from the camera to assist in the mission. This system aims to reduce military casualties and increase operational efficiency with less human resources required.

Jyotsnika is a renowned monograph on visha Chikitsa (Management of Poisoning) authored by Sri. Narayananan. It is composed of 21 chapters with 1139 slokas (Verses) which deals elaborate insight to different aspects of Visha (Toxin) as well as its management. Even though written in Malayalam, the regional language of the state of Kerala, the monograph also uses Sanskrit vocabulary in many instances and only Sanskrit verses in certain occasions. With roots in Ayurvedic samhitas, this treatise also derives its knowledge from traditional Dravidian system of toxicology and couples both in such a beautiful manner there by becoming a unique creation on its own. The practical approach of the treatment coupled with the mantra Chikitsa (Treatment through invocations), makes this book a treasure trove for physicians as well as scholars in understanding the lineage of the traditional visha Chikitsa sampradaya in Kerala as well as improving the arsenal of medicaments for such cases. The Chapters or Adhikaras, cover almost all the practically encountered cases from identifying as well as treating the same. Hence, this is an attempt to inquire, scrutinize and acquaintance the pride of Keraleeya Visha Chikitsa to the Ayurvedic community and to the whole world.

Concrete is one of the most vital materials in construction industry. As the demand of concrete increases the Portland cement usage also increases due to the excess usage of cement, pollution also increases. To reduce the use of Portland cement in the concrete and utilization of industrial waste in the field of civil engineering. By introducing a new building material which significantly reduces the usage of Portland cement. On other hand the thermal power plants are consuming millions of tons of coal, in the process of power generation and as a result of that large quantities of fly ash is being produced which is a major problem. To overcome these two major problems i.e., to reducing the usage of OPC and proper utilization of fly ash, the concept proposed by Davidovits, is adopted to study new material called Geopolymer concrete

Abstract: Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a serious eye condition that is caused by a common complication of diabetes mellitus and one of the leading causes of blindness worldwide. Common risk factors include the duration of diabetes, poor glycemic control, high blood pressure, smoking, high cholesterol and kidney disease. Early detection is important as it reduces the risk of vision loss, improved quality of life and cost savings. The treatments available for DR are medical, surgical, or laser procedures depending on the severity of the case. Improving awareness of the disease, expanding access to care, and reducing cost barriers can help to increase early detection rates and improve outcomes for patients with DR.

The project's primary objective is to find coconut palm disease and coconut maturity, with the objective of improving the quality of the product yield. It is difficult for a farmer to manually monitor coconut palm disease and maturity, which can take an extended period of time. Coconut palm diseases include seeding disease, white fungal disease, and spotting disease. The proposed system aids in the identification of coconut palm disease and coconut maturity, as well as to provide remedies for the disease and determining coconut maturity, which is the project's primary objective. Currently, solutions are found through image-processing techniques involving the identification of coconut maturity stages. As a matter of fact, an improved convolutional neural network model for order to detect two important coconut maturity stages, mature and immature, is proposed. Because of the complexity of the environment and the similarity between coconuts and their backgrounds, ability to detect the maturation stages of coconuts for harvesting without human intervention presents a challenge. To solve the problem, CNN model with Densenet architecture was employed for Coconut palm disease prediction and Resnet architecture was put to use for coconut maturity analysis. The final output will be easily obtained by using these architectures.

This proposed system is about automated techniques and methods to detect fracture. X-ray images are studied manually, but it is time-consuming and flat to errors. As X-ray images are more susceptible to noise, we used many preprocessing steps to remove noise and blur from the image. Thus, the system is able to spot fractures more accurately. The system detects fractures based on the type of fracture. The image is cleaned of noise and transformed into a clearer image so that the system can easily detect fracture. We used image processing methodologies to track bones. All unwanted objects, as well as smaller objects, are removed by the system. Finally, based on the connected component, the system detects a fracture. The system displays a bounding box around the fracture. Based on types of fracture images, preprocessing steps, and what a fracture detection system involves. The proposed system is able to detect bone dislocation with an 80% success rate, major bone fractures with 60-70% accuracy, and minor fractures with 50-60% accuracy.

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women. Many studies on the diagnosis and detection of breast cancer have been conducted using various image processing and classification techniques. Despite this, the disease remains one of the deadliest. Having given birth to one out of every six women in her lifetime. Early detection of breast cancer tumours is the only way to cure it. The most efficient and simple way to diagnose breast cancer is to use CAD (Computer Aided Diagnosis) on mammographic images. Accurate discovery can significantly reduce the mortality rate caused by mamma cancer. Clusters of masses and microcalcifications are important early symptoms of breast cancer. They can aid in the early detection of breast cancer. This paper quantifies the image analysis methods used for tumour detection. These tumours are extracted from the mammogram ROI using FCM to classify the microcalcifications as harmless, ordinary, or dangerous. These images are compared further and run through CNN to gain a better understanding of the cancer pattern in the mammography image.
