 Abstract

The awareness of good lifestyle is increasing among people these days. People tend to follow various diets and exercises. But consulting a dietician is something that everyone cannot afford. Also, consulting a dietician could be time-consuming. This research proposes an expert system method to recommend a personalized diet plan. The system consists of a recommender module that uses machine algorithms to recommend personalized diet plans based on factors such as age, gender, height, weight, allergies, and personal preferences. It first calculates the BMI and the BMR, recommends a diet plan and if the user is not satisfied with the current diet plan, it generates an alternative diet plan.

 Abstract

This research paper studies the alienation caused by the culture of narcotics in the metropolitans of India, specifically Mumbai, through textual analysis and close reading of Jeet Thayil's Narcopolis. My research establishes a direct link between drug use and alienation. Alienation of man is also a result of repeated drug consumption as well as an alienated being consuming narcotics in the first place to understand life. The ready availability in metros as well as the culture of drugs also promoted consumption. Opium City by Amar Farooqui traces the history of Bombay through colonial times via opium trade. Thus, Bombay was built on narcotics trade and it is very natural for it to become a heavy consumer of the same. Thomas de Quincey's Confessions of an English Opium Eater started the culture of Addiction Literature in English. Samuel Taylor Coleridge, pioneer of the Romanticism in English Literature regularly used Opium as a prescription medicine but developed a regular need which influenced his finest works due to the dreams induced by the drug. Elizabeth Barrett Browning used laudanum for relieving pain but was hooked to it. Stephen King was addicted to alcohol and narcotics. The Beat Generation romanticized drug use for intellectual interest and enhancement of creativity. William S. Burroughs, primary figure of Beat Generation, wrote most of his work under the influence or from his experience as a heroin addict. Narcotics are used for helping spark creativity and exploring the untouched corners and crevices of the brain. They have always been a part of the world of writing either as a prescription or recreation. Amitav Ghosh's Ibis Trilogy gives a vivid account of opium plantations in India and the massive money it generated in world trade for the East India Company as well as traders across the world. The focus of this project is the influence of narcotics culture in the Indian setting primarily through Narcopolis by Jeet Thayil set in Bombay of the 70s and 80s and tripping on heroin. How Bombay became a hub for intoxication starting with the trade in opium from the times of the British and its present availability on every khokha in India for mere 1 rupee.

 Abstract

Image colorization is a captivating subject matter and has emerge as a place of studies with inside the latest years. In this task, we're going to colorize black and white images with the assist of Deep Learning techniques. We are constructing a Deep Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) so that it will study on over one million images. The output generated through the pre-skilled version is completely depending on the image it's been skilled from scratch with high-stage capabilities extracted without direct human assistance.

 Abstract

This study has been conducted to evaluate the e-governance activities through Akshays e- kendra. E-governance is an application of ICTs to transform the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of informational & transactional exchanges within government to government, government to citizen & government to businesses and to common citizens. AKSHAYA has been trying to make government services more accessible to villagers, which attempts to reduce the time and money people spend, trying to communicate with public officials and to provide immediate, transparent access to local government data and documentation.

 Abstract

Fire is one of the hazardous, unwanted and sometimes uncontrolled events. Urban fires generally occur because of short-circuits in electrical devices, leakage on LPG gas cylinder ducts, or due to human ignorance itself. But at present, the system that is generally used in the community is a smoke sensor that is affixed to the ceiling of the room to detect a fireplace. Apart from the matter of early fire detection, present fire alarm systems are inefficient in terms of the false triggering of the alarm systems. Traditional Fire detection methods that is. Sensor-based and Color Based Flame detection have high false rate and low accuracy. Real-time Fire detection using Convolution Neural Network will overcome many problems in traditional fire identification. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is an algorithm which classifies images with a high degree of accuracy and good performance. The proposed system will be using the Convolution Neural Network, YOLO v3 (You Only Look Once Version 3) algorithm, OpenCv, Keras deep learning library.

 Abstract

Depending on various factors of the economy, different pricing mechanisms have been developed at different point of time. These mechanisms have affected all the stakeholders of this industry starting from the upstream oil companies involved in extraction of the crude oil to the consumers of the major petroleum products. The objective of this chapter is to make a comprehensive analysis of how did the different petroleum pricing implemented during post Administered Pricing Mechanism (APM) period affect Government of India.

 Abstract

Heavy metal contamination in fresh water bodies is of great concern due to their toxicity, perseverance and bioaccumulation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate behavioural responses induced by Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg) and its Synergistic effect (Pb+Hg) in the ornamental fish Carassuis auratus. Fishes were exposed to 1/10th of LC50 concentrations for 7,14,21 and 45 days along with a recovery set. The major behavioural responses observed in fish after exposure were restlessness, jumping, erratic swimming, gulping of air at the surface, loss of equilibrium, sluggishness, altered opercular movements and frequent surfacing were observed. After a longer period of exposure, the fish became sluggish and occasionally became motionless and sometimes swam vertically. Mercury was found to be more toxic compared to Lead and Synergistic regimens.

Internet is the 8th wonder on this earth, and through internet the banking becomes easy and smooth. The banking through the internet called E-Banking. This paper comes with the comparative study of NEFT service of two enormous private sector banks i.e., ICICI and HDFC bank. The study is mainly based on the e-service provided by these banks and secondary data of five consecutive financial years have been collected through the government websites and had been examined and analyzed. The study is based on the bank wise performance of abovementioned private sector banks which was analyzed on the performance of NEFT total outward 1 Rahul Pandagre is Research Scholar, Department of Commerce, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (Madhya Pradesh) India. 2 Dr. D.  Abstract

Abstract:- Every organisation whether public or private, profit oriented or not, regardless of size or nature of business, requires a sufficient amount of working capital. Working capital management is one of the most important functions of corporate management.it is the most the most important factor in ensuring the survival, liquidity, solvency, and profitability of any business organisation. A company requires sufficient finance to purchase raw materials and pay day to day operational expenses and the funds used to meet these expenses are referred to collectively as working capital. Considering the importance of working capital management as an indistinctive area of corporate finance function in mind an attempt has been made to examine the working capital tends and practise specificity in the FMCG sectors in India by selection five top listed FMCG companies from Indian Stock exchange. This industry is primarily concerned with the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of consumer packaged goods, or products that are consumed on a regular basis. The study is based on secondary data, specifically the Annual Reports of the chosen companies. The study period is five years, and the traditional method of data analysis and ratio analysis as tools of financial statement analysis have been used to examine the degree of efficiency of working capital management and trend analysis.

 Abstract

The Mobile phone today is the lifeline for many people. It is estimated that around 4.5 billion people use. The rapid growth of mobile technology will push educational institutions to adopt mobile learning (m-learning).
