Inheritance, also known as progression or devolution of Property, is dependent on the successor upon the death of the proprietor or the head of the family. The term legacy also refers to the actual Property. In today's culture, the interaction is directed in detail by the legal strategies of rules and guidelines. Inheritance can be viewed as property possession, which can also be seen as insubstantial and immaterial things that constitute property rights from a legal standpoint. Thus, property freedoms can be defined as specific cases in which it is more right than wrong to move, discard, or avoid others from inheritance or freedom. The general rule is that each Indian is eligible for comparable offers on acquiring Property upon the death of an individual. The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, establishes the law governing intestate Inheritance among Hindus. The Act changed the Hindu Law of Succession and granted previously unknown freedoms, such as women's Property. This paper will also investigate the relevance, the fundamental terms and definitions, and the guidelines for progression on behalf of men and women. Even though different social orders treat Legacy differently, zealous Property is frequently treated as a legacy. We will detail the Legacy in the illumination of the Hindu Succession Act

Workplace environment plays a major role in the mental satisfaction of the employees. Having a safe working environment is their legal right, and includes both physical and mental safety. Workplace harassment can occur when one party at the workplace demonstrates behavior that causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress to another party. Under Vishaka Guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in 1997 sexual harassment at workplace include unwelcome sexually determined behavior like physical contact and advances, a demand or request for sexual favors, sexually colored remarks, showing pornography and any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature. (http://www.curaj.ac.in/sites/default/files/Vishaka-Guidelines%20CCSH%20GOI%20 Instructions _1.pdf). The study was focused on understanding the perception of men and women with respect to workplace harassment in India. The data was collected through structured questionnaire and was statistically analyzed using appropriate statistical tools. The results showcases that almost 55.9% of lawyers and policemen agree that India is unsafe in certain circumstances for women. 26.5% of them believe that the laws against harassment are not fully practiced. They also suggest that there should be more concrete laws with respect to harassment at workplace. Workplace harassment was perceived in a very different way by the respondents. Majority of the people believe that the main cause of harassment is lack of fear of the law. More than half of the respondents were unaware about Vishakha guidelines and strongly agreed that Mumbai is safer than any other city in India for women.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made great developments in recent years, and its potential is expanding. Natural Language Processing is one of AI's applications (NLP). Voice assistants employ cloud computing to combine AI and can converse with users in natural language [6]. Voice assistants are simple to use. Smart speakers are the most ubiquitous gadgets with voice assistants. They've only recently begun to be used in schools and institutions. The goal of this study is to investigate how voice assistants and smart speakers are utilized in everyday life and whether there is a link between them and mental peace. They have the potential to be used for educational purposes

Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world and India plays a major role in production and export of coffee. During coffee processing, coffee beans that are used for making fine coffee powder is removed from the entire coffee fruit eliminating some parts including husk, cherry, silver skin. Among those by products that are eliminated during the process, coffee cherries are major unutilized part. Waste management is one of the key factors in sustainable processing of food products to reduce environment pollution and also to use them effectively in other products. Considering these factors, the products made from coffee cherries include fertilizer, powder, beverage made from coffee berry skin etc. However, owing to the high nutritional content of edible coffee cherry such as polyphenols, antioxidant properties, it can be a good energy source when added to our diet. So, these can be wisely used in many processed foods to increase its overall nutritive value.

Background. Alpha-tocopherol (?-T) is known to be the main bioactive form of vitamin E founded in plasma and tissues. A prior plasma dosage of both vitamin E and vitamin C is required before and during chemotherapy and radiotherapy, in order not to potentiate (when taking VE) a potential imbalance of the pro-oxidant/anti-oxidant balance at the origin of the appearance of metastasis and recurrence of cancer. The aim of this study was to analyse the variations in plasma alpha tocopherol and vitamin C levels in subjects diagnosed with breast or prostate cancer before any treatment. Methods. 30 samples were taken, 15 of which were subjects diagnosed with breast or prostate cancer and 15 healthy subjects as controls. Plasma assay was performed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results. Vitamin E varies in inverse proportion to the amount of vitamin C. An increase in one leads to a decrease in the other. Conclusion. The analyses showed that the plasma level of alpha tocopherol varies inversely with that of vitamin C. Hence the interest to take into account the vitamin status of these two micronutrients beforehand and to combine them during a supplementation. In order to avoid possible negative effects of this vitamin therapy.

A good financial accounting system is the most important requirement to operate a business effectively. When a new accounting standard adopt by a country for its own domestic companies for reporting their financial statement, it may be impact on the quantitative as well as qualitative attributes of financial statements. Every country stipulates a method for companies to report financial data based on rules called accounting standards. India has so far followed Indian Generally Acceptable Accounting Principle (IGAAP). But, on 16th February 2015, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs notified a set of rules called Companies ( Indian Accounting Standards) Rules 2015 w.e.f. 1st April 2015 introducing the Ind AS as a step towards convergence with IFRS for removal of difficulties and for ease of adoptability. This paper deals to know the impact of IND AS on various sectors.

Multilevel inverter is usually utilized in high voltage and high-power applications because of their lower filtering requirement smaller dv/dt changes medium voltage. But, as the output voltage level increase, the number of using the semiconductor device is increased. The demerit of conventional MLIs is that it requires a greater number of components which in turn increase the complexity of gate pulse generation. Therefore, the cost of MLI will increase. Conventional MLI topologies are classified into DCMLI (Diode Clamped Multilevel Inverter), Flying Capacitor, Cascaded h-bridge MLI (CHBMLI). In this paper we have used hybrid cascaded h-bridge MLI. It has more advantages over other topologies. It is proposed with a minimum number of switching devices like diodes, dc source etc. cost and space required is considerably reduced with increase in no of steps in output voltage. This paper includes the design and simulation of hybrid Cascaded h-bridge multi-level inverter using POD SPWM technique with R and RL load as shown in the paper

A sustainable building is designed to reduce its energy footprint and carbon emission. The thermal performance, solar access and ventilation of a building not only depend upon the ecological microclimate of the building but also on the behaviour of immediate site surrounding conditions. There are different parameters of sustainable performance which are affected by the boundary condition differently. This study tries to establish the need to study the immediate site surrounding in detail before starting the designing process and not just rely on climatic/microclimatic data of the site. Since the site surrounding conditions cannot be controlled, the building should be designed keeping in mind possible variations around the site and their ultimate effect on building performance. In this study, the performance parameters of the building will be evaluated concerning the boundary condition with the help of a literature study and CFD simulation of the case study. This study also reviews the existing methods and techniques to predict thermal behaviour, solar access and wind movement on a site neighbourhood-scale which will be helpful for calculating the performance parameters of the building.

ABSTRACT The importance of transportation for the prosperity of any country cannot be overem-phasized.Transportation needs commensurate with infrastructural development demand shortest routes to cover distances. Bridge structures are the only solutions for such problems.Bridges are essential and vital elements of any road network. Now a days various Bridge construction works are going on all around the world as well as in our state. The vast majority of these bridges are of small or medium spans, where the slab or the beam and slab type of superstructure are the most suitable and preferred solution. It is observed that, In this slab type of bridges mostly 3 no.of Elastomeric bearings are provided to transfer the load from superstructure to sub structure. This only 3 no.of bearings transferring the whole load to substructure and foundation attracted my attention. So I decided to work on the Elastomeric bearings, the no .of bearings provided and its effects on the other structure of the project. Bearings are structural equipment or devices installed between bridge substructure and superstructure to transfer the applied load including earthquake loads; wind loads; traffic loads; and superstructure self-weight. Elastomeric bearings consists of elastomer manufactured from synthetic or natural rubber and can take both translation and rotation movements through elastomer deformation. The ability of elastomer to carry large vertical loads is because of reinforcement. In this project we consider Solid slab type of bridge superstructure of 10m to 15 m span length with open foundation. For each span length of superstructures we designed particular Elastomeric Bearings. For analysis firstly we provide 3 number of bearings and observed its effect on substructure and foundation by designing the substructure. After that we increased the number of bearings and provided 4 number of bearings .Observed the effect on substructure and foundation and found that the pier cap effects the most. We compared both the observations and concluded the result.

We report the observation of a 46-year-old man admitted to the emergency room for a sudden bilateral decrease in visual acuity limited to light perception with an ophthalmological examination and in particular of the normal fundus. Visual evoked potentials showed a lengthening of latencies, consistent with bilateral retrobulbar optic neuritis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed spinal cord and periventricular signal abnormalities in favor of Devic's neuromyelitis optica. The patient received a bolus of methylprednisolone for 5 days, followed by immunosuppressive treatment: antiCD20. The evolution was favorable with correction of visual acuity in both eyes

A subframe is a part of a car's structure, which uses a different frame, which varies within a larger body frame or body body to carry certain parts, such as an engine, steering train and / or suspension. The subframe is bolted and even welded to form a single assembly, attached to a car frame or cabinet structure. The main objectives of using the subframe, are to distribute the upper chassis loads over a wide area of the thin metal sheet of the body shell, and to distinguish vibrations and sharpness throughout the body. The weighted subframe design has many split benefits. As, it carries the engine load, suspension and steering parts of the car, it should be designed to be lightweight, but without interfering with power.
