 Abstract

This article is an attempt to analyze the cause and effects of trauma and the victim’s recuperation from trauma through a study of David Davidar’s The Solitude of Emperors. The various incidents in the novel are realistic examples of trauma. This article isolates the various traumatic events in the novel that lead to trauma and examines the effect of trauma on the individual and the possible modes of recuperation by analyzing the struggles of the narrator through an application of trauma theory. The entire novel is a meta-narrative of the narrator’s attempt to recuperate from various traumatic events.

 Abstract

The purpose of making a video conferencing application is to provide better understanding of the views and ideas between two and more people. Long distance communication with audio and video is very easy for understanding the views and ideas. This video conferencing application will provide all the necessary features which are required to have better communication and exchange of ideas like screen recording, sharing a YouTube video, unlimited private room, inviting some third person, live chat room, mute audio and disable video all features are provided only in one application. Users can simply log in or Users can create an account on this application and get started with video calling and conferencing. In this application users will get a private meeting password for each time. This application can only accessed through android smartphones not for ios and any other devices. The required hardware and software are available and easy to work with. This Application can used During this time of social isolation and remote learning, these video conferencing applications are lifesavers. Many companies, schools and colleges make use of this application for meetings, work from home, teaching sharing documents like taking online sessions etc to maintain a connection with their students and guide their learning from a distance. The aim for this video conferencing application is to provide a user friendly platform where users can communicate with each other and have better communication and also schools and colleges can guide their students from a long distance.

 Abstract

Torque ripples in BLDC motor can be eliminated to a great extend by implementing sinusoidal commutation.The paper presents a Low-cost Sinusoidal Commutation drive for BLDC motor actuator for 3rd stage of the PSLV. The method implemented as part of paper uses Linear Hall Sensors to sense the magnetic field intensity and thereby use this information to generate the gating signals .The technique of implementation proposed in [1] is used to drive the BLDC motor in this paper. This method has the advantage of being simple and implementation flexibility . Also the use of Linear Hall Sensors in driving sinusoidally commutated BLDC motors is proposed in [2] . This work uses the information from the Linear Hall Sensors to get the information about the rotor position in conjugation with proposed technique in [2] to drive the sinusoidally commutated BLDC motor actuator system . The simulation of mentioned work is realized in MATLAB SIMULINK .The implementation of proposed method is done using analog control circuits.

 Abstract

It is not that easy to comprehend Mahatma Gandhi, especially if it is about his economics. The main reason for this is that Gandhi reached his conclusions because of his moral understanding of the world, not because of his understanding of development, investment, demand or supply. This is the reason why it is not possible to put his ideas of economics into left-right-middle-class or communist-socialist-capitalist ideologies. The term 'Gandhian Economics' was first introduced by his famous follower J.C. Kumarappa. Gandhi believed in Swadeshi, in rural self-sufficiency, in cottage and small industries rather than large industries, and in the use of labour rather than machines in production. Tying Gandhi's thoughts into words is a challenging task in itself. Words can be lacking to understand the simplicity and depth of Mahatma Gandhi's ideas. Mahatma Gandhi was undoubtedly a great thinker. World-renowned scientist Albert Einstein holds the view that- "We are very lucky and we should be thankful that God has given us such a bright contemporary man - he will serve as a lighthouse for future generations".

 Abstract

Twenty first century era and the 2020 pandemic situation where everything is digitized and depends on the internet where every resource or every file/document is digital and online. To make a paper document into a soft document was done by printers and scanners in the early days. In the current generation, the Mobile phone and its camera can be used to convert papers into digital documents. Sharing of files from one system to another is also a crucial task in the current generation through wireless means. There are different ways to share the file wirelessly such as Bluetooth and wifi/WLAN. The Proposed system/technique focuses on converting the hard copies of the document to make a scanned copy and to save the file in Pdf format as well as the system will also be used to share the files from one system to another which makes the application a unique android project. The document scanning system is based on canny edge detection algorithm. and the file-sharing system will be based on wifi direct where the server-client connection is created thus providing a required connection for further process. Despite the exclusion of a few extra features which are given by other scanning systems this project will mainly focus on the proper creation of the document and an uninterrupted secured transferring of files between two systems. There might be some limitations such as the speed of the transfer action. The overall project is proposed in the android environment.

 Abstract

In any judicial proceeding, the case may be proved either by oral evidence or by documentary evidence. Oral evidence means the statement of the witness and documentary evidence means the document produced for the inspection of the court in support of the claim. The rule of best evidence enshrined in the provision of the law of evidence is that the evidence must be of the witness who says that he has full and complete knowledge of the fact is issue. This provision is enshrined under section 60 of the act. This section precludes the admission of evidences which are not directly related to the fact in issue. The evidence act also provides that hearsay evidence shall not be admitted however section 6 is an exception to the rule of hearsay. Section 6 provides that the facts which are not in issue may be relevant if they are the part of same transaction. The rule of same transaction is provided under English term res gestae. The facts which are to be proved must be different from the fact in issue but necessary for proving the fact in issue. In any proceedings all the evidences are not admissible. Only those facts are admissible which are connected to the facts in issue and relevant fact. Admissibility is different from the relevancy. All admissible facts are relevant but all relevant facts are not admissible. In the doctrine of res gestae, the facts which are directly connected to the facts in issue by establishing a chain of circumstances are admissible as evidence only.
