Since the beginning of recorded history, silver has been used to heal burns, ulcers, and various bacterial diseases in the way that involves metallic silver, silver nitrate, and silver sulfadiazine. However, utilization of these silver compounds has dramatically decreased as a result of the development of several medicines. In the present work, an effortless green synthesis approach for the production of stable silver nanoparticles using the halophyte plant Nyctanthes arbor-tristis and Terminalia chebula as the reducing/stabilizing agent was reported. The obtained silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were further characterized through UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscope (SEM), and Transmission electron microscope (TEM). Using UV-vis spectrophotometer the stability and also the formation of the Ag Np was tracked. Based on the growth kinetics of gram (+) Bacillus, gram (-) E Coli, and also Aspergillus niger. NPs from both the plants showed good antimicrobial activity with T. chebula showing the best result. None of the NPs from either of the plants showed antifungal activity. T. chebula-AgNP also showed good antioxidant activity compared to Nyc-AgNPs. In our study, we also found the NPs from both plants showing good photo-catalytic degradation of malachite green than methylene blue dye, with Nyc-AgNP showing the best result.

Mandibular fractures are the most common among facial skeleton fractures. The causes of mandibular fractures include falls, interpersonal violence, motor vehicle accidents, pathology and iatrogenic during to other removal. Assaults are the most common cause of isolated mandible fracture. The available treatment strategies for mandibular sub condylar fracture are open or closed reduction with maxillomandibular fixation (MMF), conservative treatment that includes observation, analgesics, anti-inflammatory, soft diet and early physical therapy exercise. Closed reduction of mandibular fracture with MMF can adversely affect bone, muscle, synovial joint and periarticular connective tissues. The changes in muscle of mastication system have been documented following immobilization of mandible. The Cortical and trabecular thinning, vascular distention and increased osteoclastic activity have been described following joint immobilization. Clinical bone union in adults occurs within 4to 6 weeks. But unwanted complications after close or open reduction with MMF in fracture mandible includes bony deformities, trigeminal nerve injury, facial nerve injury, TMJ ankylosis or decrease mouth opening, changes in musculature including muscle atrophy, change in length and function with dental occlusion affection or temporomandibular joint disorder. Post fractur early Physical therapy rehabilitation is essential for achieving good outcomes that include restoration of pre occlusion, restoration of mouth opening, pain free mouth opening, full range of mandibular excursion, restoration of facial and mandibular symmetry. Condylar fractures lead to violation of articular space, inflammation and hemarthrosis which increases fibrous matrix formation and reduces mandibular movements. Adhesion of the coronoid process and hypertrophy around it, or fibrosis of the temporalis muscle, can be considered as other causes of pseudo ankylosis. The true ankylosis which results from fibrous adhesions or bony fusion is also commonly caused by trauma. The mandibular movement limitations itself may lead to a change in the synovial membrane and reduction in joint lubrication. The muscle weakness and fibrosis may lead to further jaw movement limitation and increased pain.

The composite material is composed of discrete reinforcement distributed in a continuous phase of matrix. In copper matrix composite (CMC) one constitutent is copper which forms network i.e. matrix phase and other constituents serve as reinforcements which are generally ceramic or non metallic hard material. Composite materials play a vital role at the present modern industrial sectors. The centre of our research emphasize the production of metal-matrix composites using the stir-casting fabrication method and preparing samples of varying percentage reinforcements (5%, 10% and 15% by mass) of Silicon Carbide and Aluminium Oxide with Copper. The major drawbacks of copper based composites are reduced conductivity and poor machinability . To overcome this, soft phase such as graphite as a additional reinforcement was used. Graphite improves the machinability of the composites and also possess excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, thereby improving the conducting capability of copper composites. These samples were tested under the hardness test ,tensile test, optical microscopy were conducted. The basic reason of metals reinforced with hard ceramic particles or fibers are improved properties than its original material in terms of strength, stiffness , hardness , electrical conductivity.
