Background: Dismissal of Village Officials causes quite a few problems, because the village head makes unilateral dismissal decisions and ignores various statutory provisions. Research Objectives: The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the legality of the village head's actions in dismissing village officials, and the legal consequences of the village head's actions in dismissing Village Officials who do not have legality. Research Method: The research method in this writing is normative legal research. The approaches used in this research are the statutory regulatory approach, conceptual approach, and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Techniques for collecting legal materials through literature study and analysis of legal materials are qualitative. Research Results: The act of dismissing village officials is within the authority of the village head, however, when the village head is going to dismiss village officials, the village head is obliged to consult with the sub-district head, the sub-district head will carry out a review to provide recommendations to the village head to dismiss or not dismiss village officials. Without consulting with the sub-district head as stipulated in the provisions of the statutory regulations, the village head's action in dismissing village officials has no legality, because it does not comply with the procedures and substance stipulated in the provisions of the statutory regulations. The legal consequences of the village head's action in dismissing village officials that do not have legality are void, so they are not binding from the time the decision in question is made, and do not require cancellation from the official who issued or the superior of the official who issued the decision in question, or a court decision to cancel the decision in question. However, the decision in question is void from the moment it is made and does not have binding legal force.

Abstract---- Ensemble literacy system is a cooperative decision- making medium that implements to total the prognostications of learned classifiers in order to produce new cases. Beforehand analysis has shown that the ensemble classifiers are more dependable than any single part classifier, both empirically and logically. While several ensemble styles are presented, it's still not an easy task to find an applicable configuration for a particular dataset. It becomes a grueling problem to identify the dynamic nature of crimes. Crime vaticination is an attempt to reduce crime rate and discourage felonious conditioning. This work proposes an effective authentic system called assemble- mounding grounded crime vaticination system( SBCPM) grounded on algorithms for relating the applicable prognostications of crime by enforcing literacy- grounded styles applied to achieve sphere-specific configurations compared with another machine literacy model. The result implies that a model of a pantomime doesn't generally work well. In certain cases, the ensemble model outperforms the others with the loftiest measure of correlation, which has the smallest average and absolute crimes. The proposed system achieved bracket delicacy on the testing data. The model is set up to produce further prophetic effect than the former inquiries taken as nascences, fastening solely on crime dataset grounded on violence. The results also proved that any empirical data on crime, is compatible with criminological propositions. The proposed approach also set up to be useful for prognosticating possible crime prognostications. And suggest that the vaticination delicacy of the ensemble model is advanced than that of the individual classifier

Many scholars today are deeply interested in the concept of statistical convergence, primarily because it is stronger than regular convergence. A key concept in the convergence of positive linear operator sequences is the Korovkin-type approximation theorem. Additionally, this class of approximation theorems has been expanded to general sequence spaces using other statistical summability techniques. In this proposed research, we have proved a fuzzy Korovkin-type approximation theorem by introducing a new statistical Euler product summability mean for sequences of fuzzy integers. Additionally, under our suggested summability mean, we have proved another conclusion for the fuzzy rate of convergence, which is uniform in fuzzy Korovkin-type approximation theorem.

Delving into the captivating realm of Gothic literature, this abstract explores the dark and mysterious allure of a genre that has captivated readers for centuries. The hauntingly beautiful world of Gothic fiction is characterized by its atmospheric settings, supernatural elements, and exploration of the human psyche. As we traverse through the shadows of castles, catacombs, and ancient manors, we uncover themes of isolation, fear, and the struggle between good and evil. The Haunting Melodies of the Graveyard's Whispers in the realm of Gothic fiction, the graveyard serves as a symbolic backdrop, evoking a sense of eeriness, melancholy, and the inevitable march of time. This dark literary genre delves into the complexities of human emotions, often exploring themes of death, guilt, and the supernatural. The use of graveyards in Gothic narratives amplifies these themes, as the setting embodies the transient nature of life and and the inescapable reality of mortality. Through the exploration of the graveyard's haunting melodies, Gothic fiction illuminates the psychological impact of confronting one's own morality and the mysteries that lie beyond the veil of death. The abstract aims to shed light on the enduring influence of Gothic fiction, its profound impact on both literature and popular culture, and the timeless appeal it holds for generations of readers.

Brain signal- grounded emotion discovery holds significant pledge in revolutionizing. the opinion and operation of colorful medical conditions .(Greene et al., 2016) Traditional styles of emotion identification, similar as facial expressions, may encounter challenges with limited triggers, emotional disguises, or conditions like alexithymia.(Haak et al., 2009) This study explores the eventuality of exercising electroencephalogram( EEG) data to crack emotional countries by assaying constant brainwaves, furnishing perceptivity into feelings that individualities might struggle to articulate verbally.(Baceviciute et al., 2022) The exploration focuses on assaying time data from EEG detector channels and conducting relative assessments of colorful machine literacy ways. The study evaluates machine literacy algorithms, including Support Vector Machine( SVM), K- nearest Neighbor, Linear Discriminant Analysis, Logistic Regression, and Decision Trees. Both with and without top element analysis( PCA) for dimensionality reduction, these ways are tested.(Hagemann & Naumann, 2001) To optimize the models, grid hunt and hyperactive- parameter tuning are enforced, using a Spark cluster to reduce prosecution time. The DEAP Dataset, a multimodal dataset designed for probing mortal affective countries, is employed for this disquisition.(Nunez et al., 2016) Using party- assigned markers for 40 1- nanosecond musical extracts, prognostications are generated grounded on emotional attributes similar as thrill, valence, likability, dominance, and familiarity.(Porbadnigk et al., 2011) The study focuses on training double class classifiers for each of the four emotional classes using time- segmented, 15-alternate intervals of time data. specially, the segmentation performance is maximized using PCA in confluence with SVM, achieving an F1- score of84.73 and a recall rate of98.01 in the 30th to 45th segmentation interval.

This work deals with the implementation of Simple Algorithm for detection of range and shape of tumor in brain MR images and identifies stage of tumor from the given area of tumor. Tumor is an uncontrolled growth of tissues in any part of the body. Tumors are of different types and they have different Characteristics and different treatment. As it is known, brain tumor is inherently serious and life- threatening because of its character in the limited space of the intracranial cavity (space formed inside the skull). Most Research in developed countries show that the number of people who have brain tumors were died due to the fact of inaccurate detection. Generally, CT scan or MRI that is directed into intracranial cavity produces a complete image of brain. After researching a lot statistical analysis which is based on those people whose are affected in brain tumor some general Risk factors and Symptoms have been discovered. The development of technology in science day night tries to develop new methods of treatment. This image is visually examined by the physician for detection & diagnosis of brain tumor. However this method accurate determines the accurate of stage & size of tumor and identifies stage of tumor from the area of tumor. This work uses segmentation of brain tumor based on the k-means algorithms. This method allows the segmentation of tumor tissue with accuracy and reproducibility comparable to manual segmentation. In addition, it also reduces the time for analysis and identifies stage of tumor from the given area of tumor. Finally implement a system using java to identify stage of tumor which is easier, cost reducible and time savable.
