Hypertension and heart attack is the leading risk factor of cardiovascular disease and has profound effects on both the structure and function of the microvasculature. Abnormalities of the retinal vasculature may reflect the degree of microvascular damage due to hypertension and heart attack, and these changes can be detected with fundus photographs. This project aimed to use deep learning and AI technique that can detect subclinical features appearing below the threshold of a human observer to explore the effect of hypertension and heart attack on morphological features of retinal microvasculature. retinal photographs are collected from data science domain with a diagnosis of hypertension and heart attack. By method of vessel segmentation, we removed interference information other than retinal vasculature and contained only morphological information about blood vessels. Using these segmented images, we trained a small convolutional neural networks (CNN) classification model and used a deep learning technique to generate heat maps for the class "hypertension" and "Heart attack". The main features are red patchy areas were mainly distributed on or around arterial/venous bifurcations. This indicated that the model has identified these regions as being the most important for predicting hypertension and little similar for heart attack.

Background The term Spinal Stenosis is defined as the 'narrowing of the Spinal canal with Encroachment on the neural structures by surrounding bone and soft tissue. Number of treatment approaches is effective in LSS. An intervention physiotherapy protocol has been employed in this case. Case Description A 20-year-old male presenting with a complaint of pain in the lower back region which was radiating to both lower limbs. he also had difficulty to perform household work like bending, sitting and standing. DIAGNOSIS TREATMENT PROTOCOL physiotherapy management with phases wise gave to the patient from day 1 to day 28. CONCLUSION Lumbar spinal stenosis is a crucial cause of painful and immobilizing radiculitis that has been treated habitually with the rising population, although spinal imaging inspections are available. Herein, we documented the case of a 20-year-old male with Lumbar spinal stenosis along with hypertension and hypothyroidism. There for in LSS the pt management in phases is wise is effective in pain relief and in mobility it is highly recommended for the patients with LSS to go through initial proper medication than to be undergoing surgical treatment.

Raja Ravi Varma has been one of the brightest stars among the painters of renaissance epoch of modern Indian history. He brought Indian painting to the attention of the larger world and he is considered as modern among traditionalists and a rationalist among moderns. No artist seems to have commanded such reputation among his people during his life time. He proved a vital link between the traditional Indian art and the contemporary between the Thanjavur school and western academic realism . Without any formal training he blossomed to national fame and won praise from the connoisseurs of art the world over and brought Indian Painting to the attention of the larger world.

Culture, tradition and moral practices are an integral part of human society. People will adopt different cultures in diverse nations. India also has an ancient culture, and its citizens have adapted to it. The earliest culture that humanity have ever practiced is thought to be that of India. Since India "defined the culture to the world," the entire world will revere Indian culture. But the in proportionate power differences and the rapid use of mass media tools have resulted in diffusion of culture within the nations. The paper tries to associate some theories of mass media and contemporary world and connect with the phenomenon of culturally inclination. The paper finds suitable of some theories which relates to this phenomenon.

The demand of electric power is increasing day to day. Different type of power generation methods is existing in our society. This project proposed an effective power generation technique. In the proposed work, the power generated by footstep are converted to electrical energy through piezoelectric sensor. When a person walks, he loss energy to the floor and that mechanical energy will convert into the electrical energy by the help of the piezoelectric sensor. This paper also proposes the transfer of generated power without wire. WPT (Wireless Power Transmission) is one of the fields that has received good attention in the past decades. The basic principle of the WPT is the electromagnetic induction. WPT is an extremely useful technology that has numerous applications and benefits. Cell phones, laptops and other mobile devices can be functioned without ever having to be plugged in wireless power even has high potential to solve much of the renewable energy issues.

Challenges Faced by Nurses in India and Proposed Solution Nurses represent the largest group of healthcare professionals, having the greatest exposure to systems and functioning. Nurses play the most important functions in providing care in different clinical settings. Nurses and midwives make up nearly 50% of the health task force globally. Nurses play a variety of roles ranging from care providers and educators to leaders, researchers, managers, and advocates. They take care of the patients' needs across the continuum of preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative arenas. Nurses' role is not limited to conventional practice alone; they also work as nurse informaticists, entrepreneurs, nurse practitioners, and navigator nurses. There are certain challenges that nurses face at the departmental or organizational level that need to be identified and rectified to strive to establish a better task force for higher quality care for all.

Ecopreneurship focuses on environmental aspects and aims to create a profitable business. It may not necessarily address social issues. Ecopreneurship is a multidimensional concept incorporating entrepreneurial, environmental, social, and profit-driven dimensions. It involves the development of sustainable business practices while addressing societal concerns related to the environment and social welfare. Ecopreneurs strive to balance economic growth with ecological conservation by adopting innovative resource utilization and waste reduction strategies. Ecopreneurs contribute significantly to creating a greener economy that prioritizes sustainability over short-term gains through their initiatives. Educating students about ecopreneurship can foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility in young minds, encouraging them to address the current environmental challenges. We aim to determine ecopreneurship for students. The PRISMA guidelines comprehensively reviewed the literature to synthesize insights about the topic. The primary objective of this systematic literature review was knowledge consolidation. To illustrate the link between major categories and their corresponding trends, the authors used VOSviewer scientific software. Recommendations for future research endeavors are proposed.

Reduction of air contamination in ICU/LABS and Nursery environment with an air purification system will provide the automatic air quality detection and air purification process. For this we are using NodeMCUesp8266 microcontroller which is basically an advance virtual RISC (AVR) microcontroller. These features consists of advanced RISC architecture, good performance, low power consumption, real time counter etc., NodeMCUesp8266 makes as Input from MQ2 sensor and MQ135 sensor and it's output is given to a exhaust fan. MQ2 is one of the most commonly used gas sensor in MQ sensor. It can detect lpg, smoke, alcohol, propane, hydrogen, methane and carbon monoxide concentration anywhere from 200- 10000 ppm.The voltage that the sensor output changes accordingly to the gas level that exists in the atmosphere. A relay driver is the module for the motor that allows to control the working speed of the two motors(FAN)simultaneously. An exhaust fan is a ventilation device. It draws out polluted air from the room and replaces it with fresh air. An exhaust fan compact indoor air pollutants by ejecting unclean air into the out side environment.

Data mining (DM) helps in extracting useful patterns and information from large datasets. In recent years, image and spatial data have become a major focus of data mining research due to the increasing availability of digital images and spatial data. Spatial data mining involves the utilization of geographical (spatial) information to develop the intelligence and provide results for the business, healthcare and other industries. Similarly, the image mining involves the extraction of images from a large resource of images or extracting specific objects from an image through the use of mining techniques. Searching and identifying the valuable information and knowledge from the set of large image data involves the use of DM, image processing, image retrieval, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques. The goal is to extract knowledge from images for many applications, including object recognition, and image classification. This paper aims to analyse the use of DM techniques for image and spatial mining. In this article, some of the recent image mining techniques are reviewed that have been presented in the literature. Some of the challenges and future directions for image and spatial mining research are also highlighted.

Abstract Agha Shahid Ali is one of those poets who transcends set categories and norms finding unique self-expression in his poetry and his life. This transcending of boundaries has been an intimate part of his biography and he has shifted constantly in geographical, temporal, and linguistic spaces with a yearning for peace and belonging. This not only imparts him an inimitable position among contemporary poets but also offers to him a very novel perspective towards generally the world and specifically the Indian subcontinent. The normative of poetics and theoretical frameworks are unable to contain and define his poetic oeuvre which is made of extremely personal anecdotes and an unsurpassable empathy for human suffering. The paper tries to explore his complex construction as a poet by mainly analyzing his biography written by Manan Kapoor. The book is called A Map of Longings: The Life and Works of Agha Shahid Ali. It was published in 2021 by Penguin Random House and is hailed as the first definitive biography of Agha Shahid Ali.

In this modern society, systems are complex enough and are designed to be operative for a specified period. This specified period is called the mission time. Our aim is to get improvement in this mission time. Availability analysis of each unit of equipment under given operating conditions is helpful to design the units for a minimum failure and to develop a plan in advance for scheduled maintenance or preventive maintenance. the authors have considered in this paper, a multi - component redundant complex system for evaluation of various reliability parameters. Supplementary variable technique and Laplace transform have used to formulate and solve the mathematical model. Laplace transform of various state probabilities, reliability, availability and M.T.T.F. of the system have obtained. Some particular cases and steady-state behaviour of the system are also given at the end. A numerical example with graphical illustration has also been mentioned in last to highlight the important results. We may utilize this general approach to the similar systems used in any industry or elsewhere.

With its highly efficient treatments like Yoga, Mud therapy, Ahara Chikitsa, and other therapies, Ayurveda stands out as a very effective alternative medical system. Another exceptional and active Ayurvedic therapy that has great value for both daily living and spiritual practise as well as health and disease is the science of Marma. Literally, the word "Marma" refers to delicate body portions or regions. It is a precise art to touch someone precisely in the appropriate place at just the right time in order to bring about healing and perfect results for a variety of ailments that are impeding a person's ability to live a healthy life. Pressing Marma points releases energy blockages, eliminates excess Ama, promotes easy energy flow, nourishes the tissues, and secretes endorphins and cortisol-like hormones, which in turn trigger a calm shut-off response and enhance blood circulation. All these activities lead to improved performance in that specific area.

Driver fatigue is a significant cause of road accidents and fatalities, leading to ongoing research into methods of detecting and indicating drowsiness in drivers. Traditional approaches have included vehicle-based, behavioural-based, and physiological-based methods. However, some of these methods can be intrusive or distracting for the driver, while others require expensive sensors and complex data handling. To address these challenges, we have developed a low-cost, real-time system for actively monitoring driver drowsiness with a high degree of accuracy. Our system utilizes a webcam to record video and employs image processing techniques to detect the driver's face in each frame. Facial landmarks are identified and used to compute eye aspect ratio, mouth opening ratio, and nose length ratio. Based on these ratios and developed adaptive thresholding methods, our system can detect drowsiness in real-time. In addition, we have implemented machine learning algorithms offline to enhance the system's accuracy. Our Support Vector Machine-based classification achieved a sensitivity of 95.58% and specificity of 100%.
