Deaf and mute people communicate via hand gestures, i.e., sign language, which makes it difficult for non-deaf and non-mute people to understand their language. The problem statement here is to devise a technique for bridging the communication gap between the deaf/dumb community and the general public. The user's hand gestures are detected in real time. An efficient machine learning algorithm will be used to train the model to identify the letters of the ISL and thus converting it to a text format accessible to the normal people. This application will also enable the normal people to convey their message in terms of speech which will further be converted to text so that the latter will be able to receive their message.

Foreign corruption is becoming a matter of global concern, intersecting issues of protecting the integrity of nations, human rights, transnational crimes and terrorism and impacting national security. It is a foreign policy challenge in a changing world order and impedes conflict management. Weak governance is admittedly the weak link in our quest for prosperity and equity. It is imperative to eliminate corruption and abuse of office, not only from a moral perspective but also to ensure economic prosperity. The responsibility to ensure good governance is dualistic. The Government and people are shareholders. The well-being of the society and the Nation are determined by conjoined participation. This paper is a commentary on Strategic corruption and its impact on governance mechanism, and the threat it imposes on human security and the integrity of a nation. Happenings across the globe, engulfing nations in debt trap leading to sale of strategic public assets, economic dependency curtailing decision on economic sanctions highlights the latent threat a nation faces due to corruption. A systemic phenomenon, corruption must be dealt with globally and form a coordinated foreign policy action amongst the comity of nations.

Fast and cost-effective production of blood cell count reports are of supreme importance in the healthcare industry. The traditional method of manual counting under a microscope gives inaccurate results. Due to high vulnerability in human error and large time consumption, an automated system is required to perform this task with more accuracy and speed. As a solution to this, the project proposes a technique of image processing for counting the number of blood cells. The main goal of this project is to reduce the manual counting errors and time consumed by humans and attaining the maximum accuracy possible.

On the aim of contributing to the protection of the environment in a semi-arid climate, the research work aims to study the prospective optimization of the treatment of solid household waste in a model area, the Province of Fkih Ben Salah, in the continental center of Moroccan territory. Indeed, an exhaustive inventory was made in 2018 of the municipal units in this area of a total volume of solid household waste of 386 Tons per day, for which the rate of net product is 98.97%, i.e. the unit average of 0.73 kg/inhabitant/day. By the year 2033, the volume of the total produced in this waste is projected at 446 T/day, an expected increase of 15% over the period from 2018 to 2033. This volume of waste is then likely to be reduced to the minimum rate of 24%,

Today, cloud computing is an established technology that allows businesses and individuals to store data easily, retrieve it quickly, and access it from any location. Currently, both industry and academia are adopting this technology. Load balancing is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of different components in the cloud computing environment. When users request specific resources from the cloud, the system supplies them. An effective load balancing strategy is crucial for preventing server overload and ensuring that requested resources are delivered as soon as possible. In this research article, we have presented a critical analysis of various existing cloud load balancing and scheduling algorithms. Different simulation tools are available in the market for simulating cloud load balancing and scheduling algorithms. Additionally, the article discusses different simulation methods and technologies employed by different algorithms. Overall, the research article explains how different scheduling and load balancing algorithms can help in resolving the problem of load distribution in cloud computing systems.

Retreatism is one of the features of strain theory. The proposition of strain theory expresses that tension got from social variables, such as the absence of cash, absence of nature of each essential need, drives individuals to carry out wrongdoing. Retreatism additionally revolves round numerous other social and individual viewpoints like objectives for economic wellbeing, assumptions, dreams satisfaction, feelings and class rather than caste. This goes under the General strain theory. Robert Merton says how society comes down to individuals to acquire socially and culturally acknowledged objectives and qualities. Society expects all these to an individual though he lacks the means. This lack of means leads to strain which may lead to crime in one or another way. Normally we can see the drugs seller and individuals who are involved in prostitution. All are also a part of our society. The selling of drugs and prostitution are used as means to gain financial security. The strain that comes from this prevalent burden is the outcome of the two levels . Some of the time the guidelines of the family might change the impression of an individual. Furthermore, it is an extremely normal thing which can see or tune in from wherever from consistently youngster. There is consistently a conflict between the social design and the individual longing of a person. This conflict makes an individual insubordinate at some level and afterwards, he attempts to do something unique concerning the society in which he lives. Then again, a singular experience of the aggravation which he gets during the satisfaction of his fantasies.

Artificial Intelligence's creation has acted as a catalyst in the area of technology. Things that were once just a pigment of our imagination can now be realized. The birth of self-driving cars is one of these innovations. Days have come when you can do your work or even sleep in your car and still get to your destination without ever touching the steering wheel or accelerator securely. This project proposes a working model of a self-driving car that can drive from one place to another, or on various types of tracks such as curved, straight, and straight followed by curved tracks. Along with the Raspberry Pi , a camera module is mounted on the top of the vehicle. The images from the real world are sent to the Convolutional Neural Network via Raspberry Pi.The machine then forecasts one of the following ways. Right, left, forward, or stop are the options. After that,a signal is sent from the Arduino to the car's controller, and the car moves in the desired direction without any human interference.

Transgender persons experience homelessness from their childhood, when an individual reveals their gender identity in the family, the problem begins. They are ill-treated and abused by everyone in the family. This homelessness often leads to survival sex and begging. The current study is conducted in Andhra Pradesh, data has been collected from 150 male to female transgender persons by using an interview schedule and snowball sampling method. A major number of transgender persons are not living with their family members due to parental reactions and abuse when revealing their gender identity. These findings call our attention to providing shelter homes or alternative shelters for transgender persons to rescue them and reintegrate them into families.
