The crucial disaster that disturbs the normal routine of people is flooding. Based on this, there is an important requirement to maintain a complete analysis over environment in frequent manner. Nowadays all prediction level has been moved from physical to mathematical modelling. Where, this paper distributes with the strategies of flood alerting system with help of GLOBAL NETWORNIG SYSTEM (GSM) an embedded system which would give the real time calculation along with Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for arithmetic processing, prediction and analysis that would help to send an alert message to the nearby surrounding and reduces the time of risk. Waterfall model algorithm is used as the approach. Here the Arduino uno is connected to water float sensors & ultrasonic sensor to analyses the water level. Further, these calculated values will be passed to the Arduino which is been developed with Java, C++. The Arduino would give the alert message to the IoT module. These analyses are made to discuss how the IOT is embedded in real time to prediction and alerting

Abstract This paper attempts to analyse the impact of covid-19 on the functioning of the legal services authorities. It also explores the ways to strengthen the legal aid system of India. Lack of legal awareness is one of the impediments to equal access to justice. Legal services authorities are mandated to spread legal awareness, so it organised legal awareness camps to educate people about their rights. The Covid-19 induced restrictions on the mobility of people, and norms of social distancing adversely affected legal awareness camps. Lack of awareness, economic resources, infrastructure, and judges all foster unequal access to justice and delay in access to justice. This paper critically analyses the statistical data to assess the functioning of legal services authorities in the last three years, i.e. 2018 to 2021. The scope of data analyses is limited to the legal awareness camps, no. of people made aware of their rights in these camps, no. of beneficiaries availed legal aid, para-legal trained and placed in the legal services clinics. The analyses of statistical data for legal aid beneficiaries also check the impact of covid-19 on different categories of beneficiaries entitled to free legal aid under section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. The data analyses of poverty and pendency of cases further support the arguments proposed. Various schemes of the Department of Justice, National Legal Services Authority, Bar Council Of India are considered to explore better coordination between the stakeholders of the justice delivery system. The research paper concludes by emphasising the importance of the legal service clinics in bridging the gap between legal aid seekers and providers. Legal Services clinics have the potential of bringing justice to the doorstep of the people who can reach the doorstep of the justice delivery system.

A large growing market now revolves around selling perishable products such as meat, including poultry and seafood. Virtually many/every kind of fresh meat has been available for customers or purchasers from online vendors, there is very little research that examines the handling, and safe delivery that influences this unorganized sector [1]. The purpose of my paper revolves around analyzing the policies for delivering online raw meats by the purveyors of this product. And also, to emphasize the food safety data that are given on the websites of online sellers for this particular sector. Hence, I thought of this website that meets the need of the current Digital Market and is convenient to its users. An online raw meat delivery system like"WOW SHOPPER" enables the user to browse the range of products along with information about the product's specifications, features, and prices. The digital environment has a growing effect on consumers' minds and buying behavior, this is what makes our website feasible in the current scenario.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the link between service quality and customer satisfaction with internet banking services. This study was based on the responsiveness of select public and private sector bank clients in the Ballari district. This research looks on the relationship between demographics and customer satisfaction in internet banking, as well as the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in public and private sector banks' internet banking services. This research is based on both primary and secondary data sources. Through a questionnaire, primary data was obtained from consumers of a few public and private sector banks. The judgment sampling approach is used to pick customers. Chi Square tests, spearman's correlation, and the Mann Whitney U test were used to assess the hypothesis. SPSS software was used to examine the data. According to the report, highly qualified professionals, business people, employees, and people in higher income groups, as well as youths, are quite satisfied with internet banking services and use it frequently. There are considerable disparities in client perceptions of public and private sector banks' internet banking services. Private-sector banks' Internet banking services are of greater quality than those supplied by public-sector banks. As a result, public sector banks should improve their internet banking services to satisfy the needs of their customers.

Marketers are now focusing on Green Marketing strategy due to increase in global warming. Green marketing is a new concept which has shifted the focus of customers from ordinary products to green products. Green marketing has also helps in improving agriculture which has leads to the introduction of a new concept in agriculture i.e., Organic Farming. Indian Agriculture has a long been carried on traditional and primitive techniques of farming. During recent years, agricultural techniques and agriculture inputs have undergone important changes. These changes are named as organic farming. These measured includes the development of irrigation facilities, use of high yielding varieties, use of improved fertilizers and chemicals, introduction and development of mechanisation of agriculture etc. but organic farming does not depend on the use of manufactured fertilizers and pesticides, plant growth regulators and modified organisms. It depends on naturally occurring ecological process and biodiversity rather than use of manufactured inputs like fertilizers. Organic farming is a holistic production management system which promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles and soil biological activity. It emphasises the use of management practices in preference to the use of manufactured inputs and synthetic materials. This paper is descriptive in nature based on secondary sources. This paper explains the concept of green marketing and organic farming and their relationship. This paper also explains the need of organic farming in India, benefits and limitations of organic farming, and agriculture inputs used in agriculture growth and government schemes in promoting organic farming.

Deaf and mute people communicate via hand gestures, i.e., sign language, which makes it difficult for non-deaf and non-mute people to understand their language. The problem statement here is to devise a technique for bridging the communication gap between the deaf/dumb community and the general public. The user's hand gestures are detected in real time. An efficient machine learning algorithm will be used to train the model to identify the letters of the ISL and thus converting it to a text format accessible to the normal people. This application will also enable the normal people to convey their message in terms of speech which will further be converted to text so that the latter will be able to receive their message.

Foreign corruption is becoming a matter of global concern, intersecting issues of protecting the integrity of nations, human rights, transnational crimes and terrorism and impacting national security. It is a foreign policy challenge in a changing world order and impedes conflict management. Weak governance is admittedly the weak link in our quest for prosperity and equity. It is imperative to eliminate corruption and abuse of office, not only from a moral perspective but also to ensure economic prosperity. The responsibility to ensure good governance is dualistic. The Government and people are shareholders. The well-being of the society and the Nation are determined by conjoined participation. This paper is a commentary on Strategic corruption and its impact on governance mechanism, and the threat it imposes on human security and the integrity of a nation. Happenings across the globe, engulfing nations in debt trap leading to sale of strategic public assets, economic dependency curtailing decision on economic sanctions highlights the latent threat a nation faces due to corruption. A systemic phenomenon, corruption must be dealt with globally and form a coordinated foreign policy action amongst the comity of nations.

Fast and cost-effective production of blood cell count reports are of supreme importance in the healthcare industry. The traditional method of manual counting under a microscope gives inaccurate results. Due to high vulnerability in human error and large time consumption, an automated system is required to perform this task with more accuracy and speed. As a solution to this, the project proposes a technique of image processing for counting the number of blood cells. The main goal of this project is to reduce the manual counting errors and time consumed by humans and attaining the maximum accuracy possible.

On the aim of contributing to the protection of the environment in a semi-arid climate, the research work aims to study the prospective optimization of the treatment of solid household waste in a model area, the Province of Fkih Ben Salah, in the continental center of Moroccan territory. Indeed, an exhaustive inventory was made in 2018 of the municipal units in this area of a total volume of solid household waste of 386 Tons per day, for which the rate of net product is 98.97%, i.e. the unit average of 0.73 kg/inhabitant/day. By the year 2033, the volume of the total produced in this waste is projected at 446 T/day, an expected increase of 15% over the period from 2018 to 2033. This volume of waste is then likely to be reduced to the minimum rate of 24%,
