As we know that India is called the world's largest democracy. In such a democratic country, voting plays a key role in electing government officials and reflects our vision of how a governing body should be formed. Surveys are conducted time to time to address difficulties in the central voting system so that it should be more anonymous, reliable and secure while preventing any type of fraud. Or the use of electronic voting, we have to deal with many problems of fraud and corruption. Currently, various researches are being conducted to create a safe and reliable voting system while addressing issues of anonymity and security. This paper implements a method that utilizes deep learning to work on smart voting system. This provides great protection in the sense that the most secure voter password is verified before a vote is received on the Indian Electoral Commission's main database and voters can verify that his or her vote has reached to correct participant of election. And the votes counting will be done automatically, thus saving a lot of time and the results can be announced in a very short time by the Indian Electoral Commission. The user verification process is enhanced by adding a face recognition to the app that will determine whether the voter is a certified user or not.

Vesicular delivery of drugs has gained more popularity due to its stability and improved therapeutic efficacy. Vesicles being a bilayer structure, can be used to incorporate both, hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. Bile salts are mostly used to increase bioavailability, enhance antigen delivery by offering protection, retention, and premature release of antigen. Preparation of bile salts-containing vesicles are thin-film hydration method, hot homogenization method, reverse phase evaporation method. Bilosomes have proved to be one of the very effective methods of enhancing the bioavailability and efficacy of drugs. The ability to entrap various proteins, antigens, and peptides are exceptional.

In recent times the concept of smart or Digital Security has gained great popularity. Thanks to the evolution of the Internet of things the idea of Smart/Digital Security now seems to be achievable. Consistent efforts are being made in the field of IoT in order to maximize productivity and reliability. Now, we are going to introduce an IoT base security mechanism applied in the Border Forces of India. In our mechanism, we used a radar thermal sensor. Our Mechanism can detect metallic arms and send a signal through a specific IP address to the base station. We fixed it on the top of the National flag We can also take action by this mechanism from the Base Station. It can blow out 3 types of gas which are- 1) Heavy fog 2) Poison gas 3) Sleeping gas, we can control the flow of all three gases. We can also monitor the percentage of all gases. Our mechanism will be invisible because it is placed under through ground. We can monitor the exact situation because it is connected through an IP address it does not require any WIFI or BLUETOOTH connectivity. If we want to connect the device by WIFI, we have an option for that. No one can easily control it because of its highly secured IP address. The paper also describes a high-level view of the system architecture. Towards the end, the paper discusses the working of the system in form of a use case that proves the correctness of the proposed model.

Finger millet (Eleusine coracana L. Gaertn) belongs to the Poaceae family and is a staple crop in Africa and India. It is more resilient to stress than other crops and provides nutrients like calcium, zinc, and protein. Here We required DNA isolation for molecular characterization by Scot (Started Codon Targeted) markers. Thus, the CTAB method was best for DNA isolation. So we determined a rapid and easy CTAB (Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) method for isolation of gDNA from finger millet based on four modified protocols due to the crop's containing polyphenol and PCR inhibitors. The first protocol of the CTAB method was superior to another modified CTAB method. Another hand We optimised the PCR amplification for Scot. The result was monomorphic according to band position. Furthermore, we developed a protocol among four protocols for the isolation of gDNA from finger millet where it was a convenient and easy method for extracting DNA from finger millet, also minimising the number of steps and chemicals. The first protocol was superior to the remaining protocols as an easy and convenient method for DNA extraction in finger millet. As well as being beneficial for DNA isolation, this procedure will provide new insight into research. We also established a protocol using the CTAB method, which is an easy and convenient method for DNA extraction in finger millet.

: Human-computer communication (HCI) has been one of the major advancements in the development of technology as a new means of communication between humans and computers in today's world. Several new interactive methods, such as Sign and speech recognition, visual analysis, virtual reality, touch-free writing, brain activity have come out in recent years to achieve this goal. We need an alternative means to control computers and the technology needs to be robust so that it can be scaled on bigger boundaries. So, the proposed algorithm develops an alternative input means which can be useful in real time applications to control the daily computer activities like controlling media player, web browser, file manager, PowerPoint presentations and also for playing games through different gesture commands using a simple web camera. The main aim is to study and analyze the use of gesture recognition techniques for embedded systems by proposing a new model based on neural networks such as 2D and 3D CNNs able to perform gesture control using a simple web camera without any additional expensive hardware.

Approximate nearest neighbor (ANN) search has achieved great success in many tasks. However, existing popular methods for ANN search, such as hashing and quantization methods, are designed for static databases only. They cannot handle well the database with data distribution evolving dynamically, due to the high computational effort for retraining the model based on the new database. In this paper, we address the problem by developing an online product quantization (online PQ) model and incrementally updating the quantization codebook that accommodates to the incoming streaming data. Moreover, to further alleviate the issue of large scale computation for the online PQ update, we design two budget constraints for the model to update partial PQ codebook instead of all. We derive a loss bound which guarantees the performance of our online PQ model. Furthermore, we develop an online PQ model over a sliding window with both data insertion and deletion supported, to reflect the real-time behavior of the data. The experiments demonstrate that our online PQ model is both time-efficient and effective for ANN search in dynamic large scale databases compared with baseline methods and the idea of partial PQ codebook update further reduces the update cost
