This study proposes the creation of a smart application that will benefit those with visual impairments. Visually handicapped people are at a disadvantage in today's society since they have no knowledge of the environment. The general populace has prejudices about blind people that they believe to be true. The large number of non people believe that blind people are unable to work or live a normal life. The difficulty of traveling from one location to another without the support of others is one of the key challenges. Other difficulties include recognizing people, spotting obstructions, and so forth. Some products on the market can assist them in overcoming some of these obstacles. There are always a bunch of new studies underway with the sole purpose of developing technologies to assist these visually impaired individuals. As a result, with advanced new technologies, it is possible to expand the assistance provided to them. The notion is accomplished using a Mobile application that includes functions such as voice command, image processing, and others. The device is a vocal style device that helps visually impaired people with daily duties. The system combines a variety of accessible technologies into an administrating application that may be used by the sight impaired. The goal is to guide blind or visually impaired people around impediments in their path.

In ophthalmology, injecting or implanting drugs directly into the vitreous cavity has become a regular practice. Intravitreal injections are used to treat neovascular age-related macular degeneration, clinically significant macular edema/proliferative diabetic retinopathy, cystoid macular edoema following retinal vein occlusions, uveitis, endophthalmitis, and choroidal neovascular membrane secondary to multiple retinal diseases, among other conditions. The process for intravitreal injection according to VRSI guidelines has been detailed in full. Intravitreal injection complications include those related to the procedure as well as those related to the substance used. It is critical for retina experts to master the proper method for intravitreal injection in order to ensure patient safety and minimize problems.

Plagiarism is a major problem for research. There are different ways to define plagiarism. The concept of plagiarism should be given importance and discussed deeply in relation to research. Plagiarism should be explained as if someone else is using our products such as texts, ideas, or results, therefore implying that it is their own and argue that this is an adequate and fruitful definition. A number of circumstances should be discussed that make plagiarism more or less grave and the plagiariser more or less blameworthy. According to a normative analysis, what makes plagiarism reprehensible is that it distorts scientific credit. In addition, intentional plagiarism involves dishonesty. There are many number of potentially negative consequences of plagiarism.

Liposomes are the small microscopic vesicles in which aqueous volume is entirely enclosed by the membrane composed lipid molecules. Physical characteristics that determine liposome stability in storage and disposition in vivo (in particular, plasma clearance, CL) are some of the most important parameters for parenteral preparations of liposome-based therapeutics. Long-circulating liposomes are now investigated in details and widely used in biomedical in vitro and in vivo studies and have also found their way into clinical practice. The recent development of liposome are the specific binding properties of drug carrying liposome to a target cell, stealth liposomes for targeting hydrophilic drug like doxorubicin, minoxidil, Amphotericin B which leads to reduced toxicity and side effect because the drug is mostly concentrated at site of action. Liposome can also used as adjuvants in vaccines formulation.

Entrepreneur is a person who creates an enterprise .The process of creation is called as entrepreneurship. In India, women constitute half of the total population, but in terms of employment less than 45% of women are employed. This is one of the major reasons why the women are having lower economic and social status in our society. Entrepreneurship is one of the best way in which we can solve this problem. When women are encouraged into to the field of entrepreneurship they are not only getting employed, but they also creates employment opportunities for others. That means job seekers will become job providers. Though India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, number of women entrepreneurs is short in supply. We still have not fully utilized the opportunities and potentialities of entrepreneurial talents in all classes of the society. Entrepreneurial skill and talents are something that can be developed by training and development. These entrepreneurial skills among the women are not restricted to particular class of society or advanced family. By providing right kind of training and developmental programs we can improve and sharpens this skills and talents. Today the Government has formulated various schemes which aim at providing free education for girls at schools and colleges. After completing their high school and colleges they should be provided with technical and managerial oriented training along with entrepreneurship training programs. This process will help the women to develop the quality of leadership, courage, determination and aptitude for entrepreneurship. This research paper focus on the importance, challenges and the various schemes formulated by the Government and other agencies for promoting women entrepreneurship in India.

As we know that India is called the world's largest democracy. In such a democratic country, voting plays a key role in electing government officials and reflects our vision of how a governing body should be formed. Surveys are conducted time to time to address difficulties in the central voting system so that it should be more anonymous, reliable and secure while preventing any type of fraud. Or the use of electronic voting, we have to deal with many problems of fraud and corruption. Currently, various researches are being conducted to create a safe and reliable voting system while addressing issues of anonymity and security. This paper implements a method that utilizes deep learning to work on smart voting system. This provides great protection in the sense that the most secure voter password is verified before a vote is received on the Indian Electoral Commission's main database and voters can verify that his or her vote has reached to correct participant of election. And the votes counting will be done automatically, thus saving a lot of time and the results can be announced in a very short time by the Indian Electoral Commission. The user verification process is enhanced by adding a face recognition to the app that will determine whether the voter is a certified user or not.

Vesicular delivery of drugs has gained more popularity due to its stability and improved therapeutic efficacy. Vesicles being a bilayer structure, can be used to incorporate both, hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. Bile salts are mostly used to increase bioavailability, enhance antigen delivery by offering protection, retention, and premature release of antigen. Preparation of bile salts-containing vesicles are thin-film hydration method, hot homogenization method, reverse phase evaporation method. Bilosomes have proved to be one of the very effective methods of enhancing the bioavailability and efficacy of drugs. The ability to entrap various proteins, antigens, and peptides are exceptional.
