When dealing with real estate, whether you buy, sell or invest in real estate, you need a physical investigation. However, in this sudden pandemic situation, government regulations prevented the entire process mentioned above to be carried out. In our project, we want to help people who are planning to buy or sell a home or a particular property by informing them about the price range and safely planning the finances of the same home. In addition to forecasting real estate prices, it is also useful for real estate investors to know the trends in real estate prices at specific locations. Predict accurate prices based on statistical analysis comparisons and comparative market analysis with other similar properties, taking into account preliminary factors such as sale price, area quality, market, average property age, population area, address, etc. increase. This model uses machine learning techniques to curate them into ML models that can serve users. The buyer's main goal is to find a dream home with all the necessary equipment. Also, they look for these homes / properties with prices in mind, and there is no guarantee that they will get a product that is reasonably priced and not overpriced. Similarly, the seller is looking for a specific number to attach to the property as a price tag. Not only is this an exaggerated guess, but a lot of research is needed to complete the home assessment. This system helps you find the starting price of a property based on geographic variables. Future costs are expected by analyzing past market patterns and range of values, as well as future advances. The first thing that comes to mind when looking for a property is to contact various realtors. The problem with this is that the agent has to pay a small portion of the amount just to find a home and set a price for you. This model avoids such dangers and predicts accurate values. The main motivation for this model is to incorporate these machine learning techniques and curate them into an ML model that can serve users.

As we are becoming more and more dependent on electricity to carry on with our day-to-day activities, it has become an important task for us to predict the abrupt and calamitous changes in our space weather that can directly or in-directly hamper with our electricity grids and our satellite systems. The Sun is the major celestial body responsible for changes in the space weather. The Sun, though responsible for life on earth, can also create disastrous impacts on our satellite systems responsible for major communications on earth. It has been seen before that solar activity can prompt space weather changes that could impact technological systems. Hence, it has been of extreme importance to predict these solar activities, before they could reach the earth and cause damages that can disrupt the normal working of the essential equipment responsible for smooth functioning of the economic infrastructure.

The rapid advancement in RFID systems has increased its need of sufficient computing power. Nowadays, more resources are required to implement the encryption and decryption for the authentication during transactions and scanning. RFID tags have the capacity to store the corresponding information. RFID devices works using radio waves to read and write data from RFID tags. Information about the card and its owner is embedded in a tiny microchip in the e-card. The card can be read by machines present in remote locations. That is why this paper proposes double security check by introducing mobile user for the secure transaction. The proposed RFID system is based on the Secure Hash Algorithm and mobile communication devices. It provides a secure certificate mechanism which uses a mobile phone as a middle layer for authentication, RFID reader and credit card containing RFID tag. Secure Hash Algorithm is used to provide a secure and reliable way of transmitting data. The system in theory should be able to do provide good and advanced security for transaction and scanning

As there is only one earth, it is essential to know the relationship in the nature to maintain environmental balance. First challenge is to protect the earth, Green the earth and heal the earth. The depletion in natural resources has lead to unsustainability of the environment. The building sector accounts for 30-40% of the total global energy consumption. Out of which 80% is consumed during the operational stage of building and remaining 20% of during its construction phase. Thus some urgent and hard decisions to be taken to stop the deterioration of the environment. This paper highlights the study of sustainable perspective in which we analyse the buildings in terms of Sustainable Architecture and Design, Site Selection and Planning, Water Conservation, Energy Efficiency, Building Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and innovation. The green building study highlights implementation of sustainable practises as per building feasibility with available limited resources to make the building sustainable and to achieve certification

Now a days, heavy metals is a major issue. Various chemical industries release heavy metals into the water bodies. They are toxic to living creatures, thus they must be removed to reduce the risk of uptake by plants, animals, and humans. Over the previous few decades, various heavy metals removal technologies have been developed and intensively research. In this study, Iron oxide was well synthesized by simple co- precipitation method. Heavy metal ions such as Pb(II), Ni(II), As(III), and Cd(II) can be removed from water, using Iron oxide as adsorbent.

In today's business world, exceeding client expectations is a top responsibility for every company. Satisfied customers tend to stick around for a long time. Through their marketing mix, companies make promises or raise expectations in customers. Consumers will be more likely to stick with a product or brand if they believe their expectations have been met, as this will lead to repeat purchases. We gained insight into customer purchasing habits and their influence on the local market through the study's results. Customers' views of the marketing mix determinants of price, sellers, and site were found to have a substantial impact on the frequency with which they purchased a product. In India, the demand for organic products has increased significantly. A healthy body and mind are critical to our well-being. Chemical fertilisers and pesticides are not used in the production of organic products, which are cultivated in a manner that is both environmentally friendly and socially responsible. In recent years, demand for organic products has grown rapidly over the world. An effective marketer will "construct" the marketing mix elements around his or her defined target market based on the marketing mix's many components.

This study proposes the creation of a smart application that will benefit those with visual impairments. Visually handicapped people are at a disadvantage in today's society since they have no knowledge of the environment. The general populace has prejudices about blind people that they believe to be true. The large number of non people believe that blind people are unable to work or live a normal life. The difficulty of traveling from one location to another without the support of others is one of the key challenges. Other difficulties include recognizing people, spotting obstructions, and so forth. Some products on the market can assist them in overcoming some of these obstacles. There are always a bunch of new studies underway with the sole purpose of developing technologies to assist these visually impaired individuals. As a result, with advanced new technologies, it is possible to expand the assistance provided to them. The notion is accomplished using a Mobile application that includes functions such as voice command, image processing, and others. The device is a vocal style device that helps visually impaired people with daily duties. The system combines a variety of accessible technologies into an administrating application that may be used by the sight impaired. The goal is to guide blind or visually impaired people around impediments in their path.

In ophthalmology, injecting or implanting drugs directly into the vitreous cavity has become a regular practice. Intravitreal injections are used to treat neovascular age-related macular degeneration, clinically significant macular edema/proliferative diabetic retinopathy, cystoid macular edoema following retinal vein occlusions, uveitis, endophthalmitis, and choroidal neovascular membrane secondary to multiple retinal diseases, among other conditions. The process for intravitreal injection according to VRSI guidelines has been detailed in full. Intravitreal injection complications include those related to the procedure as well as those related to the substance used. It is critical for retina experts to master the proper method for intravitreal injection in order to ensure patient safety and minimize problems.

Plagiarism is a major problem for research. There are different ways to define plagiarism. The concept of plagiarism should be given importance and discussed deeply in relation to research. Plagiarism should be explained as if someone else is using our products such as texts, ideas, or results, therefore implying that it is their own and argue that this is an adequate and fruitful definition. A number of circumstances should be discussed that make plagiarism more or less grave and the plagiariser more or less blameworthy. According to a normative analysis, what makes plagiarism reprehensible is that it distorts scientific credit. In addition, intentional plagiarism involves dishonesty. There are many number of potentially negative consequences of plagiarism.

Liposomes are the small microscopic vesicles in which aqueous volume is entirely enclosed by the membrane composed lipid molecules. Physical characteristics that determine liposome stability in storage and disposition in vivo (in particular, plasma clearance, CL) are some of the most important parameters for parenteral preparations of liposome-based therapeutics. Long-circulating liposomes are now investigated in details and widely used in biomedical in vitro and in vivo studies and have also found their way into clinical practice. The recent development of liposome are the specific binding properties of drug carrying liposome to a target cell, stealth liposomes for targeting hydrophilic drug like doxorubicin, minoxidil, Amphotericin B which leads to reduced toxicity and side effect because the drug is mostly concentrated at site of action. Liposome can also used as adjuvants in vaccines formulation.

Entrepreneur is a person who creates an enterprise .The process of creation is called as entrepreneurship. In India, women constitute half of the total population, but in terms of employment less than 45% of women are employed. This is one of the major reasons why the women are having lower economic and social status in our society. Entrepreneurship is one of the best way in which we can solve this problem. When women are encouraged into to the field of entrepreneurship they are not only getting employed, but they also creates employment opportunities for others. That means job seekers will become job providers. Though India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, number of women entrepreneurs is short in supply. We still have not fully utilized the opportunities and potentialities of entrepreneurial talents in all classes of the society. Entrepreneurial skill and talents are something that can be developed by training and development. These entrepreneurial skills among the women are not restricted to particular class of society or advanced family. By providing right kind of training and developmental programs we can improve and sharpens this skills and talents. Today the Government has formulated various schemes which aim at providing free education for girls at schools and colleges. After completing their high school and colleges they should be provided with technical and managerial oriented training along with entrepreneurship training programs. This process will help the women to develop the quality of leadership, courage, determination and aptitude for entrepreneurship. This research paper focus on the importance, challenges and the various schemes formulated by the Government and other agencies for promoting women entrepreneurship in India.
