 Abstract

Structural analysis software solutions that enable engineers of all levels and backgrounds to solve complex structural engineering problems faster and more efficiently. This is one of the important tools you need in order to determine if a component is safe or not. The purpose of modal analysis is Define the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the system. To check the connections between components if there are rigid modes in the system. This study compares the performance of tetrahedral elements and hexahedral elements in various structural problems. The problems selected demonstrate different types of behavior namely: bending, shear, torsional and axial deformations and frequencies. It was observed that in Oldham coupling the tetrahedral element is convenient and in spur gear analysis the results obtained with tetrahedral elements and hexahedral elements were equivalent in terms of accuracy. The comparison is done for static structural and modal analysis for tetrahedral and hexahedral element analysis.

 Abstract

Before any web application or software is made available to general public; it goes through a process called Testing. It checks for security, compatibility, functionality and performance of the Software or Web Application. Testing can be done manually as well as automatically. Automated testing is a technique that performs testing using special automated testing software tools whereas manual testing is done by a human where one has to carefully execute each and every test case. In software development cycles, often same test case has to be run multiple times. An Automation tool records the test case and then it can be used as often as it is required. In this study, Selenium as an automation testing tool has been discussed in depth as well as why the Selenium Web Driver is ideally equipped for automation testing. Through our project, we identified the benefits of automation testing over manual testing.

 Abstract

Pulsatile drug delivery system is the most interesting time- and site-specific system. This system is designed for chronopharmacotherapy which is based on circadian rhythm. The principle rationale for the use of pulsatile release is for the drugs where a constant drug release, i.e., a zero-order release is not desired. A Pulsatile drug delivery program is a very interesting program - and exact time. This system is designed for the drug delivery system Pulsatile is defined as the rapid and rapid release of a certain number of molecules shortly after the prescribed release. Various systems like capsular systems, osmotic systems, pulsatile system based on the use of soluble or erodible polymer coating, use of rupturable membranes and pulsatile system based on membrane permeability are summarized in this article. These systems are beneficial for the drugs having chrono pharmacological behavior where night time dosing is required and for the drugs having high first-pass effect and having specific site of absorption in gastrointestinal tract.

 Abstract

The increase in pollution everywhere, due to increase in urbanization and industrialization, attracts the major concern of all the authority and the people at global level look forward to find out the way to resolve it. Pollutants are the substances that cause pollution and that affect the environment. Though the efforts were to control air pollution have traditionally focused on the outdoor air, it is now apparent that high concentrations of contaminants are common inside most private and public buildings (indoor air). The concerns about public health problems increase here due to indoor air pollution and are based on the fact that states, urban residents usually spend more than 90 percent of their time indoors, and the concentrations of some contaminants are higher in indoors than outdoors, and some of the pollutants personal exposures are not characterized effectively by outdoor measurements. Our idea is based on the NASA Clean Air Study. This idea is mainly focusing on reducing indoor air pollution through the use of plants.

 Abstract

There has been a significant increase in global interest in nisin and other similar food preservatives of natural origin in recent years. The use of nanotechnology to control and modify nisin for improved capabilities in the food and nutrition field is growing significantly. There are important food science applications for nanotechnology in nanoparticle delivery systems, packaging, food safety and security. However, there are significant problems related to the use of nisin in the food sector, including uncontrolled interactions with various food components, its degradation and electrostatic repulsion. These issues limit its use. Alternative strategies such as nanoprocessor systems such as nanoemulsions, including blending nisin with polymeric nanoparticles, nanofibers and other technologies, are used to increase the use of nisin in the food industry. This review highlights recent developments and new approaches to nisin use in the food industry.

 Abstract

The modern education system recognizes that the child come to education institution i.e. school or college for all round and harmonious development. It aims at the development of the total personality of the child and for the school or college provides co-curricular activities. Co-curricular activities are those activities which are undertaken along with academic studies. Typically, co-curricular activities are carried out outside the normal classrooms but they supplement academic curriculum and help in learning by doing. These activities help students to develop problem-solving, reasoning, critical thinking, communication and collaborative abilities. Participation in Co-curricular activities helps students in emotional development, social skill development, and overall personality development. Co-curricular activities help in the holistic development of students and assist in developing critical skills and abilities to lead a successful and happy life. Therefore, the importance of co-curricular activities is immense during school and college education.

 Abstract

Introduction: Premature ejaculation is one of the most commonly encountered sexual dysfunction in men. Around 30 % of men in the world suffer from premature ejaculation. One of the most frequently given pharmacological treatments are SSRI and PDE5 inhibitor. Several studies attempted to combine the two, however the results are different from each other. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the difference of efficacy and safety between on-demand PDE5 inhibitor with the combination of PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI. Materials and methods: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating Randomized controlled trials analyzing the combination between the PDE5 inhibitor and its combination with SSRI. The results are measured in Intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and adverse effects. The search and screening process adheres to The Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Cochrane Risk of Bias (RoB) tool is used to analyze the bias in the studies. Results: A total of 3 RCTs, with a total of 190 patients diagnosed with premature ejaculation were analyzed in this study. The results of the analysis were statistically significant (mean difference = 1.30; 95% CI = 1.07-1.54); p <0.00001), indicating that the combined on-demand PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI increased the mean IELT 1.3 minutes compared to the on-demand PDE5 inhibitor alone. Analysis of the side effects of nausea (OR = 5.16; 95% CI = 1.58-16.78; p = 0.006) and yawning (OR = 10.98; 95% CI = 1.32-91.02; p = 0.03) showed significant results. Conclusion: The combination of on-demand PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI showed promising results in PE management compared to on-demand PDE5 inhibitor monotherapy based on the IELT with few minimal side effects, such as nausea and yawning.

 Abstract

Vicharchika is stated as a Kshudra-Kushtha & Sadhya Kushtha by all acharya, but Kushtha is one among Ashta Mahagada. So, it is difficult to cure. Vicharchika can be seen at any age but frequently in young age due to exposure to occupational, environmental factors and mental stress. Now a day junk food, irregularity in food taking, suppression of natural urges, uses of cosmetics and other chemicals, polluted environment, stressful life and Emotional disturbances definitely play a major role in manifestation of Vicharchika.

 Abstract

The main problem in India with respect to floods is inundation, drainage congestion due to urbanization and bank erosion. The problem depends on the river system, topography of the place and flow phenomenon. Flooding occurs when an extreme volume of water is carried by rivers, creeks and many other geographical features into areas where the water cannot be drained adequately. Floods cause extremely large numbers of fatalities in every country, but due to India's extremely high population density and often under-enforced development standards, a large amount of damages and many deaths which could be otherwise avoided. India witnesses flood due to excessive rain which then results in overflow of rivers, lakes and dams, which adds to cause large amounts of damage to people's lives and property. Hence this novel approach is used to monitor and alert floods using Arduino in affecting prone areas.

 Abstract

Angle closure in a myopic patient is rare. Here is presented a report of one 37- years old female patient who presented with cloudiness of vision in both eyes (OU) since 2 months, associated with occasional ocular pain and heaviness around temporal region for 1 year. There was no history of ocular trauma. On presentation, her best corrected visual acuity was 6/9[ -4.50/-1.25x120] in Right eye and 6/9[-5.25DS] in Left Eye. Slit Lamp examination demonstrated a shallow anterior chamber [Van Herick Grade I] in both eyes. Moreover both the eyes exhibited shorter axial length with increased Lens vault and thickness. The intraocular pressures (IOP) recorded were 14mm Hg for right eye and 16 mm Hg for Left eye respectively. Gonioscopy revealed completely closed angles for both the eyes. However she was successfully treated with Peripheral Laser Iridotomy in both eyes to completely open her angles. This case demonstrates the uncommon presentation of narrow angles in a moderately myopic patient. The age and refractive error of this patient should immediately raise the possibility of an atypical cause of angle narrowing. In this case, the examination findings point to Microspherophakia with increased Lens vault as a cause of angle narrowing.
