Introduction: Premature ejaculation is one of the most commonly encountered sexual dysfunction in men. Around 30 % of men in the world suffer from premature ejaculation. One of the most frequently given pharmacological treatments are SSRI and PDE5 inhibitor. Several studies attempted to combine the two, however the results are different from each other. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the difference of efficacy and safety between on-demand PDE5 inhibitor with the combination of PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI. Materials and methods: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating Randomized controlled trials analyzing the combination between the PDE5 inhibitor and its combination with SSRI. The results are measured in Intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and adverse effects. The search and screening process adheres to The Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Cochrane Risk of Bias (RoB) tool is used to analyze the bias in the studies. Results: A total of 3 RCTs, with a total of 190 patients diagnosed with premature ejaculation were analyzed in this study. The results of the analysis were statistically significant (mean difference = 1.30; 95% CI = 1.07-1.54); p <0.00001), indicating that the combined on-demand PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI increased the mean IELT 1.3 minutes compared to the on-demand PDE5 inhibitor alone. Analysis of the side effects of nausea (OR = 5.16; 95% CI = 1.58-16.78; p = 0.006) and yawning (OR = 10.98; 95% CI = 1.32-91.02; p = 0.03) showed significant results. Conclusion: The combination of on-demand PDE5 inhibitor and SSRI showed promising results in PE management compared to on-demand PDE5 inhibitor monotherapy based on the IELT with few minimal side effects, such as nausea and yawning.

Vicharchika is stated as a Kshudra-Kushtha & Sadhya Kushtha by all acharya, but Kushtha is one among Ashta Mahagada. So, it is difficult to cure. Vicharchika can be seen at any age but frequently in young age due to exposure to occupational, environmental factors and mental stress. Now a day junk food, irregularity in food taking, suppression of natural urges, uses of cosmetics and other chemicals, polluted environment, stressful life and Emotional disturbances definitely play a major role in manifestation of Vicharchika.

The main problem in India with respect to floods is inundation, drainage congestion due to urbanization and bank erosion. The problem depends on the river system, topography of the place and flow phenomenon. Flooding occurs when an extreme volume of water is carried by rivers, creeks and many other geographical features into areas where the water cannot be drained adequately. Floods cause extremely large numbers of fatalities in every country, but due to India's extremely high population density and often under-enforced development standards, a large amount of damages and many deaths which could be otherwise avoided. India witnesses flood due to excessive rain which then results in overflow of rivers, lakes and dams, which adds to cause large amounts of damage to people's lives and property. Hence this novel approach is used to monitor and alert floods using Arduino in affecting prone areas.

Angle closure in a myopic patient is rare. Here is presented a report of one 37- years old female patient who presented with cloudiness of vision in both eyes (OU) since 2 months, associated with occasional ocular pain and heaviness around temporal region for 1 year. There was no history of ocular trauma. On presentation, her best corrected visual acuity was 6/9[ -4.50/-1.25x120] in Right eye and 6/9[-5.25DS] in Left Eye. Slit Lamp examination demonstrated a shallow anterior chamber [Van Herick Grade I] in both eyes. Moreover both the eyes exhibited shorter axial length with increased Lens vault and thickness. The intraocular pressures (IOP) recorded were 14mm Hg for right eye and 16 mm Hg for Left eye respectively. Gonioscopy revealed completely closed angles for both the eyes. However she was successfully treated with Peripheral Laser Iridotomy in both eyes to completely open her angles. This case demonstrates the uncommon presentation of narrow angles in a moderately myopic patient. The age and refractive error of this patient should immediately raise the possibility of an atypical cause of angle narrowing. In this case, the examination findings point to Microspherophakia with increased Lens vault as a cause of angle narrowing.

Today, people use online resources to conduct a lot of research to find out information, rather than face-to-to-face onespace resources. Consumers use the internet to access and process travel-related information, buy a variety of tourism products and services, and express their ideas and preferences in online product and service development projects. Some people may become confused as a result of information overload as the use of information search increases, a problem that is more likely to occur in the context of online information search. g. As a result, since the amount of information on a topic can be enormous while the user's capacity to process it is limited, the risk of online information confusion is extremely high. The aim of this study is to develop a conceptual model that demonstrates the causes and implications of consumers' confusion about online tourism. The model proposes that too many, too similar, and too ambiguous tourism details are three major causes of online consumer confusion, based on a combination of information provider and receiver perspectives.

Raipur and Bilaspur airports in Chhattisgarh state have sustainable air-network under Regional Connectivity System-Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik [RCS-UDAN], Government of India. Both airports belong to low traffic airport category with single runway and associated aspects as per regulatory and statutory bodies namely: AAI [Airport Authority of India] & DGCA [Directorate General Civil Aviation] respectively. The associated aspects of runway are: Taxiway, Apron, Helipad, Hanger, Air- strip etc. They serve the principle purpose for landing and taking off the aero- planes towards transporting the air travelers and cargo through airport. It is well supported and coordinated by navigation cum air traffic control system, flight booking, time-maintenance and security check up arrangements at airport through operating airlines and local community. The basic norms of runway have been reviewed with respect to aviation history of Indian airports with major infra-structure. The runway and associated aspects have been discussed with comparative study of both airports in terms of SWOT analysis, runway characterization, and technical assessment of runway pavement. The safety parameters of runway have been scrutinized as per guidelines of Federal Aviation Administration [FAA] & International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO]. The status for maintenance of runway pavement for Indian airports has been empathized.

Partial Discharge (PD) characteristics of particles in gas plays a major role in the High Voltage Engineering. PD give rise to weak insulation leading to breakdown gradually in the system. The Gas Insulated substation(GIS) and gas insulated transmission line(GIL) uses sulphur hexa fluoride (SF6). The later is considered to be the greenhouse gas. The environmentalists and power engineers have seriously considered the contribution of SF6 gas to ozone depletion and the global greenhouse effect with a global warming potential(GWP) of 23,900 times that of Carbon-di-oxide. SF6 is believed to form highly toxic and corrosive compounds when subjected to electrical discharges. Due to these drawbacks of SF6, there is a strong urge worldwide that users actively pursue means to minimize the release of SF6 into the environment. Pressurized air can be another alternative for SF6. The investigation on the behaviour of air at different pressures can be observed with different particle contaminant. This paper presents the PD characteristics of particles in pressurized air. It projects various parameters like PD inception voltage, peak charge values and PD patterns in 3D view. This paper depicts power dissipation in ?watts and shows the PD activity in different phase angles of the applied voltage.
