Women make up half of the world's population, but they continue to face inequalities in every field, whether in government or non-government organisations, and particularly in leadership because men believe women cannot be good leaders or managers, whereas men agree for women to work at home because men believe women are only good for domestic work. Attaining gender equality in organisations at all levels is a lengthy and difficult process that necessitates the involvement of the entire firm as well as a strong commitment from top management. "Women constitute half of the world's population, undertake two-thirds of the world's labour, but receive just a third of the world's income," according to UN publications on "women issues of the year 2000." "I make a tenth of its income and hold less than a hundredth of its assets." Women account for more than 40% of the global labour force and half of the global population. Over the years government seeks to establish policies and programmes to progress women in government companies and organisations. Women produce more than 55 percent of the food grown in developing countries, particularly in rural areas. According to several surveys, women have shown to be successful business owners as well as managers (Koshal, M., Koshal, R. K., & Gupta, A. K). According to the research, women make up 16 percent of junior management jobs, 4 percent of middle and senior management positions, and only 1% of organisational leadership positions (CEOs). This paper is based on secondary information. The study focuses on the challenges that women face in India when it comes to top management position and overall leadership and management.

In both developed and developing economies, employee performance is critical to all businesses. The worrisome rise in the rate of business failure, shutdown, and employee poor productivity. Employees play a critical role in ensuring that firms maintain a competitive advantage over competitors around the world. According to the findings, using a recruitment agency and internal employee recommendations in the recruitment/selection process allows organisations to hire dedicated employees. Employees are more productive when they are recruited through the influence of the host community, yet this leads to organisational inefficiency. The study concludes that organisations can use employment agencies in the recruitment and selection process, but they must be willing to share the job description and responsibilities with them. Accepting referred candidates for employment from devoted and engaged employees was also advised since it improves employee mentorship, monitoring, obedience, and coaching. It was also recommended that recruitment/selection be focused on the candidates' ability to accomplish job tasks rather than considerations based on host community influences.

Worldwide, drinking water is an important need for people of all the countries. With such universal necessity, distribution of drinking water has not been streamlined. With the present manual techniques to prevent leaks, contamination, and managing pipeline network there are lots of inefficiencies in the system which leads to wastage of water. To prevent this wastage of water and to make a better system which not only prevents leaks in the pipeline but also detects water contamination and helps the authorities manage the pipelines better an IoT based system is proposed. The proposed system provides a complete solution for a city's drinking water pipeline needs. The proposed system can save on manpower and money for the government. The proposed system is self-sufficient in power and batteries do not need to be manually charged as it uses a dynamo setup for charging the by converting the kinetic energy into electrical energy

In this modern world, android devices and smartphones are used on a large scale. A lot of data is stored on our smartphones as a part of our daily lives. Many times, it may happen that we accidentally delete an important file or document, images. Usually we may have the feature of a recycle bin or backup storage in our android device, which may store recently deleted files, but it is not always the case. Also, data loss in Android devices can occur due to a multitude of reasons like malware, upgrades in OS, compromised devices, system reboots etc. In this paper we have discussed a proposed methodology for data recovery of deleted data from an Android by trying to gain temporary root access and recovering the data from internal storage.

The coronavirus has been increasing across the world. It is important to take some precautions at each and every palce.Mainly in public places as the people presence is in majority. As we know it is hard to check out each and every person and monitor them manually. So we led us to bring this project into presence. In this project firstly it detects whether the person wears facemask or not using webcamera and then detects the temperature using MLX90614 IR temperature sensor. Here the tunnel allows only if the person is detected by facemask and then the temperature of a person should be normal. And finally it sprays the sanitization for the whole body. This project mainly helps in decreasing the manual presence to detect facemasks. It ensures each and every person to stay safe and should follow the rules and regulations given by the government.

India ranks 3rd in world for consumption of fuel. and hydrocarbon based conventional fuels are considered as fast depleting and harmful to the environment as they release poisonous chemical to the atmosphere. The alternative for this is power alcohol which is blending of petrol and ethanol with ratio of 80:20 power alcohol is good anti knocking agent and releases less carbon in atmosphere. And it is a biofuel which is made from agricultural waste like corn .sugarcane (molasses) etc. the process used for manufacturing is by fermentation process

Text summarisation comes under the domain of Natural Language Processing (NLP), which entails replacing a long, precise and concise text with a shorter, precise and concise one. Manual text summarising takes a lot of time, effort and money and it's even unfeasible when there's a lot of text. Much research has been conducted since the 1950s and researchers are still developing Automatic Text Summarisation (ATS) systems. In the past few years, lots of textsummarisation algorithms and approaches have been created. In most cases, summarisation algorithms simply turn the input text into a collection of vectors or tokens. The basic objective of this research is to review the different strategies used for text summarising. There are three types of ATS approaches, namely: Extractive text summarisation approach, Abstractive text summarisation approach and Hybrid text summarisation approach. The first method chooses the relevant statements out of the given input text or document & convolves those statements to create the final output as summary. The second method converts the input document into an intermedial representation before generating a summary containing phrases that differ from the originals. Both the extractive and abstractive processes are used in the hybrid method. Despite all of the methodologies presented, the produced summaries still lag behind human-authored summaries. By addressing the various components of ATS approaches, methodologies, techniques, datasets, assessment methods and future research goals, this study provides a thorough review for researchers and novices in the field of NLP.

Introduction Myocardial Infarction (MI) is a type of heart attack that is caused by a reduction or cessation of blood supply to a specific area of the heart, resulting in myocardial cell necrosis. A blood clot in the epicardial artery, which supplies that area of the heart muscle, is usually the cause. Reduced coronary blood flow is the cause of acute myocardial infarction, as the availability of oxygen supply is insufficient to meet the tissue demand for oxygen, hence myocardial ischemia occurs. According to American Heart Association, the target treatment goal of Thrombolysis is ?30 minutes and Primary Coronary Intervention (PCI) is ?90 mins for a patient that arrives in a hospital with PCI facilities or of ?120 mins for patients reaching at a hospital without PCI capacity according to account for transfer time. An Algorithm is a diagrammatic representation with diverging pathways that leads to a desired end that is a schematic representation of the decision-making process. Optimal use of Algorithms aids the Practitioners and offers a step-by-step, user-friendly methodology that improves healthcare personnel' capacity to make informed clinical decisions for patients with Myocardial Infarction based on the best available resources. Methods: The Reperfusion Algorithm was developed using a Mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research strategy in accordance with Delphi technique. 15 Delphi experts were chosen using a non-probability convenient sampling method and based on the study's selection criteria. In three rounds, 15 Delphi experts were polled for their opinions. An open-ended questionnaire was provided to Delphi experts in round one. In round two, an inclusion-exclusion checklist was created based on the experts' recommendations and circulated to the Delphi experts. Finally, a correlation was found between rounds 2 and 3 to indicate major differences in viewpoints, and Delphi experts distributed a five-point Likert scale to determine the level of agreement. Results: Kendall's tau-u formula was used to compare expert opinions, and it revealed that there is no significant difference in expert opinion in rounds 2 and 3 (P >0.05). Content Validity Index of Experts and Content Validity Index of Inclusion items were utilized in this study to validate the tool Content Validity Index of Experts and Content Validity Index of Inclusion items. The Content Validity Index for inclusion items was 0.958, indicating that the instrument is highly valid overall. The inclusion item was eliminated if it had a score of less than 0.78. The final draught of the Reperfusion Algorithm was pilot tested, and the tool's dependability was 0.932, indicating that it is quite reliable. Conclusion: The study comes to an end with the construction of a final time-specific reperfusion algorithm, which was constructed and validated using Delphi techniques. The validated reperfusion algorithm was highly reliable for patients affected with ST -segment elevated Myocardial infarction.
