Due to its simplicity and low cost, analyzing an electrocardiogram (ECG) is the most common technique for detecting cardiac arrhythmia. The massive amount of ECG data collected every day, in home and hospital, may preclude data review by human operators/technicians. Therefore, several methods are proposed for either fully automatic arrhythmia detection or event selection for further verification by human experts. In the last decades, several works were developed to produce automatic ECG-based heartbeat classification methods. In this work, we survey the current state-of-the-art methods of ECG-based automated abnormalities heartbeat classification. There are number of challenges in detection of arrhythmias in heart beat dataset. Although many researchers have suggested various approaches to resolve them, still there are requirements for invention and improvements

: Finite element method (FEM) is a numerical method for solving a differential or integral equation. It has been applied to a number of physical problems, where the governing differential equations are available. The Ansys explicit dynamics suite enables you to capture the physics of short- duration events for products that undergo highly nonlinear, transient dynamic forces. This paper studies the impact of bullet with aluminium alloy plate fixed on all sides. Simulations were carried out to study effect of bullet impact angle and thickness of aluminium alloy plates. These simulations were performed through Ansys Workbench and the impact velocity was 1500 m/s in the test. Explicit dynamics simulations are addressed by three products in the Ansys suite, and the right tool for the job depends on user needs and applications: ANSYS AUTODYN was the software used in this analysis. The aim of the present paper is to determine whether velocity or distance is the key factor to determine that the bullet can pierce the Armor. The deformation is done on Plate and Bullet. For the Analysis two materials are been used: AL2024-T4 for Plate & Steel 1006 for the Bullet

This article aims to identify the relationship between the accuracy of firm value attained by using different number of comparable companies to carry out a relative valuation. A major question regarding relative valuation is the most optimal number of comparable firms to be used, this study aims to answer that question by looking at 14 sectors in the Indian economy. The study finds the enterprise value of each target company selected by using a range of comparable companies, from the closest comparable company to the top ten closest comparable and finds the enterprise value. The study then identifies the absolute error and presents its findings regarding the most optimal number of firms to be used to attain the most accurate enterprise value in a relative valuation process. The study also analyses the effect of the overall number of firms in the sector and if this has an effect on the error value attained by using the industry multiple for the valuation process, thus, answering the question of if a sector with many firms provides a more accurate enterprise value of the target that a sector with a smaller number of firms. This helps confirm the market effect on the valuation process.

Healthy and Dignified lives of humanity are highly dependent on the physical environment in which we all live. Natural Resources such as air, water, and soil conditions are among the essential elements of the physical environment, which are global commons that don't fall under the jurisdictions of any one country to have a right to damage. Pollution free environment is an international human right and also a natural right of every living-organism. Environmental issues & priorities are also closely interlocked with economic development. The Rapid growth of industrialization in Developed Countries and attempts of the Developing nations for economic improvement are causing several environmental problems. Many countries in the world are now changing from an agricultural base to service and industrial sectors, which are an indication of growth & development, but this, can cause irretrievable damage to the environment. Sustainable growth is encouraging balanced growth without destroying nature which is need, so it is now time to create awareness that penetrates till the grass root levels of every locality. In India, According to the article 21 of the constitution the Fundamental Right of every citizen to Quality life and personal liberty includes a person's right to fresh air, clean water, and pollution-free environment. In this paper we attempts to address different dimensions from the perspective of the law of Environmental focusing on the root causes of geo-hazards with certain case studies to promote all the required actions to achieve sustainable development.

The main objective of the present investigation was to study the relationship between Frustration and Locus of Control of the Adolescents. To achieve this objective, the Frustration Scale by Dixit and Srivastava (2004) and Locus of Control Scale by Hasnain and Joshi (2017) were used. The sample consisted of 200 adolescents selected randomly from Government Senior Secondary Schools of Moga District of Punjab, India. The sample was equally categorized between Boys-Girls, and Rural-Urban Adolescents. Statistical techniques viz. - Mean, Standard Deviation, Standard Error of Means, t-test, Coefficient of Correlation (r) and Regression were used to analyze the data. The results revealed that there exists a significant difference in the frustration level of boys and girls adolescents. Boys depicted more frustration as compared to girls. Further there also exists a significant difference in the frustration level of rural and urban area adolescents. Rural area adolescents depicted more frustration as compared to urban area adolescents. Results further revealed that adolescents differ significantly on locus of control with respect to gender and locale. Girls depicted more locus of control as compared to boys and urban area adolescents also depicted more locus of control when compared with rural area adolescents. The results further revealed that there exists a negative relationship between Frustration and Locus of Control of the Adolescents. It means that Locus of Control inversely affects the Frustration of the Adolescents. If the Adolescents have a high level of Locus of Control then their Frustration will be less and Vice-Versa.

Online Examination is a fundamental fixing in electronic and intelligent learning, in any case, in instructive climate the vast majority of assessments are done in the traditional paper-based path because of the absence of resumption ability when power/organization/actual PC's segment disappointments. Thus, embracing and building up an online assessment framework goes about as a functioning exploration region as of late. This paper audits the best in class and the-craft of-the-practice for nine universally useful online assessment frameworks found in the writing, just as, some devoted mechanical frameworks dependent on seven chosen interlaced highlights; to be specific: secure login, resumption capacity, multi-educator, arbitrary inquiry choice, irregular inquiries appropriation, irregular decision dispersion, and compactness execution strategy. Despite the fact that, the execution of these frameworks is promising, nonetheless, these frameworks make them drain focuses. For example, by rehearsing the current assessments framework, some difficult highlights are found and others are absent. Among these highlights; to be specific: the resumption ability and the blend of randomization highlights are absent in the evaluated frameworks. Fix and work from prior works, this paper proposes an Online Examination System (OLES) that tends to every one of the chosen highlights to work with embracing on the web assessment. Instructors and instructive foundations are endeavoring to track down a fitting methodology to rouse just as connect with Understudies in the learning cycle. Organizations are empowering the utilization of gamification in schooling to improve the natural inspiration just as commitment. Nonetheless, the understudies' viewpoint of the issue is under-researched. The reason for this exploration study was to investigate graduate understudies' viewpoints toward the utilization of gasification procedures in Internet learning. Notwithstanding, most current investigations need cautious and careful exploratory assessment on the impact of gamification and are ordinarily applied to science learning for grown-ups which makes it hard to sum up the discoveries to other learning spaces. Online Examination System is an on-line test system is to take online assessment, test in an effective way and no time squandering for physically checking of the test paper. The principle objective of this electronic online assessment framework is to effectively assess the understudy completely through a completely robotized framework that saves parcel of time as well as gives quick and exact outcomes. For understudies they give papers as per their comfort from any area by utilizing web and time and there is no need of utilizing Online assessment framework assists understudies with offering a speedy and simple approach to show up for the test. It likewise gives the outcomes following the assessment with 100% exactness and security. Understudy can enter to perform test just with their legitimate username and secret phrase. This assessment contains various decision questions and proper number of alternatives. There are no impediments on number of alternatives and it very well may be randomized so same arrangement of inquiry won't appear to all understudy so it forestalls control. Beyond what one choice can be right however the client can choose just a single alternative. This gives time limit. The client can see their outcomes subsequent to finishing the test. This assists the understudies with composing the test from far distance and which can give security and straightforwardness and other helpful highlights to the client.

In the face of the impact of corona virus COVID-19 pandemic on every human in the world, the question is of how individuals and organizations can proactively take action to prevent the onset of stress, instead of reacting to its adverse consequences of the pandemic situation. This research studies the working from home aspects faced by working people which has now penetrated in personal and professional spaces, in this phase of pandemic. Even those who were previously sceptical about achieving efficiency in distributed teams are now embracing it as a new way of working. Up grading and making use of digital platforms to stay connected. The more self- awareness needs about work style, find ways to work smarter, not harder. Perhaps it is time that the expression "work-life balance" is laid to rest, and, in its place, we use the term "work-life integration." People who make this transition may well find that their resilience is strengthened because the mindset is about accepting and incorporating multiple demands upon our time and talents, between work, health, responsibility and family.

The Groundwater is major source for the people who works in different parts of works like irrigation, Domestic & Industrial parts, etc. So specially in coastal regions, there are some effects on the Groundwater due to sea water intrusion. Now a days, SWI is major environmental issue all over the world. These salinity concentration in groundwater may harmful for plants and animal that use it. Present study aims to analyses that how much effects should be done on the ground water by the nearer Sea water course. There are many reasons of SWI, but major factor is increasing the rate of pumping water from groundwater and decreasing rate of groundwater recharge. The aquifer zone in the study region are essential contributor sources of drinking water and irrigation water for agriculture needs. Present study uses the MODFLOW tool and Hydro-chemical method for the study of Sea water impact detailing in Groundwater in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat. From the literature study it is sensible that MODFLOW is best to study Seawater Intrusion because it is easy of applicate with effective inputs and accurate outputs. The MODFLOW is used for the creating, running and processing of Seawater Intrusion based model. The ground water samples are collected from 42 wells from different villages of Bhavnagar coastal area. Based on the well location and water sample, the study is carried out by making numerical model in MODFLOW and chemical analysis. Numerical model is generated in MODFLOW tool by putting Recharge, Drainage, Evapotranspiration value as an input parameter. From the model, it can be seen that SWI occurs in the coastal region at the rate of 3400-4500 cm2/day varies in village to village. In Hydro-chemical analysis EC, TDS, pH parameters have been checked for study. In more than 54% of well, EC value is exceeding 2250 ?mhos/cm and TDS concentration in more than 60% of wells is greater than 2000 mg/l and pH value of all the sample is lies between 7.1 to 8.5. So, these result shows that due to Sea water Intrusion, nearer groundwater is contaminated, its quality reduced and it is not suitable for any use.

ABSTRACT: Aim: The present work focused on to formulate, evaluate and optimize lipid based nanoemulsion of orlistat to enhance drug release. Materials and Methods: Nanoemulsion was prepared using Olive oil, Tween 80, and Distilled water as components. Lipid based nanoemulsion was evaluated for its pH, Rheology study, zeta potential, conductivity, particle size analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and stability. Central composite design was utilized for the optimization purpose. Formulation variables such as the concentration of Oil (ml) (X1) and Water (ml) (X2) were investigated for their effect on viscosity (Y1) and drug content (Y2). Optimized formulation evaluated for the various parameters. Result and Discussion: The responses Y1 and Y2 for the optimized formulation were found to be 0.167 cps and 99%. Orlistat release from the optimized formulation was faster than other formulations obtained from DOE. Increased in vitro drug release of the drug from lipid based nanoemulsion suggests that the nanoemulsion could serve as potential formulation strategy for Orlistat. Conclusion: The lipid based nanoemulsion can be used as a possible alternative to traditional formulations of orlistat to improve its dissolution rate leading to enhanced bioavailability.
