Background: Various maternal factors could help to determine the health status of newborns. The important contributors of child survival are good maternal health care and nutrition. Maternal infections and other poor conditions usually contribute as an indicator of neonatal morbidity and mortality. Some of the maternal factors reflect the genetic blueprint laid down for the newborn. Thus, newborn characteristics echo a complex combination of various maternal factors. Material and methods: A descriptive cross sectional study is conducted at academic tertiary referral hospital with 100 newborns and their biological mothers by using non probability sampling to find the effect of selected maternal factors on birth characteristics of newborns by using structured proforma and descriptive inferential statistics was used to analyze the data. Result: Among all samples 98% of newborns had no depression, 88% newborns anthropometry was normal and 95% newborns were appropriate to term gestation. Selected maternal factors had positive correlation on birth characteristics of newborns (r = 0.9) Conclusion: It emphasis that selected maternal factors is good predictors of newborn characteristics. There by the future risk for complications, morbidity and mortality rate of mothers and newborns can be prevented by simple awareness in general population of mothers for improving health status and future development of newborns

Climate change has been taking place on the Earth is surface for a long time. Evidence of this is being received in many places from prehistoric times till now. The study scholars Wagner, G. Taylor, Tewartha etc. are proves that the effects of climate change are visible on a large scale on the earth is surface. In this era of science and technology, due to the increase in the rate of climate change, it is ill effects are visible. If thish time is not taken care of in time, then there is a possibility of destruction of human civilization.

Tensegrity structures are lightweight structures created of cables in tension and struts in Compression. Since tensegrity systems exhibit geometrically nonlinear behavior, finding optimal Structural designs are difficult. This results in interest about possibilities of applying tensegrity as load carrying structure in a pedestrian bridge design. Tensegrity structures are light in Weight therefore very efficient and deployable. As compared to their self-weight they can resist a large number of loading if designed properly. Now and further these structures are used in architecture purpose. However, design as well as the positioning of struts and cable to achieve equilibrium is quite complex and challenging.

The exponential rise in the production of plastic and the consequential surge in plastic waste have led the scientists and researchers look out for innovative and sustainable means to reuse/recycle the plastic waste in order to reduce its negative impact on environment. Construction material, converting waste plastic into fuel, household goods, fabric and clothing are some of the sectors where waste plastic is emerging as a viable option. Out of these, construction material modified with plastic waste has garnered lot of attention. Modification of construction material with plastic waste serves a dual purpose. It reduces the amount of plastic waste going to landfills or litter and secondly lessens the use of mined construction materials, thereby mitigating the negative impact of construction industry on environment. This paper summarizes the developments with regard to the use of plastic waste as a constituent of construction material. Inclusion of plastic waste as a binder, aggregate, fine aggregate, modifier or substitute of cement and sand in the manufacturing of bricks, tiles, concrete and roads has been comprehensively reviewed. Also, the influence of addition of plastic waste on strength properties, water absorption, durability, etc. has been thoroughly discussed. The research studies considered for this review have been categorized based on whether they dealt with the use of plastic waste for bricks and tiles or in concrete for road construction.

Sequences of execution of algorithms in an interactive manner using multimedia tools are employed in this paper. It helps to realize the concept of fundamentals of algorithms such as searching and sorting method in a simple manner. Visualization gains more attention than theoretical study and it is an easy way of learning process. We propose methods for finding runtime sequence of each algorithm in an interactive way and aims to overcome the drawbacks of the existing character systems. System illustrates each and every step clearly using text and animation. Comparisons of its time complexity have been carried out and results show that our approach provides better perceptive of algorithms.

Muthuramalinga Thevar was apparent that the British freedom grants never improved India's dismal economic situation because the laborers continued to starve and their personal economic standards remained intact. By his own immaculate unique attributes, Muthuramalinga Thevar, the patriot, economist, spiritualist, and socialist, served as a model for individuals from all walks of life. He dedicated himself to others, who were capable of judging the rights and wrongs, without regard for his own health or money. He appraised the diverse political tendencies in their genuine colors throughout his career as an undeterred true politician during the British period and the period after independence. His extensive understanding of regional, national, and worldwide affairs elevated him to a position where no one could approach him at any moment. This study elaborated the contributions of Muthuramalinga Thevar in terms of economic development for the people of Tamil Nadu.

This paper proposes a single transmit and multi transmit fuzzy queuing models with single and multiple servers using various aspects. Here we consider the arrival rate to follow Poisson distribution and assume to follow heptagonal and octagonal fuzzy numbers. Based on that we evaluate the performance measures by applying the ranking technique. A numerical examples are also evaluated to show the methodology.

The Indian scenario of the banking industry has a robust network of public and private sector banks that continue to work seamlessly reinforcing the Indian economy. The operational scope and targets of the public sector and private sector differ to a great extent even though they work together under several governmental schemes. While the greatest objective of public sector banks is social welfare, private sector banks are more target-oriented focusing on profitability. The study attempts to derive a comparison between the financial performance of the public and private sectors concerning internal and external factors that influence the overall performance of the banking industry. This study might prove helpful in reinforcing the central policies and identifying factors that are adversely affecting performance so that banks can equip themselves in a better way to counteract any financial shocks that may occur in the future. The goal of this research was to examine the financial performance of a few public and private sector banks from 2017 to 2021. The study concluded that both public sector banks and private sector banks need to focus on decreasing their non-performing assets as they seriously dent the profitability of banks by affecting its revenue. Banks need to work from the perspective of improving revenue and also cutting expenses if they wish to reinforce their banking performance.

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have suddenly caught the interest of investors, with some NFTs achieving previously incredible selling values for a non-fungible virtual asset. Through the lens of a digital asset's non-fungibility, this raises fascinating questions about "value" and "scarcity" in relation to blockchain technology, and the purpose of this paper is to bring attention to these questions as far as they may shape an alternative space of blockchain development and exchange in the future
