Natural ingredients have been used from ancient times for skincare purposes. Nowadays, they are becoming more common in formulations, due to consumers concerns about synthetic ingredients or chemical substances. The use of bioactive extracts from a variety of plant in cosmetics are for two purposes such as body care and also influence the biological functions of the skin, providing the nutrients for the healthy skin. Generally, plant extracts are a rich source of vitamins, antioxidants, essential oils, hydrocolloids, proteins, terpenoid, and other bioactive compounds. According to their composition, these extracts can provide different properties. Nigella sativa also called black cumin and kalonji is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae. It contains many bioactive like thymoquinone, thymohydroquinone, dithymoquinone, thymol, etc. Along with pharmacological activities it also provides cosmetic activities like sun protection; anti-skin pigmentation, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial etc. Thymoquinone is the main constituent of N.Sativa seed responsible for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve skin complexion, boost the production of melanin, help to decline in skin hyperpigmentation, and cure pimple by antibacterial property. N.sativa extract helps to brightening the skin. The current review highlights the potential use and benefits of Nigella sativa in cosmetic formulation.

Medical data is one of the most sensitive types of data. Secure storage and making full use of personal medical records has always been a concern for the general population. The emergence of blockchain technology brings a new idea to solve this problem. The current way of sharing medical data is mostly done by physically transporting the document or sharing it online via email. These methods are prone to MTM (Man in the Middle) attacks where an unauthorized person might get access to medical records. Also in case if the transportation medium is compromised our data will also be compromised. Our solution is to develop a storage scheme to manage personal medical data based on blockchain and cloud storage. The system can be used by both patients and doctors. The patient can choose which report they want to share with the doctor. The Files would first be used by an OCR (optical Character Recognition ) pass which will extract the important data from the files using keyword filtering .The data will then encrypted using AES which can only be decrypted with a special key which can only be used by the patient or doctor who is authorized by the patient. The system would also have different analytical tools to help the doctor in recognizing different illnesses or take a second opinion. The system will have different endpoints through which they can avail different facilities such as Detection of pneumonia in chest x-rays.

Education competence in the present world is interwoven with the progress of every society. The most significant agency of education is school, where an individual should learn not only academics but to adjust with the surrounding in specific and society at large. The social standing of an individual is strongly characterized by the predominant features of his or her family background. School achievements are considered to be the most important in determining the career of a student. Analysis of data collected shows that the adjustment pattern is similar among students in boys, girls and co-education state board schools at the secondary level. It is also further seen that the co-education students are better than the boys in the socio-economic status of state board schools. It is also concluded from the study that co-education students are better than boys and girls in their academic achievement of state board schools. This can be due to the competitive spirit between the opposite genders with each of them trying to perform better than the other.

India has seen expanded support of ladies in all areas of the work market. In any case, the vocation way of Indian ladies is certainly not a ceaseless one. Notwithstanding the flooding profession possibilities, ladies keep on stopping their positions. Some return in the wake of taking a break, while others are always lost to the work markets. Those ladies, who return to the labor force discover trouble in recovering their vocation energy due to the requests they face at work and home. Associations are progressively esteeming these reemergence ladies' ability and are consequently returning activities to carry them to labor force and hold them by giving a few working environment emotionally supportive networks like adaptable timings and work-from-home alternatives. Subsequently, various examinations have exactly analyzed the connections between such authoritative backings and occupation perspectives of representatives. In any case, there are not many investigations that have examined the directing job of apparent work and family requests in these connections especially for reemergence ladies. In spite of the fact that there are a couple of studies on reemergence ladies in other social settings, scarcely any investigation is found in the Indian setting. Almost nothing is thought about the principle explanations behind vocation exit and profession reemergence and the elements, difficulties, obstructions, and openings at the individual, family, and hierarchical levels for ladies who choose to join back work after a lifelong break.

ABSTRACT A reliable and timely forecast on the Potential Fishing Zone using satellite derived sea surface temperature and chlorophyll has become an important aspect for the fishermen. The potential fishing zone (PFZ) advisories received from Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Hyderabad during April, 2007 to March, 2012 were validated along Maharashtra coast. Available information was disseminated to the fishermen community via electronic digital display boards, internet media, fax and telephonic massages at the 3 major fish landing centers (Harnai, Mirkarwada and Sakhri-Natye) of Ratnagiri district coast of Maharashtra. Feedback was collected for both the PFZ and Non-PFZ locations in the prescribed format developed by INCOIS office Hyderabad. This contains name of vessel or boat, date of fishing, time of hauling, latitude and longitude, type of net used, depth of catch, distance from the coast, direction, catch in kg, major catch in kg and major variety. In the present study an attempt has been made to compare fish catch per unit efforts (CPUE) in the areas predicted by Satellite imagery (potential fishing zones PFZ) and with those of non predicted areas (outside potential fishing zones). The direct validations were done within and outside PFZ area, which shows positive relationship between PFZ and abundance in pelagic fisheries. It means comparing the catch using fishing vessels simultaneously from the potential fishing zones (notified region) with that of catch from outside potential fishing zones (non notified region). Then the Catch per Unit Efforts (CPUE) was computed by dividing total fish catch (Kg) by number of fishing hours. The comparison was made of catch data from PFZ with outside PFZ areas from notified vessels from 3 fish landing centres, in which Mirkarwada fish landing centre showed higher fish catch than Harnai and Sakhri-Natye. Also the CPUE was significantly higher during the year 2011-12 than in 2007-08 and followed by 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11. About 70% increases was reported in total fish catch CPUE in potential fishing zones PFZ than outside potential fishing zones PFZ in 30-100 m depth zones. 50% advisory was used by fisher folk of Ratnagiri district which is higher than the fisher folk of Maharashtra State which was used only 40% PFZ forecast to extent their fishing activity. An analysis of fish catch data from fishing vessels (within and outside PFZ) revealed that CPUE was higher in notified areas compared to non-notified areas in trawl as well as purse-seine net operations during 2007-2012. Therefore the accuracy of timely forecasts of PFZ validation is important source of economic gain in fisheries.

It is a perennial duty of philosophers especially African Philosophers themselves to delve deep into many of the African traditional concepts. The aim, therefore, is to critically evaluate and re-evaluate them as to make them more scientific and validating the truth contains in those concepts. Man in every era has been hunted by the terrifying possibility of total extinction as he lives in a constant presence of the inevitability of death. Hence, the Igbo concept of reincarnation project a confluence of the idea of birth, death, soul, physical world and the spiritual world vis-a-vis their interdependence as well as the desirousness of an Igbo African man to make his relationship with both the living community and the ancestral community permanent. This idea is grounded on the African concept of the inseparability of the spiritual and the material worlds. Hence, given the obvious controversies accompanying the notion of reincarnation in Igbo-African Cosmo-ontological framework, the writer articulated in this paper a philosophical appraisal of reincarnation from Igbo onto-philosophical purview. The write in order to achieve this project, employed the method of philosophical appraisal. By the time the work is accomplished, it is hoped to have realized its aim of establishing that several theories about man and nature of the universe which were once held to be established truths have today been discarded on account of being either inadequate or no longer tenable or out-rightly misleading.

The chassis frame forms the backbone of a vehicle; its principal performance is to soundly carry the most load for all designed operational conditions. This paper describes the planning and analysis of auto chassis. Weight reduction is currently the most issue within the industry. during this paper, the size of AN existing vehicle chassis frame of a Eicher truck eleven.0 is taken for modeling and analysis of a vehicle chassis frame with 3 completely different composite materials specifically, Carbon/Epoxy, E-glass/Epoxy, and S-glass /Epoxy subjected to identical pressure as that of a steel chassis frame. the planning constraints were stresses and deflections. The 3 completely different composite vehicle chassis frames are sculpturesque by considering C cross-sections. For validation, the planning is finished by applying the vertical masses functioning on the horizontal completely different cross-sections. the software package used for this work is Solid works for modeling, ANSYS workbench for analysis.

Antibiotics are'wonderful drugs' that fight germs. Antibiotic resistance is projected to be one of the greatest healthcare challenges of the 21st century Infection is a major cause of death in the developing world. This is mainly due to the emergence of new infectious viruses and mainly due to the emergence of antimicrobial resistance. Over time, with the bacteria becoming clearer and more consistent, the careless use of antibiotics in clinical practice has led to bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents. Antimicrobial resistance is known to be a major problem in the treatment of infectious diseases. Antibiotic resistance mechanisms include the following: antibiotic inactivation, target modification, permeability, and "bypass"of the metabolic pathway. Determination of antibiotics of all classes (phenotypes) and antibodies responsible for antimicrobials (genetic analysis) is helpful This review article also uses the effective use of antibiotics in human and animal health to reduce resistance to germs. Evidence from the literature shows that information about antibiotic resistance in humans is still available. Therefore, the need to educate patients and the community is important in the fight against the virus.

Pneumonia is a life-threatening infectious disease affecting one or both lungs in humans commonly caused by bacteria called Streptococcus pneumonia. One in three deaths in India is caused due to pneumonia as reported by World Health Organization (WHO). Chest X-Rays which are used to diagnose pneumonia need expert radiotherapists for evaluation. Thus, developing an automatic system for detecting pneumonia would be beneficial for treating the disease without any delay particularly in remote areas. Due to the success of deep learning algorithms in analyzing medical images, Convolution Neural Networks (CNNs) have gained much attention for disease classification. In addition, features learned by pre-trained CNN models on large-scale datasets are much useful in image classification tasks. In this work, we appraise the functionality of pre-trained CNN models utilized as feature-extractors followed by different classifiers for the classification of abnormal and normal chest X-Rays. We analytically determine the optimal CNN model for the purpose. Statistical results obtained demonstrates that pretrained CNN models employed along with supervised classifier algorithms can be very beneficial in analyzing chest X-ray images, specifically to detect Pneumonia.

The aim of this paper to demonstrate a framework for school automation systems using a piece of software that is a user interface for organizing all of the school's functions and provide a wide variety of interfaces to deal with future pandemics. Every day, new technologies are emerging which raised the need to deal with innovation in information technology and the old education system. This software helps us in the management and functioning of student, faculty, staff structures. As the population of students increases, there is a large amount of information to be stored, which raised a need for a small controlled framework that can be enabled with a single click on the window to avoid paperwork. It can be used by educational institutions to conveniently store student and faculty information where it offers reliable and up-to-date information about a student's educational profession, while faculty control structures cope with a wide form of school records, consisting of instructional information, pupil records, college records, and different aid-related details. Its also helps to deal with pandemic like covid-19 which disturbed the whole education system by allowing school management to conduct remote online classes, online exam, detail updation by staff from home.
