This research paper delves into the intricate neurochemical processes underlying the perception of romantic relationships by investigating the impact of a hypothetical romantic bond on dopamine neurotransmission in a cohort of 10 healthy individuals. Employing a pioneering methodology that harnesses the power of social media and cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, this study constructs and perpetuates the illusion of a romantic relationship between two AI generated personas - subjects, A (male) and B (female). Over the course of a 5-month longitudinal investigation, participants' dopaminergic activity was assessed using synthetically ai-generated functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) scans, as they were exposed to AI-generated social media content and verbal communication simulating the progression of the delusional relationship. The primary objective of this study is to elucidate the temporal variations in dopamine receptor availability, neural activation patterns, and subjective experiences triggered by the perceived relationship until the participants are debriefed about its illusory nature. By leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques, this research unveils the intricate interplay between AI-mediated social interactions and the mesolimbic dopamine system, which is implicated in reward processing, motivation, and emotional regulation. The findings of this study hold profound implications for understanding the neurobiological underpinnings of romantic attachment, the malleability of human emotions in response to AI-generated stimuli, and the potential therapeutic applications of AI in modulating neurochemical imbalances associated with affective disorders. The methodology employs AI to create realistic personas and social media interactions, simulating a romantic relationship over five months. This approach allows for a controlled investigation into how perceived romantic interactions can influence dopamine activity, a critical component of the brain's reward and pleasure systems. The use of synthetic AI-generated functional imaging data to assess changes in dopaminergic activity further underscores the innovative fusion of technology and neuroscience research. This integration offers a unique window into the complex interplay between social interactions, perceived relationships, and their neurochemical correlates. Furthermore, this research raises important ethical considerations regarding the use of AI in manipulating human cognition and emotion, emphasizing the need for responsible innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration in the burgeoning field of AI-driven neuroscience research.

The dropout rate and child marriages, particularly in developing countries, have long been complex, and the COVID-19 epidemic has worsened matters. The primary aim of this research is to examine how COVID-19 affected dropout rates and child marriages. This study also looks into the steps Indian corporations have taken to prevent dropouts and underage marriages. To protect themselves from the deadly coronavirus, nations initiated lockdowns (the normal functioning of a country is disrupted for the safety of the public), which ensures the protection of its citizens. While the lockdown severely affects the masses' financial conditions, the dropout rate increases with financial pressures. Data for the study was gathered from national and international organisations and various papers and pieces of evaluated literature. The study identifies the elements that affected the number of school dropouts and child marriages during the pandemic, with economic circumstances, lockdown effects, corporate initiatives, learning styles, and sociocultural impacts among the most important. Finally, the research examined the consequences of child marriages and dropouts in India during the crucial period of COVID-19.

This study explores the subtleties of Hyundai small vehicle buying behaviour with an emphasis on the districts of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy. This study attempts to give insights into the variables affecting customers' decisions to purchase Hyundai automobiles by a thorough review of primary and secondary data, including surveys and current literature. The study focuses on the respondents' demographics, their interest in Hyundai vehicles, the variables that influenced their decisions to buy, and the reasons behind their purchases. The survey also assesses brand awareness and consumer satisfaction with Hyundai's after-sales services. Important conclusions show that respondents overwhelmingly preferred Hyundai, with features and performance playing a larger role than price alone. Although overall satisfaction is mediocre, there is space for development in a few specific areas of post-purchase support. The insights acquired provide Hyundai significant implications for improving its competitive position, bolstering customer happiness, and cultivating brand loyalty through focused tactics and advancements in service delivery, despite the study's narrow focus and small sample size.

Background of the study: Caesarean section is a maneuver to deliver the baby through a transabdominal incision in the uterus. At global level the rate of caesarean section is on the rise. India is also experiencing a rapid increase in institutional deliveries. Post operative pain is one of the most common medical complaints and has an increased prevalence amongst post caesarean mothers. Some of this may be due to the prevalence of low back pain in pregnancy and postpartum, with a Swedish study showing 72% experiencing pain during pregnancy and 43% postpartum. Postpartum numbers were lower, at 16%, with increased prevalence among those with a history of back pain, and increased disability associated with weak hip abductors, back extensors, and subjects both low back and pelvic girdle pain, that is pain near the sacroiliac joints and pelvic girdle. Muscle weaknesses in the back and hips have been postulated as a cause for this, and physical therapy showed some benefit. Problem statement: A quasi experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of posture maintenance on reduction of disability related to pain among post caesarean mothers in selected hospitals, Agartala, West Tripura. Objectives of the study: 1. To assess the level of pain. 2. To assess the pre test level of disability related to pain after caesarean section among the post caesarean mothers in both experimental and control group. 3. To administer the techniques of posture maintenance on reduction of disability related to pain among post caesarean mothers in the experimental group. 4. To evaluate the effectiveness of posture maintenance on reduction of disability related to pain among post caesarean mothers in experimental group. 5. To compare the post test level of disability related to pain after caesarean section in between experimental and control group.6. To find out the association between the pre test level of disability related to pain among post caesarean mothers with their selected demographic variables. Methods: The research design was Quasi Experimental pre test post test control group design. The conceptual framework used for this study is based on 'King's Goal attainment theory'. Convenient sampling technique was used to select 20 samples for experimental and 20 for control group. The tools used for data collection was Visual analog scale, structured questionnaire for socio demographic data and Oswestry disability questionnaire. The reliability of the tool was 0.72, it was found reliable. Pre test was taken then the intervention i.e. posture maintenance was implemented on post caesarean mothers of experimental group after the 12 hours of cesarean section. No intervention was given to control group. Gathered data was analyzed by using appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The findings showed that 25% in the age group of 20-25 years and 30-35 years in experimental group. 35% in the age group of 25-30 years and 30-35 years in control group. 40% in experimental group were secondary school passed and 25% in control group were higher secondary and senior basic school passed. 85% in experimental group and 70% in control group were housewife. 60% in experimental group and 75% in control group were from joint family. 65% in experimental group and 60% in control group were primipara. 85% having previous CS in both experimental and control group. 85% having disability related to pain in both experimental and control group. 85% in experimental group and 95% in control group were having previous sources of information. 100% in both experimental group and control group were getting information from health professionals. 55% in the height range of 1.50-1.60m in experimental group and 40% in the height range of 1.40- 1.50m and 1.50-1.60m in control group. 40% in the weight range of 55-60 kg and 60- 65 kg in experimental group. 55% in the weight range of 55-60 kg in control group. 60% in the BMI range of 20-25 in experimental group and 60% in the BMI range of 25-30 in control group.Among 40 post caesarean mothers 100% having severe pain during pretest in both experimental and control group. During post test 95% having mild pain and 5% having moderate pain in experimental group and 85% having mild pain and 15% having moderate pain in control group. The mean pretest score of experimental group was 28.5 and SD was 4.8. the mean posttest score was 10 and SD was 5.12."t"value was 9.05. The mean posttest score of control group was 15.25 and SD was 2.48. There were significant association between the pre test level of disability related to pain among post caesarean mothers with the age of the mothers in experimental group at 0.05 level of significance. Conclusion: The overall findings of the study clearly showed that, the posture maintenance procedure was effective in reducing the disability related to pain among post cesarean mothers.

It aligns with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1, ASME Sec. VIII Div. 2, and ASME B31.3 guidelines, utilizing Time-Of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD) as the primary technique alongside phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) and manual ultrasonic testing (MUT). The examination encompasses weld joints with single or double V-shaped geometry, with a material thickness of 25mm and above, and pipe diameter of 6" and above. Key highlights from the inspection and analysis of two samples include: Utilization of advanced equipment like the Omniscan MX-2 for TOFD examination and Tomoview 2.9R13 software for analysis, with calibrated blocks ensuring accuracy. Definition of scanning parameters, including skew angle, wedge type, scan type, angular range, and skip distance, tailored to specific weld joint requirements. Detailed assessment outcomes based on predefined criteria derived from ASME standards, recording and assessing indications with clear acceptance or rejection outcomes. Identification of restricted scanning areas like foaling areas, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper documentation for traceability and compliance. Emphasis on proper documentation of results and deviations from standard procedures to ensure traceability and compliance.

The thermal performance of a slab refers to its ability to resist heat transfer. By improving the insulation properties of the slab, we can reduce heat loss, which can lead to energy savings and increased comfort. By incorporating GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) and pumice stone into the concrete mix of the hollow slab, we can significantly improve its thermal performance. GGBS is a byproduct of the iron and steel industry and is known for its high thermal resistance and low thermal conductivity. Pumice stone, on the other hand, is a lightweight and porous volcanic rock that provides excellent insulation properties. The combination of GGBS and pumice stone helps to reduce heat transfer through the slab, making it more energy-efficient. This can lead to lower energy consumption for heating and provide higher cooling purposes in buildings. A hollow slab is a type of concrete slab that contains voids or hollow spaces within its cross-section. It is filled with a cavity refers to a type of construction where the slab has voids or hollow spaces within its cross-section. These cavities can be created using various methods, such as using precast hollow blocks or forming voids during the casting process. This design helps reduce the weight of the slab while maintaining its structural integrity. It's often used in buildings to achieve longer spans and decrease material usage. Thermocouple testing in concrete slabs is a great way to identify temperature variations. By placing thermocouples at different points on the slab, you can measure and monitor the temperature changes over time. This helps in evaluating the thermal performance and identifying any potential areas of concern. It's an effective method to ensure the desired temperature control and optimize energy efficiency. By monitoring temperature changes using thermocouples will provide valuable data to assess the success of your experiment and optimize thermal performance. It's an exciting project that combines energy efficiency, sustainability, and improved comfort in building design. This data will provide valuable insights into the thermal performance of the slab and the effectiveness of using GGBS and pumice stone in enhancing insulation properties. It's an essential step in evaluating the success and achieving energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.
