Advances made in the wearable and biosensor has attracted the applicability and usability of the healthcare applications. The biosensors collect the human physiological data from a remote area using wireless communication medium. Different form of security implications have to be exhibited in Edge Computing Networks. This paper researches on enhancing the network layer and application layer of the Edge Computing Networks in healthcare environment. The objective of the each phase is to enhance the data accuracy of the collected data with minimized delay. In the first phase, we have constructed attack model for Sybil, Sinkhole and Wormhole attacks and detected those attacks under different constraints. Secondly, an efficient packet transmission model which helps to transmit the sensed data based on their emergency using Weighted Product Model (WPM). After devising network layer, a lightweight security scheme, an improved Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) that permits the data access for the authorized users. Experimental analysis is carried out for each phase under pre-defined simulation parameters which explores better results. The framed attack model detects the three eminent attacks in terms of False Positive Rate (FPR) and False Negative Rate (FNR) which helps the Data Controller for message transmission process. Likewise, we have also achieved 97% Packet Delivery Ratio with 0.8ms Packet Dropping Ratio for better packet transmission model than the existing TOPSIS model.

This article provides an overview of the changes that have taken place in the diagnosis and management of hypertension over the past decade. Hypertension remains a very common condition seen in South Africa. The approach to the management of hypertension includes necessary lifestyle modifications and a decisive, stepwise escalation process in the pharmacotherapeutic management thereof. Thiazide diuretics are still being promoted by most guidelines to be the initial (first-line) drug of choice, with the addition of other suitable antihypertensive agents, if necessary, and according to any relevant co-morbid conditions.

In India export of processed and frozen shell products is that the backbone of the seafood export industry. The waste generated from the worldwide production and process of shellfish could be a significant issue of growing magnitude and could be a threat to the surroundings. Particularly the assembly and consumption of crustaceans like crabs, mussels, and prawns have enhanced within recent years, thereby generating an outsized quantity of solid shell waste. It is essential to convert shell waste into helpful products like chitin, chitosan, etc., by recycle and reducing the waste additionally as contribute towards profitable work and economic advantages. Chitosan is created from chitin by a chemical change involving demineralization (DM), deproteinization (DP), and deacetylation (DA). This research aims to comparative study was undertaken to extract chitosan from some crustacean shells ( Scylla serrate (mud crab), litopenaeus setiferus (white shrimp) and modiolus modiolus (horse mussel), wastes) and were subjected to physicochemical properties are moisture, ash, yields, degree of deacetylation, water, and fat binding capability were additionally determined. The active biomolecules like chitin and its derivatives undergoing a major and really quick development in the food application space. Therefore the current investigation is geared toward the usage of different shell waste by using it to work the bactericide activity against medically necessary pathogens. Finally, the tested materials were determined through disc diffusion technique against 3 strains of Gram-negative microorganism (Escherichia coli; Klebsiella pneumonia, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and 2 Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus subtilis; staphylococcus aureus). This study suggests that Scylla serrate may well be used as a supply of a high amount of chitosan than litopenaeus setiferus and modiolus modiolus and it is an advantage for elaborated studies. Hence, this treatment is effective for realizing recent bioactive compounds from natural sources which can enhance the invention and development of recent drugs. Our study conjointly pointed to the chance of using chitosan as a natural supply of bactericide compounds.

The Preventive measures and therapeutic strategies are attaining timely with a great efforts of clinicians and scientists of the same on oral cancer. Mere improvement in therapeutic strategies is not enough to decrease the mortality and morbidity rate of oral cancer. However the recent studies have proved that delay in diagnosis remains one of the major causes of the high morbidity and mortality rate. Therefore the aim of this review is to cover the most recent data on salivary biomarkers in the detection of oral cancer. Salivary biomarkers serve as the diagnostic tool in oral cancer namely increased salivary fluid levels of cell cycle regulatory proteins such as Cyclin D1, Ki67, glycolytic enzymes like Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and Matrix Metallo Proteinase (MMP) as diagnostic tools in oral cancer is reviewed.

Nowadays human activity detection has come to be an implicit service in lots of smartphones. Everyone is turning into fitness conscious. Smartphones have embedded sensors consisting of accelerometers and gyroscopes. Therefore, the algorithms for such activity recognition should be very light to function on most smartphones or any wearables however correct at the identical time. During this paper, we will develop a lightweight software for human activity detection supported Long Short-Term Memory networks, which can learn features from raw accelerometer information, absolutely bypassing the process of generating manufactured features. We are going to assess our algorithm on information collected in a managed setting, in addition to information collected under field conditions, and we display that our algorithm is robust and performs almost equally well for each scenario even surpassing other approaches from the literature.

Smart farming system is an innovative technology that helps improve the quality and quantity of agricultural production in the country. Plant leaf disease has been one of the major threats to food security since long ago because it reduces the crop yield and compromises its quality. diagnosis of accurate diseases has been a major challenge and the recent advances in computer vision made possible by deep learning has paved the way for camera assisted disease diagnosis for plant leaf. It described the innovative solution that provides efficient disease detection and deep learning with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) has achieved great success in the classification of various plant leaf diseases. A variety of neuron-wise and layer-wise visualization methods were applied and trained using a CNN, with a publicly available plant disease given image dataset. So, it observed that neural networks can capture the colors and textures of lesions specific to respective diseases upon diagnosis, which can act like human decision-making.
