An energy audit is a method of inspection the way energy is used and recognizes areas where wastage can be minimized if not total exterminate. It comprises of several tasks which can be carried out depending on the nature of audit and the purpose of the audited facility. The procedure of auditing starts by reviewing the historical data of consumption of energy which can be further collected from the electricity bills. By using these data we are capable to comprehend the forms of energy used and also their trend. After attaining the information based on energy consumption, an energy audit would be our next step. This program will further involve the site survey in order to acquire information on present energy used. An energy audit conducted in this paper indicates some of the opportunities that energy auditor can study after performing an analysis of this institute. An energy audit was conducted in the administrative block of Uttaranchal University and suitable approaches of adjusting and improving energy were recommended so as to decrease the energy requirements and hence the overall cost spent towards energy consumption.

The functional and structural relationship of the biological sequence is determined by similarities in that sequence. Pursuing of similarity among biological sequences is an important research area that can bring insight into the evolutionary and genetic relationships among the genes. This paper will present a critical review of different multiple sliding window based pattern matching algorithms, which are Two Sliding Window (TSW), Enhanced Two Sliding Window (ETSW) and Four Sliding Window (FSW). All these algorithms are variations of Berry-Ravindran algorithm. This review provides insight into determining the efficient sliding window based algorithm. An algorithm with less number of character comparisons and less number of passes in proportion is the one that provides good result.

After Second World War, world has divided into two parts; West and East. Western countries followed capitalism and Eastern countries followed communism. Cold war has started between them. That time Asian and African countries were newly independents. The main problem in front of newly countries; how they maintain their independents. These countries want to fight against poverty and food security. They did not want to merge neither bloc communism nor anti communism. That is why Nehru favored ‘NON-Alignment Policy’. Nehru believed that developing countries should be focused on development and progress than power politics. Nehru establishes links with many Asian leaders Sukarno of Indonesia Bandaranayke of Sri-Lanka and many others. Nehru did many efforts to establish NAM as an international movement .In the conference of U.N.O. in 1945 Asia and Africa’s representative forward the idea of unity of two continents and turned to J.L.Nehru for the right initiative.

The main objective of the study was to understand the problems and issues faced by urban working women in India. The study was confined to the urban working women in white collared jobs in the city of Kolkata, India. A mixed methods approach involving face to face interviews, focus group discussions and questionnaire technique including both close-ended and open-ended questions was chosen for effective elicitation of data from the respondents. Methods triangulation was adapted for establishing validity and reliability of the study. The study was based on primary data collected from Kolkata city to find out the possible solutions for working women which could help them to overcome the problems that they face in the workplace. The results of the study showed that different age group of working women have different kinds of problems and challenges and different categories as married, single, divorcee, separated, have different issues at stake in the workplace. Some problems are definitely common, like mental and physical stress, stressful life and work place discrimination etc. But some challenges are age or category specific, like prejudiced and stereotyped thinking, safety and security issues, and problem of glass ceiling etc. Some probable solutions for problems plaguing urban working women that could help them to overcome the problems that they face in the workplace are proper safety and security measures by the parent organizations, sensitive and supporting partners at home, and appropriate grievance redressal mechanisms for women in place at the workplace.

The Aim of the Thesis is to obtain low power, low leakage 7T SRAM single ended input and output cell with speed up to good level and minimum area penalty. This paper analyses standard 6T, new 7T SRAM and 8T SRAM (static random access memory) cell in light of power consumption, leakage current and time delay to verify their functionality and robustness at 65nm Technology. The 7T SRAM cell consumes 50%-70% less power during write operation and 30%-60% less power consumption during the read operation. It shows 80% improvement in static noise margin (SNM), 85% improvement in read static noise margin (RSNM) and 45% improvement in write static noise margin (WSNM). Leakage current reduction is 10%-20%. Therefore a single ended input output 7 transistor SRAM cell using 65nm Technology is suitable for low voltage regime.

Ruth Prawer Jhabvala, one of the popular Anglo Indian writers of the present century has achieved world-wide recognition for her unique skill in presenting the various aspects of Indian Society despite being European born. She seems very keen observer of the causes for which westerners visit eastern country India and how their attitude towards India are developed that they settle here only. She also satirises those Indians who avoid the reality and beauty of their own country just for the craze of transitory modernity.

This paper is an analytical study of the possible effects of social media on both, particular and the social structure as an aggregate. At the top we exemplify the current site of social media in terms of facts and figures before we intensify selected aspects of new outline of virtual interaction. By keeping an explicit focal point on recent neuroscience research conclusions the subsequent main research question is to be answered: How does our brain allot with these new configurations of information technologies and what are the possible upshots for our social behaviour? There is a wide orbit of multiple elucidations related to the functionality of social media as a muscular headspring of communication and learning. After investigating several advantages and disadvantages we will pinnacle the circumstances for accountable handling of social media. The scrutiny takes place on two altitudes: 1. Impact of social media on particular to social system. 2. The individual form of engaging and the peculiar influence of social media on the own social behaviour. Eventually, the repercussions of social media on the two elevations above will be integrated into a gross picture. As main upshots of this study we can specify that ??social media has a great influence on our life ??in human communication, pivotal role is played by emotions ??along with all the beneficence of social media we must use it accountably

Abstract: - Sri Aurobindo, a philosopher and yogi has also written eleven plays, out of which five are complete and six are incomplete. Perseus the Deliverer is the only complete play written by him published in his life time. Sri Aurobindo is better known for his spiritual thoughts and philosophy in his magnum opus, Savitri. At the starting of his writing he has written these plays. All his plays have been analysed in the light of Elizabethan model but deep studies of all his plays depict that his spiritual thoughts are present there too, though in germinal form. As it is a known fact that Sri Aurobindo was very much influenced by the Hindi Scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, Upnishads and so on. This research paper is an attempt to analyse the role of fate in his complete play Perseus the Deliverer. According to Sri Aurobindo fate is nothing but the result of our previous action and also that with the help of Yoga and meditation even fate can also be changed.

A mathematical model of a Photovoltaic (PV) cell used MATLAB-SIMULINK environment, is developed and presented. Modeling and simulation is done for Monocrystalline panel and Polycrystalline panel of 280 Watt. For both types of panels electrical characteristics are plotted and effect of irradiance is analyzed. During modeling and simulation the PV cell temperature is maintained constant at 25? C and the irradiance is varied. Further MATLAB/simulink is done to analyze effect of variation in irradiance. Power is observed at different levels of the irradiance using MATLAB/simulink. In this paper, both the panels are compared on the basis of the different levels of the irradiance at constant 25? C temperature.

A distribution feeder is de-energized during the period of maintenance or in bad weather conditions such as rains, and heavy winds. After the completion of maintenance or clearance of the bad climatic conditions, the same feeder is re-energized again to supply the load. But before re-energizing the feeder it is good practice to check whether the feeder is free of faults or not, because during the maintenance or bad weather conditions there may be a chance of short circuits in the system. This article presents a thyristors based technique to detect the asymmetrical faults, if any that are present in the de-energized side of the distribution feeder. The current wave forms are analyzed in MATLAB computer simulation and the type of the fault that is present in the system is identified.

The field of education might improve its efforts to recruit students for educational careers if it focuses on the vocational interests of students who are 15 and 16 years old. It is important to encourage individuals to set educational and career goals early in life and for this it is imperative to identify the career which is best fit for the person. In India we have many examination boards with different curriculum and environment. The study was aimed to understand and compare the vocational interests of the students of two boards to prepare them for vocational guidance in order to help them choose right career for their livelihood. The present investigation was conducted on a total of 200 students studying in class Xth, of randomly selected secondary schools of C.B.S.E and U.P. Board of education. Out of the total sample 100 students were of C.B.S.E. and 100 students of U.P. Board. The vocational interest record developed by Dr. S.P. Kulshrestha was used to collect data. For analysis and interpretation of data Mean, S.D. and t-test were used. The null hypothesis was framed and tested at 0.01 level of significance. It was observed that students showed very high interest in some areas of vocation and average to very low interest in some vocations. However, there was not much difference in the interests of students of the two examination Boards.
