Traditional medicine is defined as indigenous medicine that is used to maintain health and to prevent diagnose, treat physical and mental illness differently from allopathic medicines based on their theories, beliefs and experiences. Medicinal plants are the backbone of primary health care system and play a vital role in the health care system of human beings since the dawn of civilization. The exploration, identification, and documentation on utilization of ethnobotanic resources are essential for restoration and preservation of ethnomedicinal knowledge about plants and conservation of these species for greater interest of human society. Traditional medicine forms a valuable resource for the development of new pharmaceuticals.

Nepotism and Favouritism have been scrutinized as being unprofessional while preventive legitimate measures are embraced against special treatment in developed countries; in developing countries such practices keep on being important for day to day existence. Nepotism and Favouritism is an exceptionally normal way of behaving in the association. In the association with serious particular treatment, the human offices neglect to freely complete its exercises. Thus under such circumstances, arrangement in view of skill and information aggregation appear to be unimaginable. On the off chance that representatives are in contest with a special individual, their likelihood of advancing is very low. Nonetheless, working under a bumbling individual is troubling circumstance for a representative subject to particular treatment. The absence of certainty that shows up in such conditions contrarily influences Job fulfilment, Organizational unwaveringness, Individual execution, Lack of trust. Particularly preference based pay framework prompts separation from the association. While this implies a soft spot for the inclined toward individual, it indicates the presence of an association being referred to. In such a climate, individual and authoritative disappointment is at last unavoidable.

The delonix elata leaves powder was studied for its effect of anti-inflammatory property. Delonix elata leaves was collected, washed thoroughly, sun dried for 2 days and finely ground into powder. The delonix elata leaves powder was used in dhal powder with 3 variations of each 5%, 10%, 15% respectively. The standard dhal powder and the 3 variations were given to 20 panel members and found the highest acceptability. Of all the variations variation 1 with 5% delonix elata leaves powder incorporated dhal powder had the highest acceptability

The aim of the paper is to prove a fixed point theorem for four mappings in b- metric space by utilising the concept of common (E.A) property. In this paper if we have prove that if E,H,L and M are mappings on a b- metric space, then the pairs (E,H) and (L,M) have a point of coincidence in ?. Also if these pairs are weakly compatible then they have a unique common fixed point. This is also explains with the help of example.

The use of vehicles is increasing unprecedentedly, thereby increasing the need for parking spaces. The current scenario of parking facilities has resulted in illegal parking on the road, which ultimately reduces the effective use and efficiency of the road, which further leads to traffic congestion. Considering the relevant problem, detailed investigation is necessary, with requirement of a proper installation. This study selected the Naigaon Local railway station as the case-study area. During the field investigation, Naigaon local-railway station was observed to be one of the stations where the parking area is insufficient, especially for two-wheelers. In order to overcome the problems mentioned above, multi-level parking is required which would allow the vehicles to be parked floor by floor, therefore reducing space. By using the tiered parking plan, parking congestion can be reduced drastically as we can park more than 3000 bikes at the same time, which is much better than the current parking capacity (<500 bikes). And so, the existing parking system is complemented to ensure maximum use of space.

The current study is about water quality parameters of Janjghir Champa district of Chattisgarh. This study is intended to estimate water quality Index (WQI) of study area using Weighted Arithmetic water quality index method. In this study the quality of water of study area is determined using the various physico - chemical parameters such as pH , Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Cl , SO4 , Na, K, Ca, Mg, and Total Hardness (TH). Physico - Chemical analysis of water samples was carried out at one hundred and ninety different stations of study area for pre monsoon and post monsoon seasons of 2020 which is collected and analyzed out of which nineteen samples were selected and water quality index estimated. Out of one hundred samples ten prime locations (wherein physiochemical property values were maximum) were selected and the quality index was analysed and explained in this paper. This study is to investigate the suitability of water for drinking purpose based on Water quality Index (WQI) estimated. Keywords : Water quality index (WQI) , sulphate ( SO4), Sodium(Na), Potassium(K), Calcium(Ca), Magnesium(Mg), and Total Hardness (TH). Physico - Chemical parameters.
