This paper presents classification of multi class dataset by using data mining classifiers SVM, CART and Neural Network. The multi class data set investigated in this study is taken from UCI machine learning repository. The data set contains seven different categories. The models obtained by the classifiers are combined to form an ensemble model by averaging their scores. Classification performances of all models are evaluated by using statistical measures like linear correlation, standard deviation, minimum error, maximum error and mean error. A comparative study is carried out among all models. In this paper experimental result showed that the ensemble model gives greater accuracy than the individual models for classification of multi class data set.

Biometric recognition has recently gained significant attention from computer vision researchers. This paper presents a human skin recognition system based on skin detection. Main innovation in this paper includes biometric recognition, sign language processing, automatic age estimation, gait interpretation and other image processing oriented studies, detecting various regions of the human body such as face, hands etc. has great importance. Furthermore with the rapid development of internet, building up the image filters is required. In this study a biometric purpose image filter according to skin analysis is mentioned. Skin detection techniques usually use color components in the color spaces like RGB, normalized RGB, HSV, YCbCr and TSL or YIQ even though the input image is generally in RGB format studied and transformations in these spaces are performed. Skin tones vary significantly within and across individuals. In skin detection with neural networks (NN), the NN processes every location of the image in order to detect anywhere.

In This paper presents a design of Slope compensation in Dc-Dc flyback converter. Current mode control as usually implemented in switching power supplies senses and controls peak inductor current. Current mode control have cycle to cycle peak current limit, inherent voltage feed forward loop and simplified loop compensation. Flyback converter operates in peak current mode, which is suffer from instability, and sub-harmonic oscillation, when it operates in continuous conduction mode and the duty cycle is greater than the 50% .We analyze the slope compensation method for reducing the sub-harmonic oscillation and enhances the stability and to provide the feed forward property. Experimental result shows the value of M (slope) or ramp signal. Simulation result gives the less harmonic in the system and inductor current waveform with and without compensation.

The earliest way to managing electronic data in hard hard-drive is File System. In a typical File System electronic data are directly stored in a set of files. If only one table is stored in a file, they are called flat files. They contain values at each row seprated with a special delimiter like commas. The burden of locating the necessary file, going through the records ( line by line ) checking for the existence of a certain data, remembering what files/records to edit is on the user. The user either has to perform each task manually or has to write a script that does them automatically with the help of the file management capabilities of the operating system. Because of inconsistency, inability for concurrency, data isolation, threats on integrity and lack of security the File Systems are vulnerable

The basic principle of inventory control is ABC based on cost criteria. The objectives of this study are to identify the categories of spare items requiring greater managerial control, because not all inventories need to be controlled with equal attention. Another most important objective is to ensure continuous availability of stores to user departments while keeping the stock levels at optimum level is one of the important objectives of Stores Department. The study was conducted at a single ward of store depot SECR Raipur. From 189 items of spare, 17 items (8.99%) consume 70.56% of annual value and clasified into class A, 40 items (21.16%) consume 19.35% of annual value classified into class B, and 132 items (69.85%) of annual value consume only 10.09% forming class C. The results showed that there was items of class Amay warrant more care than forecasting class B and class C.

The Mining Database archives and provides efficient access to all data necessary for the conduct of Survey Operations. Operational Database is the database-of-record, consisting of system-specific reference data and event data belonging to a transaction-update system. It may also contain system control data such as indicators, flags, and counters. The operational database is the source of data for the data warehouse. It contains detailed data used to run the day-to-day operations of the business. The data continually changes as updates are made, and reflect the current value of the last transaction. Data Warehouse Systems make use of storage techniques for efficient end user accessing and query facilities. With the evolution of semantic data representation in the operational database environment, the accomplished analysis in DWS demands new synchronism ways. The proposed algorithm uses the principle of Bernoulli trials to find expected frequent itemsets. This can reduce a number of times to scan an original database. Assuming that the minimum support and confidence do not change, the algorithm can maintain association rules for a dynamic database. We proposing a probability-based new association rule discovery algorithm are to deal with from a different perspective other than similar techniques. The proposed algorithm uses the principle of Bernoulli to find expected frequent itemsets. Hence, there is a growing interest in DWS that can rapidly absorb the operational database updates, without compromising the operational query processes.

The Buddhist concept of the good life consisted of observing discipline, namely, abstaining from stealing, from doing wrong which related to sensual desires, from lying, slandering, bitter speech and idle babbling. According to Buddhist philosophy, the concept of education was to train the student in religion, morality, wisdom and meditation and to equip him with intellectual and spiritual powers. It also incorporated certain ingredients such as regard for the subject of learning simple living and high thinking, love for manual work, self-help, community life, maintaining sincerity and discipline, humility, respect to elders and veneration to teacher. The aims of Buddhist education as they emerged were to tenable the pupils to realize the ultimate truth, that is nirvana or moksha, to make them aware about the realities of life, to enable them to eliminate ignorance and acquire knowledge and wisdom, to make them understand the law of karma, to make them sharpen their faculties of intellect, discrimination and decision-making, to help them develop good moral character, to cultivate a scientific attitude in learning and living, to develop their ability for logical reasoning, argumentation and dialectics, to inculcate universal ideals of love, compassion, brotherhood, friendship, welfare and peace.
