 Abstract

Psychology and Education are interrelated and interdependent. Both are the two sides of the same coin, whereas Psychology deals with study or Science of behaviour and Education deals with modification of behaviour. Basically, Psychology is a theoretical aspect and Education is a practical aspect. Psychology applies its theories in the field of Education. We cannot think any good educational policy without psychological theory. NEP -2020 also based on some applicable psychological theory. Cognitive development theory of Piaget is one of them. Piaget's cognitive development theory is constructive in nature. According to this child is born with some cognition and teacher, school facilitate only. Child is the center of education. Curriculum should be designed on the basis of need, interest, ability, style of learning of child. It also gives importance on individual differences. These are the contribution of Piaget's theory of cognitive development. And these are reflected on National Education Policy -2020. This paper focus on educational implication of Piaget theory in the stages of schooling as per NEP-2020. The goal of NEP-2020 can be realized within time frame, if all the members of various stakeholders of education from top to bottom play their responsibility wholeheartedly.

 Abstract

The Paper deals with the various performative complexities associated with an 1848 Kolkata performance of Shakespeare's Othello. This performance was especially remarkable as it included Baishnavcharan Adhya, a Bengali, playing Shakespeare's Moor along with British actors. To think of the 1848 performance of Othello as a monolithic exercise of colonial surveillance would, however, be simplistic. Rather the performance brought into focus a nexus of overlapping differences, produced by polyvalent interactions of South Asian/ colonial caste and class hierarchies. When Baishnavcharan Adhya performed as Shakespeare's Moor on 16th August, 1848, he was engaging with discourses of 'love' that had polyvalent associations.

 Abstract

"Exploring Emotional Intelligence Across Demographics: A Gender, Age, and Education Perspective" ABSTRACT The term Emotional Intelligence (EI) in this thesis refers to the ability to identify, use, understand and manage emotions and emotional information. It has been suggested that there are individual differences in our ability to utilize emotions and emotional information (Mayer & Salovey, 1993) The term stress is derived from the Latin word stringere, which means 'to draw tight', and was used in this way in the 17th century to describe a hardship or an affliction (Cartwright & Cooper, 1997)). Later in the 18th century, the term stress referred primarily to an individual's 'force, pressure, strain or strong effort' This study intends to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and occupational stress among working couples and Single Earning. To explore the relationship between demographic variables and emotional intelligence and occupation stress, demographic variables are listed for the study by the researcher The level of Emotional Intelligence amongst working couples is higher than single earning couples. The researcher also observed that Occupation Stress amongst Working Couples is more than that of Single Earning Couples. It was observed that the average level of emotional intelligence and occupational stress among working couples is higher than among single-earning couple respondents.

 Abstract

This research presents a novel approach as solar technology continues to progress, costs are coming down and efficiency is increasing, opening up solar energy for a wider range of uses. Putting the following technologies into practice could become a reality. This project aims to design a system that generates current using vehicle headlights. For this system to function and effectively use sunlight, the orientation of the solar panels is optimized during the day. It smoothly switches to using ambient light from passing car headlights at night, turning this underutilized resource into electrical energy. By ingeniously tackling the difficulties associated with generating energy at night, this dual-mode system seeks to contribute to sustainability goals by offering a consistent and dependable supply of renewable energy. The abstract highlights how the system can adjust to different illumination situations and provides a promising avenue for enhancing energy resilience and efficiency.

 Abstract

Abstract Chinnamanur lies 25 km. from Theni on Theni-Kumuli road in Uthamapalayam Taluk. Chinnamanur was named after a Chinnamanayakkar, the founder of the place in the time of Queen Mangammal. This place is referred to in the inscriptions as Arikesarinallur in Alanadu. It is famous for the temple called as Rajasimhesvara dedicated to Siva. Twenty seven early Pandya stone inscriptions are available in the temple. The village, Arikesarinallaur is the former name of Chinnamanur, which denotes the combination of all the three, Murthis (god), as Sthalam (temple or place) and Theertham (holy water tanks). Its Sthalapuranam was translated into Tamil from Sanskrit about 300 years ago by Poolananda Kavirayar with the help of Vanar. This purana is consisted of 945 hymns with the legend history of Poolanandisvarar Temple. It was written on the palm leaves. Sage Soodama told the Naimicharanya Sages, Poolavanam is the greatest temple among the Siva temples mentioned in the Sankara Sangeetha in the Skandapurana. The present paper aims to explain the Social Settings of Chinnamanur from the inscriptions found in the Poolanandisvarar temple.

 Abstract

The translocation of cheetahs from Namibia to India as part of conservation efforts has sparked a huge widespread debate and scrutiny all over the world from people of different walks. Despite India's historical relationship with the cheetah and some previous efforts to re-establish this endangered species, challenges remain in ensuring their successful adaptation and survival in the Indian ecosystems which are totally different. This paper examines in depth some multifaceted complexities surrounding recent various translation initiatives. This highlights the complex dynamics involving not just ecological but also socio-political and logistical aspects of the whole process which are highly critical. Furthermore; this research examines in-depth the legal and environmental frameworks that underpin all these translocation initiatives, evaluating so to speak their effectiveness in regulating and facilitating such conservation efforts within India. By analysing even more of these frameworks, the study seeks to shed light even more on the broader implications of the cheetah's demise within translocation initiatives and its massive impact on future conservation strategies which are so vital. This investigation underlines the great need for a comprehensive approach that addresses more actually the complex interplay of so known ecological, legal and socio-economic factors in the planning and implementation of all conservation initiatives.

 Abstract

The Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) was established in India in 1993 to empower Members of Parliament (MPs) to address local developmental needs within their constituencies. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of MPLADS fund utilisation by MPs during the 16th Lok Sabha tenure, focusing on recommended, sanctioned, and completed works, as well as expenditure across different categories. Data from official government reports and MPLADS guidelines are utilised to examine the trends and patterns in project implementation. The findings reveal a consistent increase in the count of recommended and sanctioned works over the five-year period, indicating a growing emphasis on local development initiatives. However, fluctuations in project completion rates and expenditure highlight the need for streamlining implementation processes and enhancing monitoring mechanisms. Category-wise analysis underscores the importance of addressing the diverse needs of marginalised communities and promoting equitable resource distribution. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving the effectiveness of MPLADS initiatives, including measures to streamline administrative processes, enhance community participation, and address resource disparities. By leveraging the scheme effectively, MPs can play a crucial role in fostering socio-economic progress and contributing to the overall development of the nation.
