The rapid change in the world makes the Indian judiciary lie backward. Our country has improved technologically, economically but not judicially. To avoid these issues, we will have to use the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) so that the 21st century justice system is efficient. The Indian judiciary is in urgent need of re-engineering the Case Management System (CMS). Various countries have achieved an effective justice delivery system by implementing e-court and executing the other ICT programs. This made justice accessible, cost effective and quick. Though India has an action for the Implementation of Information and Communication Technology in the Indian judiciary framed in 2005, it stays as mere paper work and has not been implemented as expected and mentioned. The main aim of this paper is to trace the relevant advancements in the Indian judiciary that will have a significant impact in the justice system and to suggest strong legal framework to implement it.

Water is the basic need in every living beings life. Without water, no living being can survive. Water has always had the greatest utility. Sadly, its value has been underestimated, because of its previously perceived abundance. But as society started growing economically, socially, politically, technologically and populously, the resources started depleting. It has caused strain on the existing water resources. Thorough examinations of the laws and judicial decisions reveal that they are not based on consistent and sound policies. Ground water and surface water has been treated differently. These bring in more conflicts. Particularly in the present times when India has seen grave violations of peace and security on account of unfair distribution of water and the demand for clean potable water. Interestingly a price tag on water is viewed as an aberration of human rights. No government worth its name can put a price tag on water. Hence the importance of research in the above-mentioned subject. Economic theories offer help in the form of a more realistic analysis, offering practical reasonableness in the way water management is done. The diamond paradox, the value theory and even the subjective theory can help lawyers and policy makers analyze and understand the present-day problems with respect to water and find an efficient way of carving out a meaningful right to water. Hence this paper explores into the following research questions.

Though D.H. Lawrence had to fight against the protest of public because he revolted against the established social norms, he achieved great prominence in the 2nd part of the twentieth century and at present none hesitate to accept that he has carved a niche for himself in the global literary horizon and that at present he has become the source of inspiration for most of the writers of fictions. In this research paper I have tried to prove that the tales of D.H. Lawrence are the themes of his mature novels. To prove it I have taken examples from his novels like Sons and Lovers, The White Peacock and Women in the Love and novellas like The Fox and The Prussian Officer and The stories like The Odour of Chrysanthemums, Two Blue Birds, Love Among The Haystacks etc. and have developed the idea that most of his novels present The autobiographical Theme, Oedipal theme, The theme of exploring the possibilities of better mode of men and women relation and so do his tales too. To prove my research I have quoted some other writers.

Owing to the frequent elevations in technology, the e-commerce and business websites tend to upgrade and inculcate latest technologies within their system to remain in the market. One of the key things that mostly each website is including is a recommendation system. A Recommendation system is an engine which suggests products to the customers based on their preference and similarity with the product they are currently viewing. This can be done on 2 fronts: 1) Text based product similarity and 2) Image based product similarity. However, the datasets for this system to work are bulky and we have to use complex machine learning modules like Tensorflow and Keras. Apart from that algorithms like Bag-Of-Words, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Word2Vec can be used for product recommendation.

Cement and aggregates are important constituents of concrete production. The aggregate's share is 75 percent in concrete; and offers concrete volume; these aggregates have the natural resources. It takes enormous amounts of natural resources to produce these constituents. The adverse effect on the ecosystems due to this large quantity depletion of natural resources. The concrete has some of the above-mentioned disadvantages such as heavy weight, low resistance to sulphate or chemical attack, detoriation in the marine structure, enhancing the use of materials other than concrete components and having the same chemical and physical properties. There are many admixtures, polymers, minerals, and by-products used in the present industry to improve above concrete drawbacks, as well as physical and chemical properties.

An asset becomes non-performing when it ceases to generate income for the bank. In India, a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) is broadly defined as one with interest or principal repayment installment unpaid for more than 90 days Prior to 1993, banks had to take recourse to the long legal route against defaulting borrowers, beginning with the filing of claims in the courts. To tackle NPA Banks are using different mechanism such as Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs), Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR), SARFAESI Act, 2002, Credit Information on Defaulters and Role of Credit Information Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL), Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), Lok Adalats and compromise settlement. A lot of time was therefore spent in the judicial process before banks could have any chance of recovery on their loans To speed up the process of recovery from NPAs, This paper attempts to study impact of measures s of on NPA with reference to 4 R strategy

ABSTRACT Today, the media has witness an important and challenging job for media organization is to create a balance between business considerations and social responsibilities. The primary duty of media is to serve its audiences by providing information on events and issues in fair, objective and impartial way. Viewed as the fourth pillar of the democracy people constantly look forward to the press for guiding the other three pillars: executive, legislative and judiciary of the democracy. Therefore, the media practitioners have an obligation to be truthful, comprehensive and unbiased in performing their informational, educational, and investigative and agenda building function. The research paper focuses about the challenge faced by the newspaper in informing, educating and championing the rights of people especially for social and political issues through advocacy journalism. In this regard, a study was conducted among the local newspapers of Barak Valley of Assam in India. The data was collected by using content analysis and survey method to find out the level of coverage and reportage of advocacy journalism. The objectives of the paper was to examine the status of advocacy journalism in terms of changing the socio-political scenario in the society. Interestingly, the study reveals that the involvement of local newspaper in Barak Valley in terms of development issues are less. The respondent urged that the newspapers should take it as a part of their obligation to sensitize the society as well as to implement policies that could engender the expected change in society.
