Introduction: Dosha, Dhatu, and Mala are the three basic physiological elements of the human body. Among these, the Dhatus, which help to nourish and support the body. The sixth Dhatu, Majja Dhatu, is made in the Majjavaha Srotas from the Prasada Bhaga of Asthi with the support of Majja Dhatwagni and Bhutagni. Vayu Mahabhuta makes space in the Asthi Dhatu, or bone, during its creation. These spaces are occupied by the Meda Dhatu (nourishing fat), it is referred as Majja or bone marrow. Majja Dhatu Vahana Srotas are explained in detail by Acharya Charaka. Majja Dhatu is said to be present within the Sthula Asthi, although Acharya Susrutha has not explained a unique entity to carry it in the body. Since Majja Dhatu is the one who performs Asthi Puranam, Asthi Dhatu is most impacted when Majja Kshaya occurs. Aims and Objectives: To understand Majja Dhatu and the Srotomoola in relation to modern physiology of bone marrow. Material and Method: Literature searches were conducted using classical text in Ayurveda, contemporary books, articles and many others. Discussion and Conclusion: Various Acharya state that the Majja Dhatu, which is present inside the Asthi engages Purana (filling), gives strength to the body and nourishes the Shukra Dhatu. Possible interpretations for Majja Dhatu can be taken as bone marrow present inside the bone.

Brain Haemorrhage isthe eruption of the brain arteries due to high blood pressure or blood clotting that could cause a traumatic injury or death.Traumatic brain damage or death may occur when the brain's arteries burstopen as a result of hypertension or blood coagulation. This is a life threatening situation that requires a doctor with extensive training and expertise to pinpoint the source of the internal hemorrhaging and provide treatment without delay. This research proposes the Yolo model, a deeplearning algorithm, for the purpose of classifying brain hemorrhages. To improve the deep learning models' accuracy and processing capability, we utilize the dataset of head CT scan pictures. Since large datasets are oftenunavailable in critical situations, this work primarily aims to apply deep learning's abstraction capacity to a smaller selection of photos. Theperformance of the proposed approach will be analysed in terms of accuracy, precision, sensitivity and F1 score. Analyses comparing the Yolo model tobalanced and unbalanced datasets further assess the experimental outcomes.By intentionally destabilising the dataset and achieving maximum precision, yolo is able to provide promising findings.

Arthritis is a condition that affects the joints of the body. It can be of different forms and can affect persons of all ages whether young and old. Arthritis causes inflammation of body joint, thus causing pain and immobility of the joints and affecting the daily activities of the person. In many forms of arthritis, the inflammation does not go away as it should. Instead, it becomes part of the problem, damaging healthy tissues of the body. This may result in more inflammation and more damage - a continuing cycle. A Quasi-experimental research approach with one group pretest posttest design was used in the study. The study was conducted in selected hospital, Bhopal. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain 50 patients who were clinically diagnosed as arthritis patients. Many people start to feel pain and stiffness in their bodies over time. Sometimes their hands or knees or shoulders get sore and are hard to move and may become swollen. These people may have arthritis. Arthritis - a painful condition that causes inflammation of the joints thus affects the mobility of the joints. Any body part can become inflamed or painful due to arthritis. Several arthritic diseases can cause debilitating or fatal complications, and may affect numerous parts including the muscles, bones and internal organs of the body. Arthritis affects the movements one rely on for everyday activities. Arthritis is usually chronic. This means that it can last on and off for a lifetime. There are over 100 kinds of arthritis that can affect many different areas of the body. People of all ages, including children and young adults, can develop arthritis. Arthritis is one of the chronic diseases which have an impact on Quality of life of a person. As the disease progresses, it is necessary to take collaborative care along with other management in order to prevent further problems which may occur due to arthritis, thus, effecting the Quality of life of the person.

ABSTRACT The study was developed to evaluate the effect of cissus quandrangularis infused with crepe bandage in the process of bone healing of distal radius fracture or any other fractures. Cissus quadrangularis is a succulent plant of family Vitaceae usually found in tropical and subtropical xeric wood. It is a beefy desert plant like liana generally utilized as typical nourishment in India. It finds application in medicine. Experts have made efforts to test the plant's suitability using rational analysis. Some of the pharmacological uses of the plant are linked to cell reinforcement, free radical search, hostile to microbials, bone regeneration, ulceration, pain relief, mitigation and diuretics. Hence, we document the available pharmacological data on Cissus quadrangularis L in the literature for further use.

Currently, childrens are confronting a range of challenges such as viral outbreaks and pandemics. Children are susceptible to infections due to a weak immune system .In modern immunology the focuses is primarily on the physiological and cellular aspects of the immune system, Ayurveda approaches immunity from a broader standpoint encompassing the interconnectedness of mind, body and environment. In Ayurveda, the concept of immunity is deeply combined with the system balance of the three Doshas - Vata, Pitta, Kapha and the harmony between various bodily systems. According to Ayurvedic principles, a child's susceptibility to diseases is influenced by their unique constitution (Prakriti), which determines their innate strengths and vulnerabilities. Ayurvedic texts emphasize the importance of maintaining a strong Agni (digestive fire) for optimal immune function. Proper digestion ensures the production of Ojas, the subtle essence of immunity, which nourishes and protects the body against pathogens. In Ayurveda, the concept of Lehan and Swarnaprashan has been advocated by Acharyas to boost immunity. Dietary and lifestyle practices are central to Ayurvedic immunology, with specific emphasis on consuming fresh, seasonal foods, herbs and spices known for their immune-boosting properties.

A cyclic code is a block code, where the circular shifts of each codeword give another word that belongs to the code. They are error-correcting codes that have algebraic properties that are convenient for efficient error detection and correction. This means that the construction of cyclic code is important. In this paper, we propose a new construction of a class of cyclic codes with good parameters by using a concatenation of linear codes over a finite field. After construction, the generator polynomial for the constructed cyclic code is given and proves some related results.

: One of the most influential ideas of the past several years is waste material management. Reusing waste materials in the construction of roads is necessary to overcome the plastic waste problem by leaps and bonds. Since plastic waste doesn't biodegrade, it poses a major environmental risk. The necessity to identify suitable solutions for efficient handling of plastic trash has been underscored by this issue. Natural resources are needed for the road building industry's rapid infrastructural growth. The cost of natural resources has increased recently, necessitating the repurposing of waste materials in road construction. Reusing waste materials is a fairly basic yet effective idea. Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is used in the construction of roads in this article. In order to cover stone aggregates, waste shredded plastic with a size range of 2 to 8 mm was utilized. For conventional aggregates and plastic coated aggregates (PCA), VG-10 grade bitumen was used in the Marshall mix design process. Marshall Specimens were prepared with waste plastic content of 0%, 16%, 17%, 18%, 19%, and 20% by weight of optimal bitumen content, and bitumen content ranging from 4% to 6% with an increment of 0.5% by weight of aggregates. The following parameters were measured and compared to standard aggregates (without plastic) bituminous concrete mixes: marshal stability, flow value, air voids (Vv), voids in mineral aggregates (VMA), and voids filled with bitumen (VFB). The use of plastic-coated aggregates was shown to reduce the amount of bitumen consumed in bituminous concrete mix and to significantly improve the qualities of both the bituminous mix and the aggregates

The present paper seeks to investigate the nuances of The Ramayana and suggests a comparison with contemporary renditions, represented in mythological fiction novel series by Amish Tripathi in Ram Chandra series and a translation into English by C.Rajagopalachari, as well as several adaptations presented in the form of cartoon animation, TV, and movies. This work is conducted by qualitative comparative analysis that reveals changes in ancient aspects, such as the image of the hero, his appearance, and personality, change of plot, new characters, or event additions . The paper is supposed to analyze the degree of correlation and discrepancy between the 1973 original epic and its adaptation to determine which events, many pieces of information, and characters have remained or not. Moreover, the paper emphasizes the necessity of familiarity with the original epic for the grasping the essence of Hindu dharma and how the fictional retellings might corrupt the minds of young ones, excluding the meanings of original texts. By revealing the multi-layered nature of the characters and events of Ramayana, this paper reveals its modern relevance and metaphysical conclusions from the human predicament and spiritual destiny. Furthermore, the paper also described the application of mythology for people to understand their countries' beliefs, psychology, and rituals, compared to Greek mythology. Overall the paper aims to defamiliarize the complexity of the myths, and by that, better understand its cultural, ethical, and philosophical roots.

The topic of diversity in boardrooms is one that is frequently discussed in the context of modern corporate governance. Encouraging women to take on leadership positions is essential to promoting economic progress. More gender diversity on corporate boards is strongly justified, both macroeconomically (in terms of attaining greater, sustainable rates of economic development) and micro economically (in terms of the success of particular organizations). Different nations have used different strategies to achieve the appropriate degree of diversity on corporate boards. While some countries have imposed quota systems that are required to be followed, others have chosen to take the "comply or explain" approach and establish voluntary standards that are detailed in their corporate governance laws. Effective corporate decision-making in the rapidly evolving global economy of today greatly depends on accepting a variety of perspectives from various experiences and backgrounds. A varied board is better able to handle the obstacles of the contemporary business world and keep up with the quick speed of change. When it comes to creating successful goods and services aimed at women, female directors are particularly insightful about the wants and needs of their target audience. Beyond women's rights or numerical representation, gender diversity on boards is being pushed as a strategic imperative. The Companies Act of 2013 and SEBI's listing agreement, among other legal obligations, emphasize the need of gender diversity in corporate governance. But there is still a paucity of diversity on Indian boards; few corporations have any female representation. In Indian enterprises, the percentage of female directors was only 8.9% as of December 2014. One of the main barriers to women's advancement in Asia's business sector is the "double burden" that comes with juggling job and home obligations.
