The World Wide Web is a dynamic information network with content changing in varying amount at varying frequencies. Time plays a major roe in searching over a large collection of data; many queries could be answered under a temporal pattern. Retrieval of temporal queries can be improved by considering the time dimension implicitly or explicitly. From the voluminous data stored in the web there will be number of related documents for a single topic. To perform search over a large collection ranking with document similarity is not sufficient. Hence considering the publication time of the document along with content similarity will find the exact target document.

All children and young people of the world, with their individual strengths and weaknesses, with their hopes and expectations, have the right to education. With the passage of The Persons with Disabilities Act in 1996, India has joined the few countries that have legislation to promote integrated education. This is a landmark step as India has now overcome a major legislative hurdle Inclusive education must respond to all pupils as individuals, recognizing individuality as something to be appreciated and respected. This paper highlights the present conditions and status, major difficulties in the way of implementation of inclusive education in India.

Problems involving in propulsion mechanism are well known. This paper describes a better way of controlling the propulsion system by designing electrically driven model and speed control of induction motor is done by using flux comparator technique. In the Electric propulsion system, dynamic model of induction motor drive has been developed and a transfer function approach to the transient response investigation is formulated by the means of d-q variables in all the reference frames that is stationary, rotating and synchronously rotating reference frames. The transfer functions of the various combinations of input and output are presented and the speed control of induction motor is done by flux comparator technique and the results are validated through simulation.

Software is currently used to control important aspects of our life like medical devices, automobiles, aircraft, manufacturing plants, nuclear generating stations, space exploration systems, elevators, electric motors, automated trains, banking transactions, telecommunications devices and a growing number of devices in industry and in our homes. Software is also used for critical systems. Now we can imagine if the software does not "control" what happens. Obviously, many of these systems have the potential to cause physical harm if they malfunction. Even if they do not cause physical harm their malfunctions are capable of causing financial and political chaos.

This work presents a reiterative discrete Fourier transform (DFT) algorithem for fault current filtering. It presents damping technique through reiterative use of DFT. First, the short-windows DFT (SWDFT)-based mimic filter is developed to damp the measurement. Then, a reiterative scheme is proposed to reconstruct the damped measurement for further damping. The proposed algorithm can sufficiently damp the decaying dc as well as the subsynchronous frequency components. Thus, the proposed algorithm is appropriate to thefiltering design on both the conventional and series - compensated transmission lines. Meanwhile, the recursive form is developed to reduce the computational burden. The simulation results illustrate that the algorithm significantly reduces the time to obtain the accurate fundamental phasor and that it has abetter performance than the conventional DFT algorithm

The High speed micro wave communication link is requirement to fulfill the ever increasing tele-communication needs with high QoS at Low CoS. The systems developed till date is named as per their frequency of operation LF, MW, HF, V/UHF, Microwave and cellular communication.Latest of all is cellular communication and are of two types firstly GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication), Secondly CDMA (Coded Division Multiple Access). Both the systems are used for providing communication at all times/places. A boom is underway in case of GSM. Standard set developed by the European Tele communications Standards Institute (ETSI) to describe protocols for generation (2G). The GSM standard was developed as a replacement for (1G) first Generation cellular network & optimized for full duplex voice telephony. This was expanded over time for including data communication by Circuit switched transport, packet data transport via GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) and EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution or EGPRS). Further improvements were made when the 3GPP developed third generation (3G) UMTS standards followed by fourth generation (4G) LTE Advanced standards. This paper explains the developments in the field of communication, services provided, causes of link degradation, the various methods used to overcome the problems and the advantagesof high speed microwave comunication

In this paper I have discussed about communication types of communication, history of communication tools, pros and cons and advance IT communication tools. Earlier peoples were using drawings, hieroglyphics, smoke, brail, Morse code and the simple old letter in the post for communication but now peoples are using new technologies like telephone, telegraph, landline phone, mobile phone, e-mail, picture call, video call, social networking services such as facebook, msn, twitter. We can communicate through a computer by sending a message to someone. We can post bulletins or comments on some sites such as myspace, facebook, hi5, or twitter. Another way to communicate is by webcam. Webcam is installing a camera to our computer so that we and the other person can see each other while having a conversation. There also are some sites that we can text from. Yahoo is one of them. There is also im (instant messaging). The Internet provides users with multiple means of communicating. Users may communicate with friends, colleagues, news reporters, editors and even strangers. Today there are more ways to reach out to people who were traditionally difficult to contact. As technology advances, the means of Internet communications becomes increasingly convenient and varied.

The principal information of power flow analysis is to find the magnitude and phase angle of voltage at each bus and the real and reactive power flowing in each transmission lines. Load flow study is a technique that provides basic calculation procedure in order to determine the characteristics of power system under steady state condition. In this thesis load flow study for 48-bus system is carried by using ETAP simulation software. A 400/220KV substation real time data is collected for the month of June -July 2011.The transient characteristic of power system is analyzed using short circuit analysis. A short circuit analysis is done to find the rating of circuit breakers. In this thesis symmetrical three-phase fault is considered. Short circuit analysis gives the DC offset current, circuit breaker making and breaking currents. The suitability of CB connected to existing system is observed using this technique. It is observed that CB near to fault trips the CB and protect the system from instability. In this thesis there is a scope to analysis the effect of unsymmetrical faults on power system during short circuit.

This paper presents classification of multi class dataset by using data mining classifiers SVM, CART and Neural Network. The multi class data set investigated in this study is taken from UCI machine learning repository. The data set contains seven different categories. The models obtained by the classifiers are combined to form an ensemble model by averaging their scores. Classification performances of all models are evaluated by using statistical measures like linear correlation, standard deviation, minimum error, maximum error and mean error. A comparative study is carried out among all models. In this paper experimental result showed that the ensemble model gives greater accuracy than the individual models for classification of multi class data set.

Biometric recognition has recently gained significant attention from computer vision researchers. This paper presents a human skin recognition system based on skin detection. Main innovation in this paper includes biometric recognition, sign language processing, automatic age estimation, gait interpretation and other image processing oriented studies, detecting various regions of the human body such as face, hands etc. has great importance. Furthermore with the rapid development of internet, building up the image filters is required. In this study a biometric purpose image filter according to skin analysis is mentioned. Skin detection techniques usually use color components in the color spaces like RGB, normalized RGB, HSV, YCbCr and TSL or YIQ even though the input image is generally in RGB format studied and transformations in these spaces are performed. Skin tones vary significantly within and across individuals. In skin detection with neural networks (NN), the NN processes every location of the image in order to detect anywhere.
