 Abstract

As of 2020, the world is witnessing the initial rollout of 5G networks, poised to revolutionize mobile wireless communications by offering faster services, minimal latency, and pervasive connectivity through mobile devices. It's noteworthy that the primary beneficiary of 5G advancements is the Internet of Things (IoT). However, the widespread adoption of 5G technology raises significant concerns regarding security and privacy. This is due to the constant and wireless connectivity, posing challenges to the reliability of associated devices. This study extensively examines the current state of security and privacy solutions tailored to 5G. Specifically, it delves into requirements such as data integrity, confidentiality, authentication, access control, non-repudiation, trust, privacy, identity management, key management, policy enforcement, and intrusion detection. Additionally, the paper aims to illuminate future research directions aimed at establishing secure and privacy-aware 5G systems. In this regard, it explores the role of emerging paradigms like IoT, fog computing, and blockchain.

 Abstract

The Purpose of the project is to determine suitable method for Artificial Recharge of Groundwater in certain areas like MVP COLONY, RESAPUVANIPALEM, MADHURAWADA, PENDURTHI by collecting the present groundwater table data. Artificial Recharge is the process by which the groundwater is augmented at a rate much higher than those under natural condition of replenishment. There are different methods of Artificial Recharge like flooding, percolation tanks, injection wells, recharge pits, and many more. Artificial Recharge of groundwater is accomplished through placing surface water in basins, furrows, ditches, or different centres wherein it infiltrates into the soil and actions downward to recharge aquifers. Artificial Recharge requires permeable surface soils if these types of soils are not available trenches or shafts in the unsaturated sector can be used or water can be at once injected into aquifers via wells. To determine suitable methods for Artificial Recharge of groundwater, infiltration rates of the soil have to be determined and the unsaturated area among land floor and the aquifer ought to be checked for good enough permeability and lack of polluted regions. Implementation of Artificial Recharge techniques helps in storing excess water in underground aquifers during times of surplus that can be recovered during periods of water scarcity. The project helps us in identifying the method to be established in the surveyed areas for Artificial Recharge of groundwater depending upon the area conditions like nature of soil, water demand, population and remaining necessary conditions.

 Abstract

Introduction The incidence rate of Gridhrasi (sciatica) is quite significant as more than three-quarters of the world's population are affected by the disease. It is characterized by the onset of Ruja (pain), Toda (pricking), and Stambha (stiffness), initially in Sphik (gluteal region) and then radiating distally to Kati-Prishtha (low back), Janu (knee), Jangha (thigh) till Pada (feet). The patients suffering from Gridhrasi have restricted movements due to painful limb, affecting the daily routine activities. Aim To assess the role of Raktamokshana (blood letting) done by cups in the patients suffering from Gridhrasi. Materials and Methods The study was conducted on 15 patients who had reported for the treatment of Gridhrasi at an Ayurvedic hospital Raipur (C.G.). Raktamokshana was done on Sphik, Kati, Jangha, Pada region with the help of 24 no. surgical blade and cups in four settings (0, 7th, 14th and 21st day). The sign and symptoms, namely Ruka, Toda, Stambha, and Spandana (fasiculation) were given scores depending on their severity. The patients were also assessed for straight-leg raise (SLR) test. Follow-up was done at an interval of 15 days for three times and the scores were noted down before and after treatment. Results Marked reduction in severity of mean scores of Ruka, Stambha, Sakthiutkshepa Nigraha and walking time was seen in the patients after the use of Cupping therapy, which was statistically significant. Conclusions Cupping therapy is the simple and effective treatment (in adjunct to other treatment) for reducing Ruka, Toda, Stambha and Spandana in Gridhrasi.

By Utilizing machine learning algorithms, our project presents an innovative approach to predict food choices based on user mood. The system employs the k-means clustering algorithm, an unsupervised learning technique, to create distinct clusters representing moods such as sad, happy, and stressed. Training our system with different data sets, including facial expressions, food reviews, and restaurant information, optimizes the efficiency of mood-based food predictions. The user-friendly interface of our system offers two mood selection options. Users can manually choose their current mood from predefined categories and the other one is by using webcam-based mood detection, where the system captures and analyzes user emotion expressions to predict food choices. The program's front end is designed with Bootstrap, while the back end is implemented using Python and the Flask framework. To enhance the accuracy of food predictions based on user mood, the system integrates facial expression recognition technology. The primary objective of our project is to provide users with user-friendly interaction that makes them helpful while decision-making. Anticipating a 70-plus accuracy rate, this innovation demonstrates the system's commitment to leveraging advanced technologies for mood-based recommendation precision. Our project is of personalized recommendation systems, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance user satisfaction in the realm of food choices based on their current mood. The combination of machine learning algorithms, a user-friendly interface, and innovative features positions your project as a pioneering effort in this domain.

 Abstract

Conjunctival melanoma is a rare malignant melanocytic tumor with a bad prognosis due to its recurrence and metastatic potential. Conjunctival melanomas "de novo" or occuring on a nevus have a better prognosis than melanomas associated with primary acquired melanosis, which is a major risk factor for local recurrence and metastatic spread. We report the case of a 51-year-old patient with no particular history who consulted for the first time for a swelling of the inner canthus of the left eye and whose excisional biopsy was in favor of a conjunctival melanoma developed on primary acquired melanosis of the conjunctiva, and who had initially benefited from conservative surgery with external radiotherapy followed by secondary exenteration due to a voluminous endo-ocular recurrence during follow-up.

This paper provides a new approach to build a virtual mouse using pyAutoGUI, OpenCV, Mediapipe and other cutting-edge technologies, as well as mathematical techniques. The goal is to offer a new way of operating a computer interface that will be especially useful for users who have difficulty moving around or need more control over the computer interface. MediaPipe is used for hand-finger following and allows for real-time positioning of signals as well as development designs. OpenCV can be used as a comprehensive multipurpose system for picture preparation and control. PyAutoGUI is a Python-based robotization module that automatically changes over hand gestures to simulate mouse activities on the screen. Furthermore, domain-specific packages tailored to meteorological requirements supplement our methodology.
