Pollution is one of the significant issues of environment. Amongst several pollutions, air pollution is the one which have been causing harm to the earth since many years resulting into the occurrence of many fatal diseases to the people of different age groups. Based on this scenario, this project aims to monitor the air quality with the help of several sensors like MQ135, BME680 and alert the people through piezo buzzer, LCD and LED when the hazardous gases like Carbon dioxide, NOx, smoke, benzene etc. exceeds the safety level. By this, people can take necessary action in advance to prevent hazardous diseases caused by air pollution.

This study examined the relationships between customer satisfaction and tourism services Using a survey of 151 people, the study found that customer satisfaction was significantly correlated with the quality of the service provided, the overall experience, and the level of customer service. Furthermore, the study found that customer satisfaction was also affected by perceived value, the perceived level of satisfaction with the destination, and the perceived level of safety. The results suggest that tourism service providers need to focus on providing high quality services, creating memorable experiences, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Data has been collected from both primary and secondary sources. Also, we gathered information by surveying people using Google Forms and asking them various questions that might help in our research.

The drug development process is typically divided into three major steps first Discovery phase pre clinical development clinical trial the boundary between preclinical development and clinical trial is sharply Defined by the feeling of an Investigational New Drug (IND). the adage begin with the end in mind is particularly appropriate for pre clinical development the resulting (IND) must support the plant clinical trial design the transition from Discovery to preclinical development is a Continuum and result of preliminary Pharmacology and toxicology testing often contribute to lead drug candidate selection the activities supporting on ( IND) applications are the subject of this overview the goal in drug development is FDA approval of a New Drug Application (NDA) and prescribed used in the clinic many project development team find it helpful to develop Target Product Profile (TPP) to guide pre clinical development. Analytical methods may need to be developed for a variety of materials and circumstances the quality control in it is responsible for the oversight of GMP analytical work, good clinical practices given by ICH guidelines.

In HPLC the choice of mobile phase and column play very critical function, selection of suitable solvent and column is assist to enhance the performance of the system. In HPLC the mobile section is natural or combined solvents in addition to solvents with solid modifiers. Chromatographers have a choice among loads of solvents for distinctive application of HPLC. A selected selection is typically suffering from solvent traits inclusive of viscosity, refractive index, noncorrosiveness, toxicity, miscibility, transparency etc. commercial availability in adequate purity at reasonable price is also important issue. The solvent power or % natural solvent in cellular phase controls the retention time of the analyte. A beneficial rule of thumb in RPLC indicates that 10% lower within the natural solvent in the cell phase indicates a three-fold boom in k. The column length (Diameter, height) pore length, column cloth plays very vital function inside the approach improvement and validation. This article focus on the unique parameters that have an effect on the selection of solvent device and column for the HPLC.

Acne and oil prone is most common in teenagers and young adults, though it affects people all ages, that occurs when the hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells.Human skin has pores that connect to oil glands under the skin. The pores and ducts are joined by follicles. Small sacs called follicles generate and secrete liquid. An oily substance is produced by the glands. Sebum is a reliable source. Dead skin cells are transported to the skin's surface by sebum via the pores. A tiny hair emerges from the epidermis through the follicle. [6] When these follicles become clogged and oil accumulates beneath the epidermis, pimples develop. Sebum, hair, and skin cells may congeal into a blockage. Bacterial infection leads to growth in this plug. When the blockage starts to degrade, a pimple appears. The bacteria that resides on the skin and causes acne is known by the term Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes). Not all acne-causing microbes cause breakouts. Not all acne bacteria trigger pimples. One strain helps to keep the skin pimple-free. It causes pimples, acene whiteheads or blackheads. Effective chemical treatments are available, but acene can be persistent. Depending on its severity, it can cause emotional distress and scar the skin. The goal of this herbal face beauty mask is to manage dry skin, reduce oil production or sebum, treat acne, wrinkles, whiteheads, and blackheads, as well as thoroughly clean the skin's pores and get rid of impurities.[13] This facial mask treatment may have a revitalizing, reviving, or refreshing impact on the skin. To address these issues, the proposed work aims to manage the skin from the oil secretion by using kaolin clay, Artemisia Pallens and others with spun lace nonwoven textile material. Nonwoven fabrics are sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments.[5] Nonwoven fabric is finished with herbal extract for antimicrobial property ie., against E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus. Nonwoven provide properties which are often combined to create fabrics suited for specific jobs, while achieving a good balance between product use-life and cost.

The Indian beauty market is expected to rank among the top 5 worldwide markets in terms of revenue as it continues to expand. The Indian customer is more exposed than ever to foreign brands and is supported by significant technological advances. The favourable elements for people to invest in this business include rising disposable income and image sensitivity. A few years ago, touch, feel, and smell in-store experiences were more important to the success of businesses like cosmetics and personal care. The shifting fashions have shown that the personal care and beauty sectors are not exempt from the digital mode. The study aims to comprehend the impact of pricing, promotions, and advertising on online cosmetic purchases. Google Forms was used to assess a survey with 30 participants. The findings demonstrate how customer purchase behaviour while buying cosmetics online is influenced by pricing, marketing, and discounts. Also, the study highlights how e-commerce platforms have altered how customers select online shopping over physical shopping, as well as the elements impacting consumer purchasing behaviour and satisfaction with cosmetics and beauty items in relation to an online platform, Nykaa. Also, considerable effort has been made to research the potential Nykaa customers' purchasing and consuming habits. Although Nykaa has had outstanding development in the Indian cosmetics market, the sector's allure tempts a lot of rivals It makes it crucial for Nykaa to analyse and fulfil customer buying behaviour in order to strategy market dominance.

The aim & objective of the research is to evaluate the synergistic anti diabetic activity of polyherbal drugs containing Gymnema Sylvestre (Leaves),Trigonella Foenum-Gr (Leaves), Tinospora Cardifolia (Stems), Azadirachata Indica (Leaves), Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Stem Barks), Syzygium Jambolana (Fruits) & Nardostachys Jatamansi (Roots) which are well-known medicinal plants available throughout India and they are commonly used for the treatment of various diseases. All the herbal drugs were collected from herbal shop (Grovel Drugs & Chemicals Pvt Ltd.Hyderabad). The quality of the finished product was evaluated as per the World Health Organization's guidelines for the quality control of herbal materials. The quality testing parameters of the herbal drugs were within the limits. The developed polyherbal formulation is subjected for extraction with ethanol (90%) by cold maceration & soxhelation method to get ethanolic extract. The polyherbal ethanolic extract is evaluated for its antidiabetic and antioxidant activity. Screening of preliminary phytochemical investigation of polyherbal ethanolic extract shows the presence of large amounts of phenolic, tannins & flavonoid compounds which exhibits the highest antioxidant and free radical scavenging and also inhibited lipid peroxidation. The polyherbal extract shows synergistic effect of antidiabetic activity and it may be used as an alternative remedy for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
