Today's world is dynamic and ever-changing. It's become widely accepted that children born at the late end of the 20th century and subsequent generations can expect to have around five careers over the course of a lifetime. Online classes and specialised skill workshops are becoming easy ways for employees to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and skills necessary to thrive in today's modern workplace. Because of this, increasingly employers are valuing soft skills in potential employees. For most industries, soft skills such as adaptability and empathy are considered just as valuable in a new employee as the skills and qualifications they hold. Now more than ever, it is crucial that schools integrate new learning techniques to help prepare children for the future workplace. Rote and didactic learning styles have dominated the education system since the industrial revolution. With both these methods, the child plays a relatively passive role in the learning process. In more recent times, it has become common practice for teachers to integrate more active learning techniques in the classroom such as experiential learning. Experiential [learning] is a philosophy and methodology in which educators purposefully engage with students in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills, and clarify values. Experiential [learning] is a philosophy and methodology in which educators purposefully engage with students in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills, and clarify values. Unlike traditional classroom situations where students may compete with one another or remain uninvolved or unmotivated and where the instruction is highly structured, students in experiential learning situations cooperate and learn from one another in a more semi-structured approach. Instruction is designed to engage students in direct experiences which are tied to real-world problems and situations in which the instructor facilitates rather than directs student progress.

Tacrolimus is a highly valued multipurpose medication with a wide range of biological features. It is known to reduce graft rejection in humans and has the potential to cure a variety of skin problems as well as anti-inflammatory macrolactams as an immunosuppressant. Due to the structural intricacy, chemical synthesis is difficult; consequently, microbial manufacture utilizing Streptomyces tsukubaensis has been favored. The yield can easily be boosted by several folds using a variety of genetic manipulation and mutagenesis approaches. Understanding the biosynthesis process of Tacrolimus has relied heavily on biotechnological approaches. Tacrolimus is a strong immunosuppressant and a polyketide macrolide generated by the Streptomyces species. It is commonly utilized as an anti-fibrotic drug. Streptomyces tsukubaensis was developed as a mutant strain utilizing a dual mutagenesis technique using mutagens (NTG +UV), and this strain demonstrated greater tacrolimus production. The genus Streptomyces includes high G+C Gram-positive bacteria, which present a characteristic life cycle closely connected with their ability to produce secondary metabolites. These bacteria are among the most ubiquitous soil microorganisms. After mutation these bacteria exhibit variation in their phenotype as well as in genotypic level.

Maintaining happy customers is crucial to any company's long-term survival. In this paper, we attempted to quantify the extent to which customers of mobile network providers were satisfied with the services they received. A survey with 100 valid responses was conducted and evaluated using the Chi-square test to see whether there was a statistically significant difference in respondents' places of residence. To determine the degree of satisfaction among the respondents, an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was used with an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to determine the numerous aspects affecting when acquiring a SIM card (IPA). Based on the data, we know that income is the only demographic component that matters in both settings. Payment, Customer Care, Price Related Factor, Additional Services, Technical Factor, Promotional Factor, and Other Factors of Airtel, Vodafone, Jio, and Vi were shown to be the most influential on consumer behavior.

E-voting using blockchain is a novel and innovative approach to revolutionizing the way voting systems are designed and implemented. By leveraging the power of blockchain technology, this project aims to build a transparent, secure, and tamper-proof electronic voting platform that can eliminate the possibility of fraud, manipulation, or hacking. Blockchain technology is a beautiful replacement for traditional electronic voting solutions with distributed, non-repudiation, and security protection characteristics. The proposed system will be decentralized, distributed, and immutable, enabling every vote to be recorded and verified on the blockchain. The system will enable voters to cast their votes remotely while maintaining the integrity of the election results. The implementation of smart contracts will ensure that only eligible voters can cast their votes and that the results are counted accurately. The project will also address concerns around voter privacy, identity authentication, and the prevention of double voting. With the advent of e-voting using blockchain, the democratic process will be more accessible, efficient, and trustworthy, thereby increasing participation and confidence in the electoral system.

This research aims to conduct a customer review of the chocolate they prefer and the quality of the chocolate because many children eat chocolate and some of their favorite chocolates are not available in the market. So, I am making some questions and collecting data from students who respond based on their preferences. I gather secondary data to learn more about the chocolate industry. Secondary data is gathered from the internet, websites, previous research papers, and journals. We also collect data from primary sources, such as surveys conducted on Google forms. Both methods are extremely beneficial to our research study.

The food culture of Tulunadu is unique. The higher classes control what one should eat and what one should not, and the lower classes have continually fought against this. Food culture can bring about intense social conflict. The novels written by the novelists of the coastal area have presented this aspect from the critical point of view. The discussion on food culture does not deny bases of conflict within itself. There is never ending conflict among modernity, colonialism, caste, religion, freedom, agriculture and deities. We observe both different facets of foods and the conflicts they have effected in the society when we its presentation from Indirabai to the spate of violations.
