Psychiatric disorders are diseases that affect cognition, emotion, and behavioral control and substantially interfere both with the ability of children to learn and with the ability of adults to function in their families, at work, and in the broader society. Mental disorders tend to begin early in life and often run a chronic recurrent course. They are common in all countries where their prevalence has been examined. Because of the combination of high prevalence, early onset, persistence, and impairment, mental disorders make a major contribution to total disease burden. Although most of the burden attributable to mental disorders is disability related, premature mortality, especially from suicide, is not insignificant This review was done to assess the burden of Psychiatric Diseases and to study the various issues and challenges at community level. World Health Organization estimated that mental and behavioural disorders account for about 12 percent of the global burden of diseases. In India the burden of mental and behavioural disorders ranged from 9.5 to 102 per 1000 population.

The present study examines the function that social media platforms play in the course of promoting and disseminating works of art and design. It focuses on the growth of social media platforms as a significant network for artists and designers; the methods in which it increases visibility and democratises the art world; the strategies required to stand out and engage audiences; the means in which it supports build personal brands and establish thought leadership; the impact it has on connecting with collaborators and clients; its role in the art market; and its ability to give artists and designers a platform for engaging in socially and politically charged conversations. This paper argues that social media is a major force for social change by analysing these trends and claiming that social media allows artists to bypass traditional gatekeepers and establish direct relationships with their audiences while also providing them with the means to engage in larger conversations and make insightful impacts.

In this current scenario of construction practice, new materials are used as an additive High performance concrete. Alccofine is one such additive that has been designed for use in in order to increase the compressive strength and durability of concrete. Alccofine is primarily composed of low-calcium silicates that are processed and obtained through controlled particles size distribution (PSD). Compared to cement, the particle size distribution and specific gravity of Alccofine is higher and lower, making it more suitable as a crucial cement additive. In this work, it is proposed to study high performance based on Alccofine concrete with different proportions. M40 class of concrete is planned to study their mechanical properties such as compressive strength, flexural strength, Split tensile strength of concrete and others durability properties. For all tests, standard experiments are performed for determination properties as per Indian standards. The results are presented and discussed. The test was conducted by adding Alccofine about 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% of cement increases strength.

Tablets intended for buccal membrane delivery that are mucoadhesive are unusual formulations with a number of technological advantages. However, the statistics used in its formulation are not standardised. This article's objective is to assess the data pertaining to the final quality of this technology through a scientific study and meta-analysis. Using a direct compression technique, buccal tablets were made using mucoadhesive polymers such chitosan, HPMC K4M, Na CMC, and soda alginate. Numerous metrics, including hardness, weight uniformity, thickness, percent friability, swelling index, mucoadhesive strength, surface pH, drug-excipient interaction research, drug content uniformity, and in vitro drug release study, were used to describe buccal tablets. Low bioavailability and significant drug depletion from the indefinite quantity type are the results of continual salivation and the swallowing that follows. Therefore, different transmucosal routes like nasal, rectal, vaginal, ocular and oral mucosae are being thought of as alternatives typical to standard to traditional} oral indefinite quantity forms for drug delivery to avoid the on top of disadvantages related to conventional oral delivery (i.e., tablets, capsules, syrups, etc.). of those routes of delivery, the buccal oral membrane has emerged in concert of the target sites for administration of medicine in an exceedingly large choice of indefinite quantity forms, particularly for those drugs targeted for local delivery in the oral cavity and systemic absorption. This review describes the structure of mucosal layer, mechanism of action of mucoadhesion, and evaluation parameters of tablets.

In the present research were carried out to study the effect of different sources of organic manures on yield of groundnut at Palshdev Indapur Tahsil, Pune district, Maharashtra during Rabi 2021. The use of organic manures in agriculture improves the quality and fertility of the soil. The organic manure increased the plant productivity, morphological properties and yield of groundnut plants. Bryum ramosum and Fissidens grandifolia powder application significantly recorded higher number of groundnut productivity in the years. followed by the application of vermicompost, Composted poultry manure, Farm yard manure.

This study was performed to investigate the anxiolytic effects of alcoholic extract of Matricaria chamomilla L (AEMC) in mice using the elevated plus-maze model (EPM), light dark model and hole board test. The extract administered orally in three different doses of 250mg/kg, 500mg/kg and 750mg/kg, were able to increase the time spent and the number of arm entries in the open arms of the elevated plus-maze, also increases the time spent by mice in the illuminated side of the light and dark test, dose of 500mg/kg and 750mg/kg showed more significant increase in nose poking and decrease locomotion in hole board test, in comparison with control animals. This effect was comparable to that of the diazepam (1.0mg/kg p.o.). These results indicate that AEMC is an effective anxiolytic agent.

Metabolomics is the high-throughput identification and quantification of all endogenous and exogenous low-molecular-weight, tiny molecules/metabolites in a biological system. It is the study of the metabolome within cells, biofluids, tissues, or species. Precision metabolomics, single cells, epidemiologic population studies, metabolic phenotyping, metabolome-wide association studies (MWAS), and integrative omics, as well as biotechnology and bioengineering, are just a few of the uses of metabolomics in health and disease. In this review, we give a succinct summary of the current state of metabolomics, some of their emerging roles, and a number of analytical approaches for identifying, characterising, detecting, quantifying, and separating the many metabolites that are present in living things. The wider application and integration of metabolomics into systems will be accelerated by the development of analytical techniques.

This project involves the use of the marketing technique of Green practices adopted by Indlan Retallers in Supply chain management to reduce wastage by using eco-friendly techniques and substantially increase in their profit margin and also in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The Indian retail market, which is the fifth largest retail destination globally, has been ranked as the most attractive emerging market for investment in the retail sector. India has emerged the third most attractive market destination for apparel retailers. Experts agree that apparel, along with food and grocery, is leading the growth of organized retailing in India. "Green Marketing" refers to holistic marketing concept wherein the production, marketing consumption an disposal of products and services happen in a manner that is less detrimental to the environment with growing awareness about the implications of global warming, non- biodegradable solid waste, harmful impact of pollutants etc.. both marketers and consumers are becoming increasingly sensitive to the need for switch in to green products and services.

This research utilizes an experimental audit design to examine the effects of Black Lives Matter and related demonstrations against anti-Black racism and police brutality on racially discriminatory hiring practices. This design was used both before and during the period of increased unrest following the murder of George Floyd. We compare how hypothetical Black and White job seekers are treated when applying for positions in the service sector, particularly those who have previous experience working as police officers, firefighters, or code enforcement officers. Results show that during the demonstrations and turmoil that followed George Floyd's death, the White advantage in employer call-backs and requests for interviews diminished, even to the point where a Black advantage emerged.
